My business partner and I were fortunate enough to be introduced to Mr. Kuzmich just a couple of years ago and he has been our go-to guy for our own legal questions as well as for our clients ever since. He has a broad knowledge of all law, but is exceptional at contracts. My biggest pet peeve as a small business owner is when people don't respond to call, e-mails, etc. and Jim is always exceptionally responsive even in evenings and weekends and on those few occasions that he will not be available, he will let us know in advance. When another friend of mine, had some legal issues in his business, I recommended Greg. My only concern was that Greg may not take Dave's case because it was small potatoes and wouldn't give Greg much of a pay day... a far cry from his usual big ticket deals. Greg took the job because he has an innate sense of justice and he understood that Dave's very business could depend on getting rid of this frivolous lawsuit. He won handily. And, truth be told, probably didn't make Minimum Wage relative to the amount of hours he put in.
Based on the incredible job he did for David, I would not hesitate to recommend Greg for any matter- whether it be real estate, legal, or personal advice.

We are a small import/export company. As such we have need for legal documents to be drawn up, reseller agreements, contract reviews, NDA's, website terms, etc.
Trying to find good legal representation can very challenging and expensive and hurt your wallet. We finally settled on Morrissey Law whom we've been with now for nearly 10 years. They have proven to be insightful, knowledgeable, professional, experienced, very competitively priced and painless. If unable to find an answer (for cases outside their specialty) they have advised of alternate solutions.
We have also trusted them for our personal legal needs as well, rental property contracts, lease termination agreements, real estate, setting up trusts, etc.
What sets the company aside is not only the personal attention they take but they don't nickel dime you should you have any quick questions, emails, phones calls etc. They take the time to try and fully understand your needs and objectives offering suggestions and advise built from years of experience and knowledge. Jeana does most of the work and has been our go-to person all these years. We very much appreciate her and the business she has built.

I made a telephone call to Marc Lieberman Monday, 30 September 2013 and left a message. I was very impressed that not only did Marc call me back less than 20 minutes later, but he gave me excellent and honest real estate advice. This was despite the fact that his advice to me would not bring him my business in this situation. I could tell that Marc had my best interests in mind by the advice he gave me. If I ever do need to hire a real estate attorney in Arizona, I would absolutely hire Marc Lieberman. I contacted Attorney Marc Lieberman in January to help me with a real estate transaction that just was out of control...the realtor did not do one thing to sell my home besides list it for sale. The realtor tried to adjust the original contract without my knowledge or permission to change his commission and forced me to use a title company who would not take my calls and tried to make sure he received his new commission rate! I emailed Attorney Lieberman through Avvo shortly after my house was under contract. Within 5 minutes I received an email back with answers from Attorney Lieberman!! After a few days of emailing, Attorney Lieberman advised that I should wait to retain him until I was ready to file a lawsuit. He gave me the cost in advance (ball park) and mentioned that he would assist me with questions until/if that time came. I would have to say Attorney Lieberman is an amazing attorney, he offered to help me at any hour of the day, was honest, and really made an impression with me.

I would strongly recommend Marc Lieberman as an attorney. He has the ability to work through complex situations and is a true deal maker. He is also very skilled at focusing on the important issues and being very efficient with his time. Marc does not get caught up in the ego battles many lawyers get caught up in, which merely costs clients time, money and considerable aggravation. With his soft manner, Marc is able to be both tough and effective, without letting the legal process spin out of control. This is a rare quality found in today's legal profesion. This of course saves money in that he is not just looking to run up the bill.
Most importantly, I always feel Marc has the clients best interests in mind when giving advice and providing legal services. Marc also has a great team of professionals he works with and will delegate tasks when appropriate.

I have never had the experience of dealing with a lawyer before. Russ Krone has despelled everything I had ever heard about attorneys. He stayed on top of my case, and kept me informed. He was easy to talk to and very informative of what directions I could and should take. He allowed me to make the final dicisions and what would be best for me.

I had a situation where a Goliath company tried to steamroll me on an employment matter. An attorney I knew urged me to contact Richard Klauer citing his expertise - and I'm very happy that I did. I admit that I was very intimidated but Mr. Klauer immediately put me at ease, collected all the information that would be needed and put together a compelling case. The case drug on for some time due to continuances but Atty Klauer diligently stayed at the ready for every twist and turn. In the end, we prevailed!
I would urge anyone to engage this attorney. His office is professional and friendly, he is very personable and easy to work with. I hired Kim after interviewing three lawyers. Kim's representation of me was well worth the money I paid. Kim's fees were also the lowest. Kim's knowledge of DUI and her ability to navigate you through are finesse. Kim helped me streamline everything including the car breathalizer, the mandated education classes, DMV proccess & my jail time. Through a couple of Kim's contingency filings I was able to do my tent city time in Apr. not extreme months like July or Dec. I did have a negative & stressful dealing with someone that worked under Kim that I had to work with while she was out of town but all in all I was in very good hands. A few months ago my husband find a bike at work he left the bike against the dumpster and towards the end of his day noone claimed the bike. He brought the bike home posted it on craigslist. He then got in trouble for trafficing stolen property he didnt have no idea the bike was stolen. My husband was looking at 2-7 yrs in prison for his prior convction from 10 yrs ago that the state brought up in his present case. Kimberly wrote a 6 pg letter proving and stating all the facts. Mrs. Lepore has been my attorney during a very difficult divorce. After 3 long years of getting no where, while having another divorce attorney, I was referred to Mrs. Lepore. By my first appointment she had already acquired as much information as she could put her hands on, so she was was already prepared when I met her. She has displayed her knowledge of TN law, by being completely accurate in every question I threw her way. She has been readily available through phone or e-mail, keeping me currently updated on every detail of my case, almost on a daily basis. If unavailable, my phone calls or emails are returned within the day. She has not only been a terrific lawyer, but a counselor to me as well, always sensitive to my feelings and emotions. Many times I have called her in tears, with her reassuring encouragement that things would be OK, often referring to her as "my therapist"!!! I began quickly to trust her completely, and have followed her advice, which has proven to be very beneficial. My divorce settlement came out in my favor which I completely attribute to Mrs. Lepore; (things were looking very grim with the attorney I previoulsy used.) Athough my divorce was granted a few months ago, Mrs. Lepore has continued to follow through, making sure the stipulations of my settlement agreement have been followed by my ex-husband.
