Attorney Roberts is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was well informed about options and strategy in my case. This legal issue which seemed to completely overwhelm me prior to hiring her firm, became a minor issue. I felt that I was in extremely competent and caring hands. They defended my rights, strategically and aggressively. They negotiated a settlement agreement that was very satisfactory. I have closed multiple properties in four states, and the closing with Anne was the easiest by far . The seller was being a bit difficult regarding the closing date, and she coordinated everything facilitating closing meetings that worked for both parties. She was always available on her cell. The actual closing was a simple 10 minute meeting. I highly recommend specifying Anne as the closing attorney in your next contract.

My Landlord/Tenant case was not easy and wound up dragging on for what seemed like forever. Mr. Cannon was compassionate, sensitive and extremely knowledgeable through out the entire process. I had occasion to need advice from Mr. Cannon on a rather complex property title matter. While I was very angry about this situation and wanted to pursue it diligently, Mr. Cannon suggested I turn take some time to let my anger subside, see the problem clearly, and make an unemotional decision. I followed Mr. Cannon’s advice and he was right on the money. Having said this, he likely saved me quite a few dollars as well.

This Attorney was great! My case did not necessarily turn out the way I wanted but that certainly did not negate the incredible service I received from this attorney. There were a few things I did not agree with in the outcome but it's still overall worked out. After working with this attorney, I am confident that I would secure his services if ever needed again. He was the first and the only attorney to truly hear me out and see that I had sincere and valid concerns, and it was his perception and his ability to hear those things that helped me gain ground in many of the areas within the case. My lawyer was first rate. She help me put a stop to a lot of the little game my ex was playing. She fought hard and embarrassed my ex and her lawyer. Make my ex admit that i wasnt fighting for revenge but the right to see my daughter. Using they other lawyers claims and evdince against them. Needless to say i still had a field day not bc i watch my ex stuggle... Ok maybe a little bit; yet it was mostly the way my lawyer handle the case. I had the pleasure of using Mr. Williams as my attorney to settle a legal matter in which we brought suit against a customer that did not pay for some costruction services provided. Bob was eager to listen to the details and help me understand the law. Bob went the extra mile and made every effort to satisfy our needs. I have been in business for 30 years and use lawyers all over the United States; even though we are in Florida we use Mr. Williams for most of our work, although his office is in Georgia. Why would we use an out of state lawyer; he is dependable. I have been a client of Mr. Williams for years and he has never disappointed me with his quality of work or his ability to communicate. He has never over charged or taken advantage in any way as it pertains to billing. He is a lawyer who knows how to complete a transaction and not disrupt a transaction.

After renting a home in East Point that have a crawlspace infested with mold, which was where the HVAC unit was located. This resulted in blowing mold though our home and resulting health problems, medical expenses and the losing almost all personal property. My husband and I hired attorney Heslop, she was able to convince the insurance company attorneys we had evidence that support the landlord had prior knowledge of homes mold problem before we moved into the property and establish under Georgia Law, the landlord failure to notify us of homes water/flooding problem prior to moving in, made the landlord responsible for all our damages.
This resulted in the insurance company agreeing to an out of court settlement. If you are thinking about hiring an attorney for mold exposure case and they don't have experience litigating mold cases you're doing yourself a trouble injustice.

I don't write reviews but I feel compelled to do so for Mr. Stovall.
I have always shied away from lawyers due to my belief of cost versus return. Nevertheless, Mr. Stovall not only gave thorough advice, handled the situation, but went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the results.
I have no question who I would come back to for my legal needs. What is more, I believe I will be getting more legal advice for general company matters as well.

I have used Chris in many of my business affairs when he was working for a firm in Arizona. If he did not or could not handle any of my many business legal problems Chris would direct me to a lawyer in the state that could and did help me with my business problems in that state. Chris is a down too earth person and a no bull kind of person. I only wish he were still in Arizona to help me with any future business legal problems that i may encounter. If you are not using Chris you are using the wrong lawyer. I will say that Christopher Reed Stovall has saved me as well as my companies countless dollars and it was a blessing from God that he put Chris in my path in life in this fallen world i which we all live in.
