I started with another Law firm and quickly realized they were taking forever billing hours upon hours for preparing a simple contract that both my husband and I agreed on ( it was a very amicable separation). I fired them and hired Mr. Jones. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and affordable. I am so lucky I found him, I wish I had found him before I hired that other law firm.

I was not able to give my case to Paula as my problem was related to a roach issue but she was able to provide amazing consultation for me to communicate my problem to my landlords. If I could give a zero I would due to the unprofessionalism that has not changed from a previous review. Attorney Keith Miles lost a client because he responds without reading for understanding. My sister was willing to come in person with her ID because she doesn't have a relationship with LegalShield/Prepaid Legal and this attorney became rude in his communication about a general question not specific to any person that he didn't want to even find out about. Now our family who makes decisions together knowing only one POA can authorize at a time will find another attorney to ask a general question before we retain. We just buried our father (who I was his POA) a month ago and to deal with this type of behavior from someone we could potentially hire is unacceptable at any time. A review with screenshots of the texts from his portal will be made with LegalShield/Prepaid Legal as well.
I recommend if you are referred to Attorney Miles to ask to speak to someone to make sure there is no misunderstanding of what you are seeking before using the portal. I appreciate him apologizing on 12/23/24 via Google Review.

Oh my God! Never in my wildest dream did I ever think I would need a lawyer, but I am blessed to have Mr. Orlando as a friend, who was able to get Mr Scott (my lawyer) to reach out to me ASAP. Being on workman comp really blew through my savings. The firm was very interested in my case and encouraging. When the settlement finally came in, I was satisfied, but my lawyer wasn't. He said, "That's not enough for what you went through, let me see if I can get maybe 5K more for you". Well he did better than that, he got me 12K more! The check cleared and I'm hoping to never need a lawyer again, but if I do this firm will/is my only choice.

The consultation with secretary/answering/paralegal was off putting. She asked questions that made no sense, Then asked why a case was put off by a solicitor for so long? That was a very huge red flag... Next when I told this assistant I wanted to do the attorney consult for $350 she starts asking me more questions? I'm assuming she misheard my request but at this point I was past wanting services with this firm. When I told her thank you but ill look elsewhere, she laughs and says "We've never lost a case". Unfortunately you lost a potential client. So 1 star.

Following an accident involving a SUV and 18 Wheel Dump Truck on an Interstate my husband and I were both simply glad to be alive. We were not interested in a settlement just our medical bills, item replacement and reimbursement for the expenses associated with the event to which we were traveling as I was driving a company vehicle. We felt that this was something we could handle ourselves with the two other insurance companies involved but after relentless and wise counsel from leaders in my company we sought out our own counsel.
We had no intention of receiving money we were not entitled to and Vickie Sadler assured us that she understood and would work at the highest level of integrity on our behalf. Mr. Jenkins handled a floodway issue that came up when my building burnt in 2016. I went to the county to get a building permit to start rebuilding and I was told that I was in the floodway. After working with the county for a year I could not get the county to listen to anything I said about a mistake FEMA made back in 1984. Mr. Jenkins got with the county attorney and finally got the matter resolved. Mr. Jenkins got the job done and we are starting to rebuild.
