I interviewed several lawyers prior to choosing Ms Soni. Everyone else was trying to sell me way more than I felt comfortable or services I thought were not needed. Also scare tactics were high on their list of ways to try to get business from me. Ms Soni addressed my concerns and gave great advice on what she recommended to start and prioritized my plan over the next serveal months to years based on what I wanted to do and goals to achieve. As a physician/ surgeon I am very concerned about Estate Planning and Asset Protection. There is just so much different information on the internet about this topic and various approaches recommended by different lawyers. Ms Soni explained the pros and cons of each method and helped guide the best option for me which is an out of state limited partnership and an off shore LLC. I highly recommend her services.

Mr. Semenick represented me more than once. Each time his knowledge of the court system and the law impressed me. He's the attorney you want sitting beside you in court. I'd hire no other attorney to represent me or my family. Mr. Semenick's tenacity is evident in his ability to win his client's case. There was a time in our situation when we were faced with confusing consequences. Mr. Semenick repeated the details to us until we understood, he was never impatient, he communicated with us on a level we understood. His calm, knowledgeable, very professional manner gave us the feeling of security we needed. Unfortunately this site doesn't allow for the availability of a higher rating score. Usually when you seek an attorney it is seldom for happy reasons. The last thing you want is an attorney who won't fight for you or doesn't understand your circumstances. I hired steven for a banktuptcy case. I have not had much need for an attorney in my life so I have no one to compare him to. I found him to be very intelligent quite easy to talk to and most importantly easy to get a hold of. All my calls were answered by him and

Barry and his team were referred by my financial advisor. I trusted her recommendation as she had said he is an excellent estate planning lawyer and her clients have given her great feedback about their experience with him. I am very pleased to say that Barry did a wonderful job taking care of my family as well.
Barry is very knowledgeable in his field and takes the time to share what you need to know when you meet with him. His website features many videos explaining in detail many different concepts and problems that can happen in the future. I found this really helpful to review to educate myself and have a better understanding. We were able to complete all the documents I required to complete my estate plan efficiently. I did many other documents as well to protect assets and create tools to have a better understanding for future generations to come.
My adult children were involved in the planning as well. Barry and his team were very accommodating to all the family members who contributed to the process.
Everything Barry and his team did was carefully done to prevent future problems. They are excellent communicators.
