We contacted Mr. Wayne's office regarding evicting a non paying tenant who refused to leave a property we manage. Within a few weeks, we were in front of the judge and Richard was able to get this guy out and return possession of our property. I have used John Bellus over the last 3 years. I have found him to be diligent and extremely well versed in the contract and construction law. If I would have used him prior to this I would not have needed his services as much. I found John billing practices to be very fair which I cant say for a lot of the larger firms where it seems like I was always getting stung at any possible opportunity. On a personal note, John likes to win.

The Geheren Firm was not the first on our list of closing law firms but I am so happy we decided to go with them. They were so thorough with our closing, answered every question we had, took care of several liens that were on the first property we were buying with 0 hassle and only took 2 weeks to close from when we signed our contract. The staff that we have encountered were very friendly, addressed us by our names, knew every detail of our closing and were very responsive through email whenever we had a question or concern. Howell Hall did a wonderful job helping me evict a difficult tenant during Covid. He developed a creative strategy to successfully win the eviction case, and then stayed on top of the appeal and got it quickly dismissed so that the eviction could be carried out by the Sheriff. Mr Hall was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. If you need to evict a tenant, Mr. Hall is a winning attorney. I recommend him highly.

Attorney Omole handled my son's head injury to a remarkable success. I was introduced to Atty. Omole three years ago after my son suffered a head injury from a fall at his school's Gym. My son's situation was critical as he spent almost three weeks in the intensive unit at Piedmont Hospital. Our insurance quickly ran out before we met Atty. Omole. He found three other insurance coverages for my son's injury and recuperation. My son is doing remarkably well, with a long term treatment plan negotiated with good settlement.
