I accompanied my son to meet with Mr Shehadeh. My son needed an atty. in the Palm Beach area and we reside in another county aprox 3 hr away. Hiring an atty is stressful enough let alone in a town were you know no one. He was recommended to us by a local atty in our area. Mr. Shehadeh met with my son and I and we were comfortable and pleased right away. My son hired him at that time and we both were pleased with his services. He always kept us informed and was very honest with his guidance on recommending what my son should and shouldn't do. He was very good in doing what needed to be done and at the same time being aware of not doing anything that was not necessary just to add more expense than was needed. If my son ever needed an atty. in the Palm Beach area again I am sure he nor I would not hesitate to contact Mr. Shehadeh.

I have been working with Jay (Jalal) for over a year with most legal work related to my company. The fact that he, unlike many attorneys, has real business knowledge, has helped my partners and I make the best decisions for every situation. Of course, the most important factor that makes an attorney GREAT is their legal knowledge, and I am more than confident enough to say that he also excells in that aspect.
There are other important traits he possesses that, although I (or you) may not find them to be top priority, are very helpful. Aside from one of them being his great personality, he knows how to listen and is very patient to fully understand his my concerns. I find these things to be very important because an attorney that can QUICKLY grasp the issues at hand will be less costly than an attorney that requires more time to understand his/her client's explanation.
Honestly, for me to take the time to write a review about anyone or anything, I have to feel either extremely unhappy or extremely happy with my experience, and I am glad to say that my feeling is the latter.

I live in New York, and I had a family law matter in Florida that required an experienced and diligent attorney . I had an extremely complex situation that needed to be resolved during a difficult time in my life. I was referred to Mr. Carlin through my real estate attorney , who told me that I should trust him for this recommendation. I then flew in from New York to meet Mr. Carlin in person, and by doing so, it allowed me to feel at ease and confident of having the attorney that I desired. It was an amazing experience watching him work while he was representing me in court.
My past experiences with a few attorneys were average at best. I found Mr. Carlin to be masterful with his knowledge of the rules of civil procedure , and a fantastic litigator. His thorough work ethic, and tactical approach was instrumental in allowing me to get the results that I wanted. In fact, it surpassed my expectations.
This was extremely gratifying to me to have such a wonderful attorney who truly cared about finding out the truth of the law , and most of all, being fair and honest with me as his client. The only guarantees he gave me was that he would do his job to the fullest, and I am pleased to confirm that he did.
Even though the opposing counsel was deceitful and belligerent, Mr. Carlin stayed focused on the task at hand, which is the law.. His attention to detail, case law, respect for the court room , and focus on the truth was a recipe for a victorious ruling. My only regret is that I cannot use him up here in New York. He is not only a fantastic attorney, but he is truly a great human being. I feel blessed to have had him as my attorney.

I called Atilla in a panic about my son who had been arrested. He calmed me down, walked me through the entire process, and was there every step of the way. He got my son into a program, and even when we were hit with a curveball, he never wavered. Not only is Atilla incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but he truly cares. Kimberly gave me great advice and guidance from start to finish on getting my home sold quickly and for a good price. She reviewed every document I sent her and critically appraised them. She responded promptly and her staff was excellent. There was an issue on the day of closing and her and her staff came through and got the deal done that day. I would use her office again, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Empire came highly recommended from another law firm. Worst referral we have ever received. The Court Reporter showed up late for the zoom deposition and left her audio on the entire time with the tv playing in the background. We scheduled a 2 hour deposition for 4pm and Empire charge us almost double the hourly rate for after hour charges without letting us know there would be an additional fee. They corrected the invoice and when we paid it charged us the original amount of the invoice. I call and get disconnected or voicemail on a regular basis. This company has been very unprofessional and rude. I would recommend another court reporting service for your needs.

I worked with David for several years before he opened his own firm. He handled the collections and delinquencies for our condo association. David was great in his communication to us! He always kept the Board up to date, returned phone calls in a very timely manner and always had a positive attitude about things as well as handling our collections superbly. When I became Board president again in 2015 I called David to discuss the possibility of us hiring him back; we were ready to fire the current attorney and look for new counsel. Unfortunately David told me he was no longer practicing in the area of condo law. I was disappointed. When coaxed, he gave me the names of two attorneys/partners in their own firm. We proceeded to interview these 2 attorneys as well as 2 others firms. We hired the attorneys David recommended and are still very happy with them. Jared made this experience very comfortable and kept us at ease.
