Tom represented me in a contract dispute with a former employer. From the day he started working on my case, he guided me through the process and prepared me for each stage. As this was a very stressful situation for me, Tom's ongoing reassurance and support made it much easier.
He was extremely thorough in understanding the entire situation to determine the best strategy and the first thing he did was invalidate their claim that I violated my non-compete clause. After that, we tried mediation, but they were unwilling to move an inch. Ultimately, the case went to arbitration and the judge found in favor of me on every point...including fees and expenses.
Tom built a very good case by doing his research, making sure we had the right witnesses, discrediting the opposing witnesses and being more prepared than the other guy. I remember one of the first things Tom told me is he would never lose because the other guy worked harder or was more prepared. He proved that to me.
Tom demonstrated what a trusted advisor can be...he really did care about me and my family and worked hard to take care of us. I would gladly hire him again if the need arose.

Thomas Richelo was very competent and caring in my lawsuit against a former employer for pension benefits. He had experience in litigation of similar matters involving my employer's affiliate. He was extremely conscientious in pursuing every avenue and preparing for court. He steered my lawsuit through a long discovery phase and was firm and relentless in his interrogation of the defendants. I showed up in court in a wheelchair back in early February of 2020. I had been going back and forth with the roofing company that put a lien on my home after they failed to uphold the commitments made in our contract. I suffered multiple strokes in those two years, and I could barely catch my breath long enough to argue my case effectively that day in court. While exiting the courtroom Attorney Gibson handed me her card and told me to give her a call. From the moment she handed me that card Attorney Gibson completely took over and handled the situation for me. I never had to lift a finger because she took care of it all. Today my matter is resolved and the lien is removed from my home. Thank you GLF!

If she is set as your Guardian At Latham. Just know the first words out of her mouth to me was , I am not willing to take child out of a mothers home no matter what . And also know in
the very beginning of the court case as a parent. You have the right to request a Different GAL. I suggest you do. After all she even stated in her final report the man my little girl is living with was so Abrasive to her that she had to hang up on him while doing her investigation. But still

I appreciated his willingness to give me a brief description of Georgia Law relating to a water related issue that popped up after my neighbor did some landscaping last winter. He also advised me to try to avoid the court system-something I knew I wanted to avoid, but I appreciate a lawyer who isn't trying to drum up expensive work for himself.
I also appreciate that he was willing to do a brief 5-minute phone conversation without charge.

Mr. Daughdrill answered my questions relative to urban tree law by outlining the guiding general concepts and also by providing specific answers to my more targeted questions. Best of all he responded rapidly to my initial message and I was able to speak with him quickly which to me is one of the more important attributes to consider when engaging an attorney. I would recommend these attorneys to any of my family and friends. They were very knowledgeable and fought for me even when I had a citation against me. The police officers found me at fault and gave me a ticket even though I was innocent. I had occasion to need advice from Mr. Cannon on a rather complex property title matter. While I was very angry about this situation and wanted to pursue it diligently, Mr. Cannon suggested I turn take some time to let my anger subside, see the problem clearly, and make an unemotional decision. I followed Mr. Cannon’s advice and he was right on the money. Having said this, he likely saved me quite a few dollars as well.

This Attorney was great! My case did not necessarily turn out the way I wanted but that certainly did not negate the incredible service I received from this attorney. There were a few things I did not agree with in the outcome but it's still overall worked out. After working with this attorney, I am confident that I would secure his services if ever needed again. He was the first and the only attorney to truly hear me out and see that I had sincere and valid concerns, and it was his perception and his ability to hear those things that helped me gain ground in many of the areas within the case. My lawyer was first rate. She help me put a stop to a lot of the little game my ex was playing. She fought hard and embarrassed my ex and her lawyer. Make my ex admit that i wasnt fighting for revenge but the right to see my daughter. Using they other lawyers claims and evdince against them. Needless to say i still had a field day not bc i watch my ex stuggle... Ok maybe a little bit; yet it was mostly the way my lawyer handle the case. She never let the ball drop while in court or helping me.

I consulted with Ms. Sadler regarding a commercial lease that I needed help negotiating. She went over the lease with me and pointed out areas that had I signed the lease would have been a very bad mistake for my company. I had the pleasure of using Mr. Williams as my attorney to settle a legal matter in which we brought suit against a customer that did not pay for some costruction services provided. Bob was eager to listen to the details and help me understand the law. Bob went the extra mile and made every effort to satisfy our needs. We were granted a court order for our client to pay his debt within 45 days of trial or else suffer the consequences of beng in contempt of the court. I was thrilled. We recieved our money just as ordered and can close this unfortunate chapter in our life.

I have been in business for 30 years and use lawyers all over the United States; even though we are in Florida we use Mr. Williams for most of our work, although his office is in Georgia. Why would we use an out of state lawyer; he is dependable. I have been a client of Mr. Williams for years and he has never disappointed me with his quality of work or his ability to communicate. He has never over charged or taken advantage in any way as it pertains to billing. He is a lawyer who knows how to complete a transaction and not disrupt a transaction.
