Vickie Sadler is a Woman of Character and Integrity
Following an accident involving a SUV and 18 Wheel Dump Truck on an Interstate my husband and I were both simply glad to be alive. We were not interested in a settlement just our medical bills, item replacement and reimbursement for the expenses associated with the event to which we were traveling as I was driving a company vehicle. We felt that this was something we could handle ourselves with the two other insurance companies involved but after relentless and wise counsel from leaders in my company we sought out our own counsel.
We had no intention of receiving money we were not entitled to and Vickie Sadler assured us that she understood and would work at the highest level of integrity on our behalf. We closed our settlement in May with all of the appropriate funds being received, with clear consciences and an intense level of regard, trust and appreciation for Vickie Sadler.

We contacted Mr. Wayne's office regarding evicting a non paying tenant who refused to leave a property we manage. I have had the fortunate and unfortunate pleasure of working with SWTW, and more specifically Andrea Pawlak and Kevin Ward, both of which I can not speak highly enough about. I have been through the worst of life experiences and can honestly say that without their friendship and guidance I would be in a much different position. Andrea is by far the most prepared, educated, dedicated and passionate attorney that I have been exposed to. The single greatest attribute that stands above the rest is her ability to manage a client through what is seemingly their worst moments in life such as a child's death and/or a contentious divorce. Andrea brings a level of personal connection to the engagement and truly cares about the well being of her clients, not just the outcome! She knows the case inside and out and is so well prepared to provide her clients with the necessary information to make educated decisions. A lawyers job is not to make choices on custody as mentioned in a review below, that is the clients decision, your attorney should be a trusted ally that provides you with legal informed decision making options and aligns with your morals, values and ethics, I could not recommend Andrea and SWTW more because of this reason.

Howell Hall did a wonderful job helping me evict a difficult tenant during Covid. He developed a creative strategy to successfully win the eviction case, and then stayed on top of the appeal and got it quickly dismissed so that the eviction could be carried out by the Sheriff. Mr Hall was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. If you need to evict a tenant, Mr. Hall is a winning attorney. I recommend him highly.

We suffered a case that the tenant did not pay rent over 2 years. Every time, the tenant filed an appeal or motion, just trying to delay the eviction. I turned to Lisa for some help. She quickly jump in my case, prepare the documents, coordinated with Federal and County court. All she did are so prompt, and professional. I finally evicted the tenant within 1 month. That is a great outcome! Definitely recommend her if you have similar issue as landlord.

TODAY I just concluded a dui matter that has been going on since November 2017. From my initial consultation with Attorney Montgomery and her office, they provided A+ service. I was facing a difficult case and Attorney Montgomery maneuvered through the case effortlessly. The first step was saving my driver's license. We filled the paperwork with DDS and I recieved notice that the DDS would not pursue the suspension of my license. That was huge because this allowed me to keep driving throughout this entire ordeal. The next step was her office staying in constant communication regarding court dates and anything needed. After months, we decide to push the case to a jury trial. This is where Attorney Montgomery and her staff's preparation was unmatched. Throughout the entire trial which lasted over 7 hours, she never wavered and her closing arguments were something of genius. The jury deliberated for less than 30 mins and came back with a unanimous verdict of not guilty! I appreciate all of the hard work and efforts of the staff! If you want an office to support you and fight for you, Attorney Montgomery's office is a no brainer!
