I had a very unfortunate traffic incident several years ago in the state of Maryland. As a result, my Pennsylvania driver’s license was suspended. I had tried several other avenues to get this resolved before finding the Killian Law Firm. Each one led to either a dead end or being treated/spoken to with such disrespect and arrogance that I had almost given up on ever getting this resolved. Then I found this wonderful firm. Not only were they willing to work with me on a payment plan, but AT NO TIME did the treat me as anything other than someone who simply needed help and guidance. Their communication was quick and thorough. And their handling of my case before the Maryland Courts was exemplary. I literally cried when they called to inform me that my matter was handled. This albatross around my neck that I had carried and been ashamed of for over 5 years was no longer a problem. Attorney Chester has been referred to me by the online Montgomery Bar Association Referral Service. NO THE PHONE REFERRAL SERVICE, I have to underline that because they are incredible and do they best to assist. Back to Mr.Chester! I contacted him for a Condo Association dispute. first thing on the phone, He asked me what is the management company, I told him and he answered: " the company is owned by a good friend of his". Without being an attorney I spotted a conflict of interest right at the beginning of the conversation and the end of the conversation attests it and the lack of objectivity of this attorney. He found normal for a management company to hold a storage key of an owner for 2 years, He found normal a management company don't have and hold accurate and update paperwork. That management provide a 1989 ( 35 YEARS OLD) contract to be applied on a newly owned property of 2020. and so on.
I definitely DO NOT recommend this attorney.
He doesn't go to court to represent you or the law he studied!!

My experience with the PA Davis Law Office has been excellent! Ms. Davis and her team provided invaluable assistance in updating a joint custody agreement while serving overseas in the military. Navigating the complexities of military service and updating a legal custody agreement could have been incredibly challenging, but Ms. Davis and her team handled it with expertise and professionalism. Atty Valkenet is a very straight forward kind of guy. Very knowledgeable, honest and to the point. No sugar coating. Provided key details as to why this situation would be a very difficult situation. Even though not exactly what we were hoping to hear, we respect his insight and direction. I would give this Firm 0 star if I could. Clients who come through LegalShield.com don't receive much attention and are treated like second-class citizens, or maybe even fifth-class, perhaps because they don't bring in money. Male ATY's tend to be a bit more friendly and show more respect and empathy. However, female ATY's have a rude, condescending attitude, which is even more pronounced when the client is also female. Apparently, they feel superior when they hear the problems presented to them, adopting an attitude like: "You're done, your problem is unsolvable, and you'll have to accept it and deal with it." In a profession that involves interacting with people, where empathy is important. It's clear that many of these women pursued a legal career just for status and ego. If you are referred by Legalshield, be prepared for the worst scenario. For those who have a lot of money and are willing to spend thousands of dollars on a case, well, the rules of the game change.

During the years I needed Mr. Phillip Chalker expertise on three separate occasions. First, with a tenant that refused to leave the property. Secondly, was with a contract release of a shady management company. Finally, a mutual lease break with multi-tenants. Mr. Chalker's knowledge and quick action was everything I would hope for in a lawyer. All three occasions ended in my favor thanks to him. I had a unique situation where I had a tenant move out of an owner occupant property in Baltimore city. The tenant was a nightmare to deal with. Anything she could do to postpone, or take responsibility for her actions, she would do. Where do I start? We were lucky to be referred to Mr. Darrow when we thought our case had little hope of being favorably resolved. Being from out of state (Illinois), we were worried that our case would be taken with a grain of salt. Not Mr. Darrow. He was detailed, fierce, intense and honest with us from the beginning. I wish that I had enough writing space to express just how competent and skilled Brian Loffredo has been with respect to my legal matter. My company was hit with a never-ending “nuisance” law suit. Our long-time “K Street” lawyer was making no progress however he was making a fortune in hourly fees and if I put up with this “process” I would either have to pay extortion to the plaintiff or go broke paying my lawyer.
At the suggestion of one of my employees, I moved the case to Brian Maul and was immediately amazed at how well he compared and contrasted to my previous lawyer.
It’s easier to just list his many attributes:
1. He is extremely logical and really knows business law. He is intelligent, ethical and easy to work with.
2. He is very cost-efficient and generally produced 2 to 3 times the amount (of superior) work my previous lawyer did on a per hour basis.
3. He got up to speed with the case fast. In less than a month, he knew a lot more about this case than my previous lawyer who had been milking it for over a year.
4. He answered my legal questions fast and to the point. We discussed how we each thought the case should be handled and came to an optimal agreement; that worked!
