Mr. Miller defended me in negligence lawsuit and achieved a result which was better that I thoughtwas possible at the commencement of the lawsuit. The facts were stacked against my case, but Mr. Miller maneuvered and focused the defense on the facts which were strongest while drawing focus away from those which were my weakest. I would certainly use him again and would recommend him to anyone in need of a trial attorney.

Jonathon Miller represented my company and myself personally with a lawsuit arising from a failed business transaction. He was very informed on the matter that we were dealing with and was constantly in communication with all parties involved, making suggestions on course of action with the expected outcome of each (and accurate prediction for the courses of action we ultimately pursued). He worked very diligently with opposing counsel for a fair and equitable compromise yet was aggressive and strategic, all of which resulted in a positive outcome for us. Jonathon was also very accessible and responsive. If he was not available at any given moment, there was always communication coming from his firm and an extremely short turn around making us feel as if he was available 24/7 to address any questions or needs. This attorney has no clue I am writing this review, maybe he will see it at some point. If you are seeking an attorney in his field, you absolutely cannot go wrong with this guy!!! I can guarantee you he will be the type of attorney who will put his all into your case and I say that with 100% certainty.
Today walking to go into the courthouse feeling scared, stupid, anxious, stressed and clueless. I was going to file a motion on what seemed to be a simple case but turned out to be extremely complicated.
I decided to stop at this law firm and that’s where I met an angel on earth.
As I explained my case, he listened well; he is very knowledgeable and whatever he didn’t know or wasn’t sure about, he took the time to research online and in law books. He explained everything to me impeccably well; I felt like I was talking to a very nice judge. He sat with me for about 90 mins in his office, just selflessly and professionally helped me.
The care and the concern that he put into helping me is beyond my expectation of a consult.
I just had a terrible experience with a previous attorney & after speaking to over 10 attorneys last week, I was blessed with exactly the kind of help I got from him today.
I don’t know if he even understands how he affected my life today. I don’t think he knows how much stress he alleviated by taking time out of his day to help me.

I was referred to John Clarke after contacting five or six other lawyers that did not want to bother with my case; I got the impression that they didn't think it was worth it for them. When I first spoke with John, he actually listened! And then he asked me pertinent questions. Throughout our interactions, he called to keep me up to date and if I called him, he got back to me by end of business day. He made us feel as if our case was the most important one he had, which I know it wasn't.

Mr. Clarke is tough and smart! After my house was sold at a foreclosure auction, the bank sued me for a deficiency of $150K. He analyzed the case carefully and found that the servicer, which had acquired the loan from the original lender, hadn't filed the correct documents to prove standing. As a result the court dismissed the case. I only wish I had hired him before they took my house!

A friend recommended we speak to Mr. Clarke after my husband and I were injured in an accident. We weren't sure how to proceed. Mr. Clarke took 90 minutes to get all the details of our case, and clearly explain what remedies we could realistically seek. Lawyers usually get a bad reputation on not being easy to talk to, but Matt is the exception. I can easily reach him, and when I have a problem he is easy to talk to. It is not oh what is this going to cost me. You can actually talk and work things out without feeling cornered.
I had identity theft and was hit with a law suite with a company I did not owe. Matt was easy to talk to and friendly to talk to. This company did not have my address right, and Matt fixed it for me. After being in the hospital for brain surgery like I have and then having identity problems, it was nice to put this behind me.

Mrs. Goldberg was the most knowledgeable person in my issue. I had a problem with another attorney trying to collect a life insurance policy from a friend who had passed. I was told by my previous attorney it would take about 3 months or so to get it resolved. For unknown reasons my previous attorney let it drag out 18 months for a simple issue. I contacted and hired Mrs. Goldberg and she got everything resolved in 5 weeks. I just received the life insurance check today. She is the best. Answers all my questions. I was a first time real estate buyer here in Florida. The commercial transaction was related to both an E2 visa on my side and a 1031 tax exchange on the side of the sellers. This required quite a bit of flexibility and creativity to accommodate the interests of everyone involved in the matter. Fortunately Drew proved to be knowledgeable on finding a solution for the timing of the contract that allowed for all to go through smoothly.

I could not be happier with the outcome of my first home purchase after hiring Melville Law, PA to handle the whole transaction.
Mr. Melville's knowledge and expertise to navigate through what can be a grueling and stressful process was a buyer's dream come true for me.
I was hoping to win a bid and buy my first home on an auction website.
Mr. Melville advised me on how bid most effectively which allowed me to win the bid that yielded a large amount of home equity with my first home purchase. Not only did he help me attain the winning bid, he was able to persevere a very one-sided, “As-Is” contract that was heavily in favor of the seller, a government-sponsored entity who owns many of the loans in the American market and can be riddled with bureaucracy.
He demanded from the seller to repair a leaky roof soffit and dying sod that were the genesis of two city code enforcement violations, that he later assisted me in getting those city code liens reduced to a fraction of the original amount owed. He accomplished this by displaying a thorough presentation in front of the city committee with the before and after improvements to the property that seller and I made as well stated my case in which he got the city violation amount heavily reduced.
He also got the seller to agree to make the repairs under an “As-Is” contract where they could have said no and been completely within their rights.
Mr. Melville had contacts within the seller’s organization who also helped shepherd the repairs through.
As the contract was nearing its expiration date, I faced several problems:
1. The roof repair had not been made;
2. I was facing eviction from my current landlord’s foreclosure;
3. It was nearing the holidays and with extended family in town, my family would have nowhere to stay if evicted before closing.
Mr. Melville went well above and beyond the call of duty, and I was completely blown away by the results his firm produced as well as succeeded in getting me closed on time.
I would utilize Mr. Melville services over and over again for any real estate transaction in the future and will be recommending him to all my family and friends who need help with any type of real estate down the road. Thanks again Melville Law for your outstanding services and amazing results!
