Chris represented me on a DUI case and I must say he went above and beyond my expectations. He was with me every step of the way with all aspects of the case. He was very helpful at the MVA hearing. Unfortunately my Mother passed away without having a Will or any of her Estate affairs in order. Prior to my mothers passing I had never handled an Estate before. I contacted a few attorneys but didn't feel they were the right fit for all of the complications pertaining to the Estate. Some attorney's weren't even willing to take it on. A neighbor of mine (who is an attorney) suggested that I contact Mr. Andre McDonald to handle my Mothers Estate. After our initial phone consultation, I knew immediately that he was the the right fit for all that needed to be accomplished. It was around the holidays. Mr. McDonald went above and beyond the typical duties that involve getting an Estate opened. He stayed involved and was on top of every aspect regarding the Estate throughout the entire process. He followed through with getting the Estate closed in a timely fashion. Mr. McDonald was very professional and knew exactly what to do and how to handle the Estate. He was always informative and reliable. Mr. McDonald always personally returned my phone calls and my emails in a timely manner. His staff was very pleasant and a joy to work with during a very hard time in my life. He kept me up to date on anything that needed to be done. He took the time to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Dealing with the loss of a loved one is a challenge within itself but Mr. McDonald put my mind at ease. After contacting Kirk Halpin, and securing his service, he immediately got to work on our problem. An old loan (2005) that was totally paid off (2007) still showed as an open lien on our property. As a result, the buyer’s Title Company would not approve the sale until this lien was accurately proven to be satisfied. After only a few hours Kirk was able to find three avenues for resolution. After only 10 days one of those avenues came forward with documentation that the lien was in fact satisfied, but was registered in Baltimore County, and not Howard County where the property resides. His aggressive and professional approach led to us being able to close on the sale of our home. We are so thankful we were able to hire Kirk as our lawyer.

I consulted with Kirk regarding an issue with repairs during the home buying process. Kirk took the time to talk to me about our case and was very knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough. Kirk's consultation was by far the best that we have experienced. He explained our options, as well as things we could try first before hiring an attorney. We took his advice and ultimately, we did not have to hire Kirk. However, if we had to hire an attorney, we would have hired him in a heart beat.

We retain Ms Cox and her law firm after a bad experience with a different firm. Ms Cox is very black and white ...meaning she says what needs to be said. We came into the case with Ms Cox in the last ending with very little light. Game should have been over but we are still swinging.

I worked with Eric many times in the past and have found him to be acutely familiar with construction issues which is of paramount importance when litigating construction disputes. This is especially important when cross examining experts and fact witnesses. Other attorneys do not know when witnesses are being less than candid; but Eric does. Further, he prepares his witnesses so well that any attacks by the other side are easily handled with ease. On a particluarly difficult litigation, Eric carefully and artfully prepared the case outline and earned a very large award.

I worked with Eric on a couple of construction claim disputes and quickly learned that he is one of the better attorneys in the construction litigation community. He gets knee deep in the details and understands the fine distinction points that are necessary to win the dispute. Further, his cross-examinations (which is where the money is earned) are very well prepared and orchestrated. Eric is a winner, and that really is all that matters.

I worked with Marc for months and I couldn’t have had a better lawyer. I was fighting for custody of my kid and his mother hired a really sleazy lawyer that tried to manipulate her and the facts of the case to take my visitation away. I really felt like Marc cared about me and my rights as a father and it showed in court. It was a horrible process to go through but Marc was easy to talk to and I always felt more comfortable going into court. He also worked with me on a payment plan which was a huge factor in taking the pressure off during the case. I would highly recommend him for anyone with a family law case.

