Nick Carbone is the best!!! I was wrongly accused of an OUI after I lost control of my Jeep and hit my head on the windshield. The officer was persistent on stating that I was under the influence, when I wasn’t. I was in shock and dizzy from the impact. My license was suspended for a while. Nick’s knowledge was what helped me to get this case overturned. My experience with him was the best. He listens carefully to all the details. A family member highly recommended that I hire Randall to do the closing of my home because she (as a paralegal) felt he would be best to serve me. She was absolutely right! I never had to buy or sell a house in my life until the recent death of my husband which changed all that. Randall was compassionate and professional. He explained the process and didn't mind at any time repeating himself or clarifying any and all questions that I had. Randall Barron was hired by me and my family to handle the legal aspects of the sale of our family home. My husband, a realtor, was the listing Broker, and worked closely with Randy. My husband always had very positive comments regarding Randy and his recommendations.
He exhibited exceptional knowledge and competence at real estate law, caring service to my parents in their late 90's, and a full attention to all the details that make deals work.
Randy offered truly full-service.....an initial discussion of the property and the circumstances of the sale, a clear statement of the steps he would carry out ..along with a very fair fee. He proceeded to do everything he promised and more!...including a visit, along with his para-legal to the Assisted Living Facility where my parents reside to obtain deed and POA signatures....at no extra charge.
Randy always responded immediately to our and my husband-realtor questions...giving clear understandable responses and most importantly he showed tremendous respect and concern for my parents and their welfare.

Robert stood by me for two years following false accusations. Although he could’ve settled the case, he fought until the end and prevailed, with a unanimous Not Guilty verdict by the Jury. Jim represented my sister in an automobile accident case. She was taking a left turn at an intersection with traffic lights. The traffic light was green in her direction but the left turn green arrow had just turned off. A car coming from the opposite direction at excessive speed, struck my sister's car. The driver in that car claimed the accident was her fault since she was taking a left and should have yielded right of way. He wanted to bring suit, but Jim, working long hours and diligently, worked out a settlement, which was of significant benefit and relief to my sister. He is to be commended for the superb effort and obvious understanding of the law, in his successful handling of this case. I have tremendous regard for Jim and recommend him highly!

Graeme took on what I am sure sounded like a small project that managed to balloon its way into something bigger. What started out as a simple lease contract review devolved into Graeme needed to correct everything, even the business name and details of the party that drafted the initial Lease.

I just hired Dave for the second time to help me buy a condo in a new building that was being constructed and nearing completion. There were a lot of problems due to delays in construction, permitting issues and my bank not wanted to extend my mortgage rate lock. Dave did an absolutely incredible job handling all of it and got the job done. He is smart, persistent and very easy to work with. Plus, his fee never increased, despite all of the extra work he had to do. This is definitely the guy to hire if you are buyng or selling real estate.
