I selected this law firm solely based on convenience and lack of research, my fault. Their staff is very friendly and pleasant to deal with; I will give them that. However, as my attorney, Brice was not a good fit for my case.
My case involved one minor child. The goal was to have the ability to move out of state with my child. Brice had ample information and time to prepare a rock solid case on my behalf. Well, he did not do that. He went into court very unprepared, had a very sloppy and weak cross examination. He failed to mention very pertinent details involving my child and her father. Didn’t highlight the benefits for the move. I could go on and on, but ultimately I was highly disappointed with Brice’s service and out 30k. Do your research before selecting any firm!

I first heard Mat Sorensen do an IRA LLC web presentation on Youtube for a custodian company. I like what he had to say and how he said it, he was very clear and sounded very well informed on the issue. I don’t know why I didn’t just call him right away to see if he would help me form my IRA LLC, maybe because he was not in my state?..Maybe because I thought he would be too busy? to expensive???
I don’t know what my problem was but I called 5 different lawyers all who didn’t seem like they had the same level of expertise Mat did. As my frustration grew so did my courage. I finally figured... what did I have to lose? Just call the guy I heard on Youtube! So I did. WOW! He knocked my socks off even more on the phone. He answered all my hard questions about forming an IRA LLC while living abroad and didn’t need to go on and on trying to impress me with his knowledge like some of the other lawyers. His friendly, clear, concise answers spoke for themselves.
After I decided to go with Mat and KKOS I have been unbelievably happy with their level of service. The entire team is sweet, friendly, educated and helpful. They ALL seem like they know me when I call and always treat me with kindness and respect. Mat will even joke with me, a total stranger! He has a great sense of humor and not to busy for a quick reply to say thanks. He is humble, funny and generous. Not at all what I expected to be honest. :)
The clarity of his instructions while setting up the IRA LLC was unparalleled. He would send me emails as to what he and his team would do and what I would need to do. Every time I came to a stumbling block I would call the team and instantly they would help me overcome the hurdle. Even when I reached out to Mat he helped me while not making me feel stupid for asking silly questions.
Well, I could go on and on but I will not. Suffice it to say Mat and his team are GREAT and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to form an IRA LLC regardless of which state you live in.

Steve advised us regarding a neighborhood property use dispute. He is very experienced in these matters and laid out in plain language the options he saw for us. Litigation, as one option, was explained along with the steps, likely financial costs, time frame, and likely conclusion. We decided to not litigate, are very happy with that decision, and it was Steve's professional guidance that made it clear what path to follow. We will call Steve first, the next time we need an attorney.

I was involved in an extremely contentious business lawsuit. Steve was referred to me by my personal attorney due to a conflict of interest. I was under an extreme time constraint to obtain representation. Steve stepped up with little time or preparation and definitely lived up to the reputation he was reported to have. In the end we prevailed and he made the opposing attorney look like a mere amateur. I could not give him a higher recommendation to anyone seeking an experienced litigation attorney!

Mr. Steven H Schwartz was referred to us as someone that could help us with the following case. My wife was involved in an accident that happened January 21, 2019 in which she almost lost her life-she was hit by a drunk driver exceeding eighty miles an hour in the rear end of the car she was driving. Without going into the details of every aspect of this, I would say, we needed the best of legal help we could find, and that's what happened. We contacted Mr. Schwartz and hired him to represent us in any legal matter that would come about as a result of this accident. I am writing this review as of December 27, 2019 - Mr. Schwartz has to this point in time shown us that he is positive, thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, trustworthy, diligent, intelligent, confident, resourceful, punctual, does what he says he will do, explores every avenue, flexible, highly ethical, and is dedicated to provide the best legal service to our case. Although, this case has not come to an end after eleven months, the end is near, and we can say what a privilege it has been to have had Mr. Schwartz work and represent us. I am a commercial truck driver and Vaughan immediately knew how important it was for me to fight this ticket, where other attorneys I consulted in this matter did not. Not only did he completely understand my situation without my having to explain, he then represented me in court where he prevailed. I want to express my overwhelming appreciation for the work ethic and integrity of Mr. Winborne, and his entire firm. First, his office was very responsive to our initial call. We had emails and calls answered within hours, not days or weeks like many others we tried to work with. His retainer was fair, and MUCH lower than others who offered assistance. I was referred to Mr. McGirr through the Maricopa County Lawyer Referral Service. I left a message for him and he called back within the hour. We discussed my issues related to our Homeowners Association. Mick was very honest, knowledgeable and straightforward with his thoughts and advice. My business partner and I were fortunate enough to be introduced to Mr. Kuzmich just a couple of years ago and he has been our go-to guy for our own legal questions as well as for our clients ever since. He has a broad knowledge of all law, but is exceptional at contracts. My biggest pet peeve as a small business owner is when people don't respond to call, e-mails, etc. and Jim is always exceptionally responsive even in evenings and weekends and on those few occasions that he will not be available, he will let us know in advance. I highly, highly recommend Jim as a trusted resource.

When another friend of mine, had some legal issues in his business, I recommended Greg. My only concern was that Greg may not take Dave's case because it was small potatoes and wouldn't give Greg much of a pay day... a far cry from his usual big ticket deals. Greg took the job because he has an innate sense of justice and he understood that Dave's very business could depend on getting rid of this frivolous lawsuit. He won handily. And, truth be told, probably didn't make Minimum Wage relative to the amount of hours he put in.
Based on the incredible job he did for David, I would not hesitate to recommend Greg for any matter- whether it be real estate, legal, or personal advice.

I have never had the experience of dealing with a lawyer before. Russ Krone has despelled everything I had ever heard about attorneys. He stayed on top of my case, and kept me informed. He was easy to talk to and very informative of what directions I could and should take. He allowed me to make the final dicisions and what would be best for me.
Even now after it is more or less a closed case their are still some loose ends and I call Russ with whatever questions I have and still have to deal with with the my x-partner. He always answers me right away and is happy to find an answer to my problem.