I got a consultation to get information for my brother regarding custody of his son as well as a restraining order against my nephew’s mother. Mr. Isaacs gave me a lot of helpful information even though he knew I wouldnt be hiring him myself. To me that just showed how dedicated he is to helping people, not just being a lawyer. After hearing Mr. Rosenfeld speak to a group of company owners, I retained him to help with contractual issues my company, Alpine Services, Inc., was having on a job in April of 2007. He worked with us on this issue until it was resolved in our favor. Since then he has worked with us on contractual issues as well as collections issues. In each case he has helped us come out on top of the problem. He has helped us collect money that seemed uncollectable by directing us in what actions to take. Mr. Rosenfeld is very knowledgeable, and savy. He has always been available even in emergencies during non-office hours. He is low-key, conservative in his action recommendations, and very effective and result oriented. We at Alpine think he is a rare and wonderful advocate. I would recommend him to anyone with business issues.

Mike is a sharp lawyer that took on my child's contested name change case. He quickly researched the legal issue and Mike said we'd use this law to set our case. The judge provided her decision based on exactly that same statute. He efficiently communicated with me and I was able avoid a costly case. We won the case and I appreciated his opinion in the courtroom and I took his counsel when having to address the court immediately in the trial. I highly recommend him!

I wish there was a way to put in words how great Mike is. I had a case where someone owed me money and he helped me do everything, from what to expect to settling in court to making sure the judgement was entered into the courts and in front of a judge. He also went as far as to make sure that I am not the one who is responsible for late payments. He calmed me down when I was panicking and remained cool and collective throughout the entire process. Usually responds right away even if I email him on a Sunday or late at night. Cannot say enough great things about him. You will not be disappointed with him!

I haven't needed a lawyer in the past but found myself in a difficult and prolonged real estate purchase with protracted title issues. The sellers then said they were canceling my contract. After two weeks of worry and trying to build a case to support my position, my realtor suggested I contact Mike. When I went to see him Mike had already looked over my documents. He listened carefully, asked questions to be sure he understood the situation and the outcome I was looking for, and suggested a path forward. He wrote one letter over the weekend to the seller's attorney. The letter was short, succinct, and unequivocal. Two days later the seller's attorney said they would honor the original contract. The process to purchase the property excellerated noticeably and was resolved within the next few months. I can't say enough good things about Mike, his abilities to listen, narrow the information to its critical components, clarify the concerns and needs of his clients, and take decisive action. I hope I don't need an attorney in the future, but if I do, it will be Mike Bramnick

Let me start by saying that if it had not of been for Doug Coggins, my career and future welfare could very well be jeopardized. A little while ago I got into some trouble with the Montgomery County PD and received some fairly serious criminal traffic charges. He told me that based on my past record which was pretty clean considering what I was facing and my decent sense personal integrity, the outcome of my case had a very good chance of being favorable. However, he made sure that he did not give me a false sense of hope and reminded me that I was always at the mercy of the court and that he would do everything in his power to help me. Sure enough a few weeks later Doug came through ten-fold. After our initial meeting, he met with the states attorney and was able to negotiate a deal which entailed that my more serious charges would be dismissed if I agreed to perform 24 hours of community service. I met with Doug one more time after that to discuss the details regarding my community service and how it affected my charges specifically. Following that meeting we went to court where Doug and the states attorney presented the details of our agreement before the judge and asked for an extension so that I could complete my community service. I kept in touch with Doug via e-mail letting him know when my community service was done, and a few months later we went back to court and essentially sealed the deal. The serious charges were dismissed, and the points were dropped on the less serious ones pending that I paid the fines. Doug's proficiency and courtroom demeanor were impressive to say the least and I hardly had to tell the judge anything which was very reassuring since I knew he was on top of it. I highly recommend Doug Coggins to anyone who finds themselves in a situation where they need professional guidance and someone who has their back.

I contacted Mr. Rand less than a week before my scheduled hearing date. His fee for the initial consultation was very reasonable and overall his charges are reasonable. During the consultation we were able to figure the focus of my case which was a great help among all the issues I wanted to include. I decided to present my case myself and Mr. Rand spent 4 hours with me on a rainy SUNDAY afternoon to help me prepare. Tom knows many different areas of law- my complaint was against a condo association- his preparation helped me overcome the opposition which had TWO high priced lawyers presenting their case.
