My husband and I were involved in a very serious accident when another motorist TBoned our car at high speed. We were both seriously injured and spent weeks in the hospital. We had never been through anything like that before and overwhelmed with our own recovery and the layers of insurance even though the accident was not our fault as ruled by the police. Marlon Rhine did a wonderful job representing us and helping us understand the process. He gave us excellent advice and ultimately helped us both feel more in control of a terrible situation and future considerations as we continue to recover. We suffered a case that the tenant did not pay rent over 2 years. Every time, the tenant filed an appeal or motion, just trying to delay the eviction. I turned to Lisa for some help. She quickly jump in my case, prepare the documents, coordinated with Federal and County court. All she did are so prompt, and professional. I finally evicted the tenant within 1 month. That is a great outcome! Definitely recommend her if you have similar issue as landlord.

TODAY I just concluded a dui matter that has been going on since November 2017. From my initial consultation with Attorney Montgomery and her office, they provided A+ service. I was facing a difficult case and Attorney Montgomery maneuvered through the case effortlessly. The first step was saving my driver's license. We filled the paperwork with DDS and I recieved notice that the DDS would not pursue the suspension of my license. That was huge because this allowed me to keep driving throughout this entire ordeal. The next step was her office staying in constant communication regarding court dates and anything needed. After months, we decide to push the case to a jury trial. This is where Attorney Montgomery and her staff's preparation was unmatched. Throughout the entire trial which lasted over 7 hours, she never wavered and her closing arguments were something of genius. The jury deliberated for less than 30 mins and came back with a unanimous verdict of not guilty! I appreciate all of the hard work and efforts of the staff! If you want an office to support you and fight for you, Attorney Montgomery's office is a no brainer!

Most of the Attorneys do just the talking and want you keep forking money for everything they need to do. Robert jones is not focused on making money for himself, but focuses mostly on the client.
I have been around a lot of attorneys and I have not met an Attorney yet who is smart and not greedy at the same time. If you plan on getting divorced - contested or uncontested - I highly recommend Robert Jones. He is very responsible, thorough and very reasonable.

Tom represented me in a contract dispute with a former employer. From the day he started working on my case, he guided me through the process and prepared me for each stage. As this was a very stressful situation for me, Tom's ongoing reassurance and support made it much easier.
He was extremely thorough in understanding the entire situation to determine the best strategy and the first thing he did was invalidate their claim that I violated my non-compete clause. After that, we tried mediation, but they were unwilling to move an inch. Ultimately, the case went to arbitration and the judge found in favor of me on every point...including fees and expenses.
Tom built a very good case by doing his research, making sure we had the right witnesses, discrediting the opposing witnesses and being more prepared than the other guy. I remember one of the first things Tom told me is he would never lose because the other guy worked harder or was more prepared. He proved that to me.
Tom demonstrated what a trusted advisor can be...he really did care about me and my family and worked hard to take care of us. I would gladly hire him again if the need arose.
