My case was unique and difficult but Zack Everitt was able to get it dismissed in a timely manner. He told me a specific amount would be due for his services prior to a trail start date. Although my case required additional actions and responses he stuck to his word and did not charge me any additional fees. When you are forced to protect your rights and freedoms Zack is the attorney you want in your corner. My husband of thirty years died suddenly on our front porch. There was someone else present at the time. I was miles away getting ready to leave on vacation. Yet the police "whom illegally entered our home" tried to charge me with the weed he had. It was so clear that they could not charge my husband because he died so they charged me with position simply to make someone responsible. Zack was able to prove they illegally entered our home and get the case dismissed. It was very difficult time for me and extremely emotional. He was very understanding of what I was going through and cared about making things right for me. I can never thank him and his staff for everything he did for me and my children. You can only imagine how stressful this was when dealing with the death of one parent and the potential jailing of another for my kids. You can trust him to be honest and work hard to do a good job for you. Thanks again to him and his staff.

No one ever marries with the intention of getting a divorce, but when faced with that, it's crucial to have a good attorney fighting for you. Gene was that attorney for me, but more than merely doing his job and working things out for the protection of my child, he was beyond kind/understanding/empathetic/patient with me! This was an emotional time, and I'm sure he sees lots of people not-at-their-best in his field, but he never treated me as though I was an overwrought, highly emotional female!
Gene was very responsive to not just my phone calls and emails (always took my call, returned emails w/in the hour), but I'd also drop in totally unannounced more than I should have, and he'd ALWAYS make time for me. He never gave the impression I was an annoyance to him, or that he had more important things he'd rather or ought to be doing...even as I was absolutely one of "those" clients!
He gave good legal advice gleaned from years of not only book-experience, but actual life-experience, from time spent in the courtrooms, working w/ various judges and attorneys. He had background/experience on most of those we'd encounter in the system (like the judge or the FOC staff), and for those he didn't personally know, he knew people who knew them. Based upon his experience he also had ideas and implemented things I'd never have thought of...never knew to think of!...and that's his job! What I was paying him for...so that I'd have the best outcome for myself and my child in a very tenuous situation.
When it came to my concerns and worries, he was pragmatic and realistic, sometimes too much so for my emotional-state (looking back however, with a clear-head, I now see his position and admit he was right)...and yet he was very open to my own ideas and thoughts, even pursuing them, some of which helped lead to the successful outcome of our case.
His prices were more than fair for the time he gave me and the genuine concern he showed; even though he was likely dealing with dozens of other cases, he always made me feel like I was the only one. With this being my life and the life of my child's, to be made to feel important and seen was such an encouragement and very calming.

A former customer had outstanding invoices for manufacturing work performed and product delivered about which they disagreed. Despite repeated requests by our company personnel, there was no response or even acknowledgement of our requests to discuss settlement.
We contacted Mr. Brown and after a review of our information, he agreed to act as our attorney in the matter. Despite communication from Mr. Brown, the former customer failed to respond, so Mr. Brown filed a complaint. This action resulted in a response, then some meetings between the two businesses in an effort to resolve the issue.
When the meetings failed to resolve the issue, the two parties met in a facilitation setting at Mr. Brown's suggestion, which ultimately resulted in a settlement outside of court. The settlement was mutually unsatisfactory to both parties, so it was a good settlement.
During the entire process (approximately 6 months) Mr. Brown kept us immediately current on the status of correspondence and communications, and offered his legal opinions of how the issue might be settled.
Mr. Brown was direct and straightforward in all aspects of the process, and was a man of his word throughout. We would not hesitate to employ Mr. Brown in other legal matters within his areas of practice.

I had Mr.Hamor's help to solve my issues with my landlord. I was just so fortunate to know him through my friends' referral.
He is willing to listen to you, very responsive and clear. He explained things to me at each step, what was going on, and what to expect next, including time and fees. While things are very stressful, I could feel very protected because of Mr.Hamor.
At the last occasion facing my landlord, it was incredible that my landlord eventually asked Mr. Hamor (my attorney) for his advice. That tells you how much he is a professional and competent attorney. He was just my hero at that point.
Nobody wants to have an occasion to need an attorney's help. But unfortunately, it happens (like me). I had a very bad experience with another attorney for the same problem (who left me a feeling that he just "fast talked" me and almost convinced me not to have an attorney ever again.). However, my experience with Mr.Hamor has changed my view.
Please get a good one like Rob Hamor. who is passionate, professional and fair. Do not waste your time to find another one by googling. I would highly recommend him.

If I could give a 100/100 I would. Attorney Raymond Waldo was on our two cases for a combined 3 years. Our step parent adoption for our child was handled with care and respect. It seemed uncomplicated at first and then was contested. He made us feel confident and comfortable through out the entire thing. Something as stressful as family court could be was handled with honesty and compassion. I can’t speak highly enough of this attorney’s hospitality and capability. Our second case with him was the most complicated twisted mess you could possibly think of. . Around every turn was a road block. Every single thing that could go wrong felt like it was. Ed is a common sense business lawyer with impeccably good judgment. Based on my experience with him, any person buying or selling a home should consult with Ed prior to listing or signing on with an agent. I sold my home with a fantastic listing agent, but the experience was still extremely stressful and I felt a listing agent was necessary because I was unfamiliar with the transaction. As nice as my agent was there was always the uneasiness of knowing his interests were not always in line with mine -- it's just the nature of the beast. When it came time for me to buy a new home I spoke with Ed first. I learned from Ed that working through an agent was not always necessary and that engaging a homeowner about selling prior to listing with the help of a lawyer like Ed is the most prudent homebuying strategy. Ed and the title company he works with were able to handle all the technical/legal aspects of the deal and answered all the questions that I would have ordinarily directed to my agent. The eventual deal I made was better for both the buyers and sellers; it was a win-win deal because neither party had to endure the work and stress of the open market, and the ultimate sale price netted the seller more money and had us paying less. By paying a flat fee Ed's duties as a lawyer were owed entirely to me and were not influenced by other factors. Also, Ed's expertise goes way beyond for-sale-by-owner transactions. Anyone doing real property or commercial transactions should consider retaining Ed and give him a call.

In 2019 I sold an investment property to my long time tenant. While I had a built in buyer, it was still a very complicated situation for a variety of reasons. Ed negotiated the sale and handled everything for me, and he made a difficult situation much, much better.
