Addendum to review attached
I am compelled to provide this addendum to my review of Forrest and Forrest, posted six months ago due to recent events. I received an ominous call from Paulina Forrest, accompanied by an unwarranted demand to take down my factual review post of Forrest and Forrest law firm, without the presentation of a court order.
This attempt to silence my legitimate review only reinforces the concerns raised in my initial, assessment. It is disheartening to witness such actions, which only serves to validate the point made in my original review regarding the unprofessional conduct and questionable practices of Forrest And Forrest. I stand by my right to express my opinions and experiences openly and honestly. Any attempt to suppress or censor valid feedback only raises further questions about the integrity and ethics of Dan And Paulina Forrest.
I urge others to consider these actions when evaluating the character and credibility of the individual attorney or law firm in question. Transparency and accountability are essential components of any reputable law firm, and any attempts to stifle legitimate feedback only casts doubt on the sincerity of their intentions

I accompanied my son to meet with Mr Shehadeh. My son needed an atty. in the Palm Beach area and we reside in another county aprox 3 hr away. Hiring an atty is stressful enough let alone in a town were you know no one. He was recommended to us by a local atty in our area. Mr. Shehadeh met with my son and I and we were comfortable and pleased right away. My son hired him at that time and we both were pleased with his services. He always kept us informed and was very honest with his guidance on recommending what my son should and shouldn't do. He was very good in doing what needed to be done and at the same time being aware of not doing anything that was not necessary just to add more expense than was needed. If my son ever needed an atty. in the Palm Beach area again I am sure he nor I would not hesitate to contact Mr. Shehadeh.

I have been working with Jay (Jalal) for over a year with most legal work related to my company. The fact that he, unlike many attorneys, has real business knowledge, has helped my partners and I make the best decisions for every situation. Of course, the most important factor that makes an attorney GREAT is their legal knowledge, and I am more than confident enough to say that he also excells in that aspect.
There are other important traits he possesses that, although I (or you) may not find them to be top priority, are very helpful. Aside from one of them being his great personality, he knows how to listen and is very patient to fully understand his my concerns. I find these things to be very important because an attorney that can QUICKLY grasp the issues at hand will be less costly than an attorney that requires more time to understand his/her client's explanation.
Honestly, for me to take the time to write a review about anyone or anything, I have to feel either extremely unhappy or extremely happy with my experience, and I am glad to say that my feeling is the latter.

Rock Title helped me with the purchase my property back in 2014. I reached out to them earlier this week (one month shy of 10 YEARS later) because I needed a copy of the 2014 survey and was hoping they still had a file for my transaction. Having engaged The Mayersohn Law Group last year the positive change in proceedings has been considerable.
As a victim of violent crime and fraud I was left feeling like I didn't matter and courts missing so much. That was before I met Leah Mayersohn.

Personally I had bad experience with this firm , initially I contacted the is firm because we need to resolve an issue with something we purchased and we got scammed for more than 5k with a company in Miami , this firm ask for every detail in this case and they took it but after 3 months I was trying to contact them and the person in charge of my case was no longer available and they didn’t tell us anything like an update or anything so I had to call Them and also write many messages via Instagram and after 3 weeks they finally responded just saying that they not gonna take my case without mentioning anything

I first met Tim almost two (2) decades ago as adversaries on a case, in which he did an excelelnt job for his client while being a consummate professional and a gentleman. While things, at times, got heated and contentious, Tim never resorted to any questionable conduct and a mutual respect developed into a friendship. I live in New York, and I had a family law matter in Florida that required an experienced and diligent attorney . I had an extremely complex situation that needed to be resolved during a difficult time in my life. I was referred to Mr. Carlin through my real estate attorney , who told me that I should trust him for this recommendation. I then flew in from New York to meet Mr. Carlin in person, and by doing so, it allowed me to feel at ease and confident of having the attorney that I desired. It was an amazing experience watching him work while he was representing me in court.
My past experiences with a few attorneys were average at best. I found Mr. Carlin to be masterful with his knowledge of the rules of civil procedure , and a fantastic litigator. His thorough work ethic, and tactical approach was instrumental in allowing me to get the results that I wanted. In fact, it surpassed my expectations.
This was extremely gratifying to me to have such a wonderful attorney who truly cared about finding out the truth of the law , and most of all, being fair and honest with me as his client. The only guarantees he gave me was that he would do his job to the fullest, and I am pleased to confirm that he did.
Even though the opposing counsel was deceitful and belligerent, Mr. Carlin stayed focused on the task at hand, which is the law.. His attention to detail, case law, respect for the court room , and focus on the truth was a recipe for a victorious ruling. My only regret is that I cannot use him up here in New York. He is not only a fantastic attorney, but he is truly a great human being. I feel blessed to have had him as my attorney.

If you are not consistently following up, you will be hard pressed to receive any type of response. If you do receive a response, it will be short and often times not even answer your questions.
