Karla represented by husband and I when we sold our home in MA to relocate our family to the midwest in 2017. It was an extremely stressful time and Karla handled everything we needed with our closing here, including attending the closing and transmitting documents to our loan processor for our new home, so we could focus on what was a complicated relocation.
Karla actually saved us during one of the most stressful moments of that move when our mortgage broker & realtor for the new home insisted we couldn't sell & buy a home in the same day (after we were already en route there & had all our belongings in a moving truck!). They insisted that we would have to wait *5 days* to close on the new house. Karla immediately stepped in & offered to call the mortgage broker to explain a way to work with the federal law that they were saying was the roadblock. Both the very experienced mortgage broker & realtor complimented Karla to us about how she went above & beyond.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Atty Jonathan Molleur. At first, I called a different attorney who contacted Atty Molleur. Within one day I received a call from him and was so relieved. From the moment I heard his voice I knew he was the attorney for me. He listened to me, through my tears, for about an hour and showed me so much empathy and kindness to my situation. He did not interrupt me at all. It was a very difficult time for me since I was dealing with family members so it was a very personal matter. So needless to say, I was very upset. When I heard that he would take my case, I felt relieved, since he was known as one of the top lawyers in this field of tenant law. From day one, our very first conversation, I knew that we had a chance at winning this thing, and fortunately for myself, this proved to be true.

I was looking for a potential lawyer for a breach of contract case and came across Nathan on avvo. I sent an email to his firm describing my situation and we scheduled a phone call during which Nathan explained where I stand, my options and having that information made it very easy for me to plan my next step. I ended up not hiring Nathan because from an option stand point hiring a lawyer doesn't really make sense. If I need to hire a lawyer in the area on Nathan's firm I would be going there first, he is great.

Alicia & Kim were wonderful! My husband and I were contemplating downsizing for years. One day, out of the clear blue, while chatting with a business acquaintance, they made an unbelievable offer on our home of many years. With only a few days to decide, we quickly went out to find a condo in a complex we knew well and were able to land a place but needed total rehab. That meant the sale of our current home needed to close quickly and smoothly, and then work out a Use & Occupancy so we could stay living in the house, while the new condo could be gut renovated. All during COVID. UGH! The stress level was thru the roof! A family member recommended Alicia as our attorney. And Thank God. Between not having a sellers Realtor (big mistake), trying to close on the new condo while lining up contractors & maintaining COVID protocol, things got crazy. But Alicia was there to bring us back down to earth, keep us calm, and kept things moving in the right direction. She was able to explain the different possible pit falls, and she did early research on both transactions. And it paid off. When we hit bumps in the road, Alicia knew how to handle. Our house in Wilmington was still on the market when we had to move out of country to take up another job. My family relocated to Melrose from California in 2019 and bought a house. David Lucas and staff helped us with the Purchase and Sales contract, and because we were so pleased with the work they did, we subsequently engaged with them to update our estate planning documents (will, trust, healthcare proxy, etc.). I cannot review them highly enough. Both of the attorneys at the firm and the office support staff were highly professional, courteous, and patient with us, explaining complex documents and drawing from their legal experiences to showcase specific examples that led them to include certain provisions in the materials for their clients. Not only did they help us with the purchase of our (beloved) new home and help us navigate some difficult issues in the drawing up of our estate paperwork, but they are now shepherding my elderly parents through the same process. At all times, Mr. Lucas and his staff conduct themselves professionally and with compassion. They are highly responsive and adept at guiding their clients through a dizzying web of legal issues.
