I had gotten into a car accident and didn’t really know anything about finding a top notch attorney. I knew that they would do everything in their power to get a outcome I deserved, and they did exactly that. Every road block or issue, Mr. Patel resolved. They made me feel like family, especially Corina. She constantly went out of her way to help me with everything from getting doctors and chiropractor appointments, scheduling MRI, Xrays, and physical therapy that latest several months. I was hit by a car when I was just starting my motorcycle ride on Austin to Bastrop via Highway 71. It was a terrible crash and could have easily been fatal for me but I was blessed to only suffer whiplash and some fractures in my arms and leg. This was a bad injury which required surgery and four screws at St. David's Surgical Hospital in May 2023. There was no question the other driver was at fault. I had witnesses, pictures and a Texas Highway Patrol reported the car wreck all in my favor.
I called a couple of other injury attorneys on the phone and even met one in their office near Southeast Austin. I realized it was going to best difficult to find the best accident lawyer around Austin. My coworker from Progressive Insurance found Minesh Patel's law firm on Google Maps and after talking with him on the phone, I was confident he could handle my accident case and get the best settlement possible. Minesh, my accident lawyer and my case manager Amanda Moya took care of everything. He settled all my bills, negotiated with the medical insurance, got the limits from the other party’s insurance company for liability and property and also got the limit from my own uninsured auto coverage. I was not even aware my auto insurance covered me too. On top of all this he discounted his own fees. In the end I got the most I could have hoped for given the insurance limits and my expenses were significantly reduced!

It’s true it takes a village to raise a child and I’m proud to say my village was and still is Attorney Charles Medearis.

I recently worked with Sam Colletti as our mediator in a somewhat contentious divorce that was beginning to spiral out of control.
If I was to summarize, I'd say Sam reintroduced sanity into the process.
Neither my spouse nor I ever wanted to go to court, but as the divorce process proceeded it seemed more and more likely that it was going that way as tensions flared. Our lawyers jointly chose Sam as a mediator and I can whole heartedly say he saved the day. Not just money, but ultimately our ability to leave with our dignity intact and a willingness to reengage with each other as the sane humans we used to be.
Sam absorbed the desires of both sides with a empathetic ability to make both people feel heard. But, perhaps above that, he reminded both sides equally that there was more at stake than just money and perhaps the pride of feeling like your side 'won'.
That skillset, along with his exceptional understanding of the law, brought authenticity when he reminded us that there were major downsides to even winning in court. He brought a level headedness to both room equally and fairly. Not to say we didn't both make inconsiderate demands perhaps more out of ego, than common sense, but Sam was there as the voice of reason with his calm, consistent and considerate manner. Sam truly saved the day, tens of thousands of dollars and most importantly helped us both leave with a concluded mediation along with our pride.
To put it bluntly, he was the adult in the room and I thank for him for that.

Well I had a crazy child custody case and probably the worse divorce case attorneys come across, I still remember I called Mr Wade with tears in my eyes but he listened to me very closely and understood the severity and sensitivity of my case, I did explained him how I did not had too much money and was budgeted, I was touched that Mr Wade waived off his personal consultation and much more since I had to explained him my case and my situation which took hours as my case was very heavy and I really appreciate his generosity.
