I have been a realtor for 22 years and have never had an experience with a law office like the one my client and I went through with this firm. They do not answer their phone their voicemails or their emails. Needless to say we did not close on time. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. I do not recommend this law firm for any real estate transaction you may have as a realtor or buyer or seller.

Attorney Fay has been helping me navigate the family court system for over 6 years now. I have stayed with Attorney Fay for this long because she is honest, ethical and direct. My custody dispute has been very challenging but Attorney Fay has never missed a court hearing/appearance/status conference, etc and there have been many in 6 years. Her command of the details of my case is truly impressive. She is also honest about what she is capable of helping with and what to expect at court. I have never felt mislead or disappointed by her guidance. And I appreciate how fair she is with her billing; it has allowed me to continue to fight for my child's best interest without going bankrupt in the process. Attorney Kane never returned any of my phone calls and his staff couldn't be bothered to help me. I always felt like I was a burden. Attorney Kane promised work to be done in a week and a month later nothing had been done on my case, which made me feel like I wasn't important. So I took my case to another attorney.

I think the services of Bertollet law firm are poor beyond comparison. I am a prospective owner of a house .I hired firm for housing transaction and related services, buyer protection based on contract etc. During the process I had faced issues with some terms in the contract and seek help from Attorney Bertollete. As such reaching them and getting a response a question of luck . Luckily when I did get a response , I was told " We don't provide such services. We can not defend you on legal grounds for contract related issues. We just come in during closing". So we did not contact the firm for any further issues. We set a closing date 1 month in advance and informed Attorney Bertollete. 1 week before Becky comes and tells me the attorney is not available and we should move our closing. So not only do I not get any meaningful service from the firm , but I also face inconveniences and problem purely developed and caused by Bertolette Law firm. Ridiculous!
In short the service could be described as unprofessional, unreliable and meaningless!

This attorney is immoral. He takes no personal responsibility or accountability for his practice. He represented a seller in a closing on an investment purchase of mine. Failed to withhold a 1700$ water bill out of sale proceeds on the HUD (his offices job). We verified dollar amount and requested payment and now over a year later I personally had to pay for his mistake and file a title insurance policy claim which will not cover entire amount. What a hack job law office. Immoral. And unaccountable his office should have paid and made a claim to their insurance for their own negligence to their client to properly produce the closing statement. Period. Its a cut and dry issue. Need an attorney? Look elsewhere.

From the outset, Jill's strategy was brilliant. Switching to Jill's team marked a turning point in my case. She didn't hesitate to take charge, steering us away from a settlement path that wasn't working. Jill, along with Molly and Rachel, took immediate action when we filed.
