Zach was my real estate attorney when I purchased my condo in late 2014. He was extremely accessible whenever I had any questions or concerns about the contract and accompanying documents. At the closing, Zach made sure that my wife and I understood everything we were signing before we signed it with precise detail. He was extremely patient with us and happy to answer any questions we had. I truly felt like I could trust him and that he had my best interests in mind.
Even now, I come to Zach with personal real estate questions and he is there for me. Gayle represented me during my first home purchase. There was a lot I did not know going into such a major transaction. Gale made it a simple and seamless process. Gayle represented me diligently from offer to closing, and did so with a sense of humor. Whenever I was unsure of how something worked she was happy to take the time to explain it to me. Even when the lender made a mistake and closing had to be pushed back, she assured me this was not a fatal blow and nothing we could not handle. Buying your first house is stressful. If you have to go though the horrible process of evicting a tenant, George is definitely the attorney you want in your corner. The process is such a nightmare. There are so many tricks and loopholes tenants can use, but George knows them all and is always one step ahead. On top of that he is always available. My husband and I are small time landlords and I'm sure we were not a big client, but George took care of us like we were. He always returned emails and phone calls and reassured us that everything would work out, and it did. We are so grateful!

He told me that he is not the best fit for my case. So he refereed George to me. After a few phone call, I official sign retainer agreement with George. George is one of the best attorney that I met. He is always responsive on phone call, text, or email. Which is great! I used some others before, they are not pick up phone call, do not response timely. George is excellent for this! George is detail person. He went over many documents in very details. So he remember lot of data in his brain, which help a lot at the trial! He also work late if he need it. I used Ranj when I bought my house in South Shore. He is really patient and answered all of my questions. He didn't charge me up front and I paid him at the closing. The other attorney complemented him throughout the closing. He waited with me after we signed the papers for my bank to approve everything. He also brought doughnuts to the closing, so that's a plus.
