I chose this law firm (specifically Adam Moskowitz) based on a referral from my Financial Advisor at Charles Schwab. From my initial telephone conversation with Adam, I felt relaxed, very comfortable, and certain that I had made the right decision. I needed Adam and his team to put together a comprehensive Estate Plan for me...which would include my Will, a Revocable Trust Agreement, an Advance Medical Directive, and Power of Attorney. I also needed advice and guidance on a few other matters relating to my 'estate'. Once all of the documents were drawn up, I physically met with Adam and his team. Adam was extremely patient, listened to all of my concerns, and explained everything in 'basic' terms....taking as much time as I needed to review and understand the entire process and all of the legal documents that I was signing. He made me feel valued as a client. I left his office with the peace of mind that I needed. He definitely deserves 5+ Stars!!

If you are looking for an estate attorney, whether your estate is large or small, simple or complicated, I highly recommend Andre McDonald and the Mc Donald Law Firm. I recently had the occasion to use the McDonald Law Firm for a small estate that had some minor complications due to the fact the deceased did not have an estate prior to death. Mr. McDonald met with me several times over the phone for information gathering and then set up the face to face meeting. Every document, every filing, every notice was prepared, laid out and explained clearly. At the same time, Mr. McDonald prepared a living trust for me with the same meticulous precision he used when he prepared the estate. Adam made the closing process incredibly easy. Prior to my closing, Peak Settlements was very communicative, ensuring I had all the necessary documents, signatures, and information. They were responsive through emails, moved quickly, and answered all of my questions. Adam checked in with me prior to the closing and made sure I was all set with everything that I needed to have, including knowing exactly where I was going. During the closing itself, Adam had all the necessary paperwork ready and organized and as a first time homebuyer, he went through all the items carefully with me making sure that I understood everything I was signing and encouraged me to reach out if I had any additional questions. My family retained him to find and receive compensation from a deadbeat tenant in the late 1990's. Dwight always returned our calls quickly. He was extremely thorough in the courtroom. He quickly negotiated a fair settlement that helped us avoid more legal fees. He didn't bill us needlessly and returned a portion of his retainer, too.

As the case progressed, Mr. Schmieler remained steadfastly focused on the evidence and how it intersected with the law. He not only reviewed documents I provided, but also conducted his own research into previous cases regarding the situation and formulated a comprehensive perspective based on the other party’s history. His persistent and careful consideration of the entire situation reassured me that our case was solid. Although we haven’t yet finished at this point, he managed my expectations to the length of time it would take to resolve. In 2022, when I was looking for a family lawyer to represent me in my divorce case, I retained Linda Brown based on all the positive Google reviews I read as well as my initial consultation with her which was very positive. From the time of my separation until my divorce it was almost twenty months, the case being more complicated because of the custody related to my younger son. During that time, there were multiple court hearings, and I must say that Linda has done a phenomenal job in and out of the court room. I was quite impressed with her knowledge of family law and very thankful for the help and legal advice she gave me. She has been a family attorney for many years and is therefore very knowledgeable and experienced. She communicates very well and is very professional in her interactions. Linda also has a good network of professionals that she can refer clients to who may need help with matters outside of family law (i.e. real estate agents, other attorneys, etc.) Her assistant Matt also did an excellent job with preparing and filing several legal court related documents. He also kept me apprised of important dates as well as communicating important matters related to my case. It's been a long journey, but I can say that thanks to Linda, things worked out in my favor. I could not recommend a lawyer high enough. Mr. Mack has helped me get the compensation to cover my medical bills when I was injured after a car accident and fought the insurance company for me. After contacting Kirk Halpin, and securing his service, he immediately got to work on our problem. An old loan (2005) that was totally paid off (2007) still showed as an open lien on our property. As a result, the buyer’s Title Company would not approve the sale until this lien was accurately proven to be satisfied. After only a few hours Kirk was able to find three avenues for resolution. After only 10 days one of those avenues came forward with documentation that the lien was in fact satisfied, but was registered in Baltimore County, and not Howard County where the property resides. His aggressive and professional approach led to us being able to close on the sale of our home. We are so thankful we were able to hire Kirk as our lawyer.

I hired Caroline when I was charged with offenses in Anne Arundel County. I was charged by an ex for things that I didn’t do. Caroline was excellent from the beginning. She stayed in contact with me promptly throughout the entire process. She told me exactly what I needed to do and represented me perfectly. All of my charges were dismissed by the prosecutor. This firm was highly recommended by a coworker. Rus and Jill were above and beyond handling both of my cases. I was skeptical about what law firm to go with after looking at so many online ads. I was referred to Mark Kohl, of DeCaro Doran Siciliano Gallagher & DeBlasis. Mr. Kohl called me, introduced himself and set up appointment for me to come in to discuss my case. I immediately felt a level of comfort with him and his expertise to handle my case. He was interested in me, my well-being, me being made as whole in this situation. I tried listen and follow Mr. Kohl’s advice the best I could. He was thoughtful in his responses, kind but firm, reassuring and said just tell the truth. I listen Mr. Kohl and we were victorious. Unfortunately my Mother passed away without having a Will or any of her Estate affairs in order. Prior to my mothers passing I had never handled an Estate before. I contacted a few attorneys but didn't feel they were the right fit for all of the complications pertaining to the Estate. Some attorney's weren't even willing to take it on. A neighbor of mine (who is an attorney) suggested that I contact Mr. Andre McDonald to handle my Mothers Estate. After our initial phone consultation, I knew immediately that he was the the right fit for all that needed to be accomplished. It was around the holidays. Mr. McDonald went above and beyond the typical duties that involve getting an Estate opened. He stayed involved and was on top of every aspect regarding the Estate throughout the entire process. He followed through with getting the Estate closed in a timely fashion. Mr. McDonald was very professional and knew exactly what to do and how to handle the Estate. He was always informative and reliable. Mr. McDonald always personally returned my phone calls and my emails in a timely manner.
