Working with Mr. Hughes was a great experience. He was extremely professional and thorough, was readily available, and really took charge of the case as though -- as one reviewer has mentioned -- it was his only case. I contacted him because, months after we moved out in good standing, our landlord had not responded to numerous requests to return our $3,600 security deposit. I was a little leery, because this out-of-state landlord can be arrogant. In addition, we had accidentally damaged some flooring and acknowledged we expected to forfeit some of the deposit. Our landlord was served Monday, April 30 and began negotiating with Mr. Hughes that same day. On May 1, we had a settlement, and on May 3, the agreed-upon amount was wired into our account (more than we expected to recover). After fees and costs, the landlord ended up spending more than the $3,600 he withheld, which we hope will improve his dealings with tenants in the future. Well done, Mr. Hughes!

Would avoid working with this firm if at all possible. They are extremely slow to respond, completely disregard emails, and show a complete lack of empathy or understanding. If you are not consistently following up, you will be hard pressed to receive any type of response. If you do receive a response, it will be short and often times not even answer your questions. It consistently felt like we had to chase them down for the most simple requests. Go elsewhere if you have the option.

My family and I needed a probate attorney. We needed to settle my mother’s estate after she passed away. I looked for a probate attorney and they never got back with me after leaving several messages and I had to keep calling. When I did received a call back they did not explain the process just told me what their fee was and I had to pay it upfront. Needless to say I seek help from someone else. I called Mr. Lorenzo on a Saturday afternoon and he answered and explained the process of what to be expected. He sounded very knowledgeable and also caring. Our first consultation consisted of getting acquainted with Cam Rogers. He listened carefully to the makeup of our family, special considerations that might need to be applied, and our overall wishes on an estate plan that would be optimal for our well being as we live, and the ultimate distribution(s) to those we love, as well as organizations that we care about to further their ministries.
Our second meeting was a consultation and presentation of what such an estate plan would consist of according to our needs, wants and desires. Cam had carefully and thoughtfully crafted our estate plan that would give us control with flexibility, as well as a picture as to how our plan would ultimately be passed on to our family and our charitable organizations that are dear to us.

Mike assisted my husband and I with the documents on the sale of our house; as well as our wills. He was very knowledgeable and professional with all proceedings. When it came to our wills, he was able to provide guidance on questions as to how to direct assets such that the process would be easy for our executors. While simplified, it accomplished what both my husband and I had in mind from a beneficiary standpoint.
Mike is extremely trustworthy. We left power of attorney with Mike when we closed on our home, as we would not be present at the time of closing. He was also able to counsel us during the sale process, as counter-offers were not the most straight forward.
I would highly recommend Mike to a friend or a colleague; and, would not hesitant to use Mike again for my own personal legal counsel.

When other lawyers were unable to decipher the legal complexities in the matter that I sought representation for Mark and his team invested countless hours to come up with the appropriate answers needed in order to represent my side and ultimately prevail in a supremely complex matter that absorbed hundreds of man hours researching a legal question that had very little explanation nor understanding.

You do need your own lawyer in dealing with a builder, even a established builder with good reputation. Builder contracts tend to be written to favor them not you, and you do not want to overlook things that might become future surprises.

I hired Leslie to help me get shared time with my daughter. During the process of getting the mother served, I was served with child support The mother avoided getting served long enough to get me served with child support. I didn't even know I was getting served, I thought it had to do with my case.
This helps the mother get almost double if not more child support plus 24 month of back pay, since theirs no record of shared time. If you're like me trusting in a hand shake, DON'T! you can't trust anybody that includes the mother of your child and family!
Leslie rapid response and action to my questions and concerns made a grave and stressful situtation, bareable. If your a man dealing with family court, contact leslie. Not once did I feel like I was the bad guy or a loser, which is what happened when I was trying to do it myself through the court "trusting in the system" never again. Always hire a lawyer, never trust anybody especially the system. You're just a number among hundreds if not thousands of cases.

I had a short sale on my house and the bank gave some money for the short sale my other bank took the money without my authorization for the closing lawyer error.
I went to different lawyers for help and to recuperate my money nobody was able to help me until I met Leslie Cimadevilla was very knowledge about my case and help me right away and got some of my money back.

I had another attorney on a monthly fee for two years and was only one months away from a ugly life altering foreclosure.
I complained to a friend and she gave me Vini's phone number. Calling him was one of the best things I ever did. He charged me a flat fee and within the time I had left he solved my problem. I got out from under this foreclosure with not a dime due the bank and not a scratch on my credit. I owe Vini big time , I am so grateful to Vini I am giving his name to anyone I can.

I hired Mr. Adam to represent me for a simple civil case when it quickly escalated out of proportion. When the petitioner and I could not come to a fair and reasonable agreement they decided to hire a pushy big-shot senior attorney and attempted to strong arm me into an unmerited and unfavorable position. Mr. Miller defended me in negligence lawsuit and achieved a result which was better that I thoughtwas possible at the commencement of the lawsuit. Today walking to go into the courthouse feeling scared, stupid, anxious, stressed and clueless. I was going to file a motion on what seemed to be a simple case but turned out to be extremely complicated.
I decided to stop at this law firm and that’s where I met an angel on earth.
