We were the owners of a Home Care company and were sued for a wrongful death by the family of our client.
They were represented by 2 lawyers plus they hired a video company to video all of our depositions.
Some of the videos were damaging.
Jades preparation and presentation was so excellent that we won the case by a wide margin. She also found expert witnesses that were so excellent that they completely negated the experts for the other side.
Can't say enough about here dedication and preparation
and memory of all of the details.
I would highly recommend her to any one needing an excellent attorney to represent them.

Jade was extremely professional and very detailed.
At all times that she met with me she only asked very pertinent questions and also knew all the details by heart. She was also creative in her ways to approach different situations.
Jade, was also excellent at explaining the different issues that arose during the whole process of gathering the evidence and making me fell more at ease with all the bad information that the other team was throwing at us. She was very thorough in gathering all pertinent evidence that showed that the other team was not playing clean.

Cyrus Neek created our LLC and performed the various legal work needed to setup our startup company. The business we started is a software company where we create and sell our own software products/apps and do third-party contract work for clients.
He created an Operating Agreement between me and my business partner where he took care of our concerns about the transfer and assignment of interests, dispute resolution, membership interests, voting and management. He also created an IP Assignment Agreement for me and my business partner that allowed us to put what we had completed before the start of our business into the company, properly. Lastly, he performed an Independent Contractor/Non-Disclosure/Intellectual Property all-in-one agreement for any independent contractors we hire to make sure that whatever work they do for us legally belongs to us for use in our products.
Cyrus was very diligent in his work and answered all of our questions promptly and was always available on call for any concerns we had. He did a great job for us in making sure our startup was setup correctly … our company got what it needed to safely and securely do business and we’re going to get his assistance in filing for our trademark names and logos.

Klein and Wilson exceeded all expectations in handling our legal malpractice case. Mark Wilson and Joe Miceli did an outstanding job reviewing all applicable case law. They were very accessible and their follow up was outstanding and prompt. They frankly ran circles around defenses council and were superstars in deposition. When deposed individuals tried to avoid or not answer vital questions they rephrased and pinned them down
They were also very helpful in developing sound strategies that enabled us to get a settlement above actual dammages without having to go to trial.
You have to pay to get the best, but it sure pays to have the best on your side. They are indeed superlawyers and it's no suprise their firm is ranked in the top 20 nationally in their areas of expertise

I was referred to Mark Wilson from a friend and called him to see if he could assist on a current case involving a family member. Mark Wilson and his firm successfully represented our company in a breach of contract dispute from the filing of the arbitration demand through the collection of the award. Greg Woodard of Larsen Woodard literally saved the day for me. I brought in Greg Woodard in the summer of 2015 and he has systematically helped me resolve each and every case to my satisfaction. My previous attorney had completely mishandled those cases and in one particular case he failed to perform to such an extent that a default judgment was enter against my company. Greg Woodard represented my in the examination hearing, obtained a continuance, and ultimately obtained a very favorable settlement that exceeded my expectations considering the poor performance of my previous attorney. Our firm was involved in a case between taxpayers whereby we were accused of purposely not providing documents relevant to the case during discovery (which of course was not true). Our attorney provided by our professional liability insurance carrier was not protecting our legal rights or providing relevant case law to defend us at our sanction hearings. We thus engaged Shane to represent us. He provided excellent representation and we feel minimized what could have been a very costly ordeal, not to mention peace of mind during a trying time.

I hired Mr. Salas on a last minute problem I had . He met with me the night before my court date and helped me get ready for it. I was very nervous and scared he was able to ease my worries with his legal advice and help . The next day he showed up to court on my behalf and was able to get me into court last minute which helped reduce my charges . I had a smooth hearing and everything he said would happen did . I feel that if I wouldn't have hired him not only would I have not made it to my court date but my charges would of been way worse . I recently reached out to June to have her review my independent contractor agreements. I was extremely satisfied with both my experience and her expertise in business law.
June’s attention to detail when editing, revising and updating my contracts was very much appreciated because it assured me I wasn’t getting a “cookie-cutter” contract, as I have unfortunately received in the past. Having a business where the day-to-day operations and structure is constantly evolving, means you need the best and should accept nothing less than that when it comes to attorneys and your legal team.
I tend to ask a lot of questions, and June didn’t hesitate to answer them all; even when that meant researching or checking in with other professionals in the industry. June is very professional, easy to talk to and gets back to you promptly (always a plus!).
I met with June in person, had conversations over the phone and through email and I would most certainly recommend her for anyone looking for a good business attorney. I found Adam Greely through Avvo and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was able to meet with him for a free consultation. Since I was impressed with his knowledge of Bankruptcy law, I hired him right away. I was forced into a situation where I needed to hire a Bankruptcy attorney because I was trying to collect on an arbitration award and the other side was threatening Chapter 11 (through another Bankruptcy firm) if I didn't negotiate the terms of payment with them. Mr. Greeley laid out my options in layman's terms for me and was available to handle my case in a very timely manner. I believe he helped me resolve this quicker and more efficiently than if I would have tried to have my existing attorney negotiate with the other side instead. This potentially saved me a lot of time, aggravation and money as a result. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody that seeks a professional that is well-versed in bankruptcy law, who is also a great communicator as well!

Most Important, in AZ Superior Court when a Jury gives a verdict completely in your favor (and the defendant's run from the courtroom) you know you have a great lawyer. Then the Jury is allowed to speak with everyone on their reasoning....and we were favored because they liked Joe O'Connor's smile and demeanor over the defendant's present 2 lawyers and he focused on winning our case instead of getting sidetracked on Defendants counterclaims and other 10 different suits and formal complaints. He litigated against a total of 5 Attorneys on this involving this Contract including an insurance company and Registrar of Contractors. From same Defendants, he won multiple claims in Registrar of Contractors with his partner Durfield, proved a false forgery charge with Maricopa Sheriff in our favor, appealed one issue and won. He focused us during our time of crisis to regain our reputation. We are very fortunate that O'Connor is likeable to a Jury, but mostly his is the only only lawyer we like. He is highly recommended.

Wow, anyone need divorce attorney? Checkout Richard Sullivan.
My spouse and attorney was doing everything possible to delay and obstruct the divorce process.
After 3 years and trying couple attorneys, I found Mr Sullivan. He was the only one who got my case moving forward and to the end
I noticed that some attorneys are just pushing papers, which is great for an easy-going divorce. However, reaching a settlement it’s always within your control. And I play that no one has to go through what I have.
But if you have, or just want to avoid it, give Sullivan Law and associates a call. They continued to negotiate up to the last day, to avoid a trial and settle out of court. But Richard Sullivan is a trial attorney and sometimes you need a trial attorney to avoid a trial.

It was a complicated case that included white collar crime, broken promises from legal aid agencies, and collection abuse by government agencies. If I could give negative stars, I would. While it may sound cliché, it is absolutely true in this case. If you are considering hiring Ilona, please take a step I regret not taking: ask around about her reputation at various firms. Doing so could save you hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Ilona took 5-6 months to draft a Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) based on mediation outcomes, a task that should have taken just a few days. This delay resulted in costs of $50,000 to $60,000 for a poorly executed MSA. This amount does not even cover the majority of her work, which was far from satisfactory.
It’s important to know that there are remedies if you find yourself in a situation with an attorney who appears to intentionally botch work for future financial gain. This experience ranks among the top five worst mistakes I've made in 44 years. I cannot stress enough the importance of asking around before hiring.
Additionally, when I requested her to correct her mistakes, she demanded more money to do so. What other service demands additional payment to fix their own intentional errors? It’s incomprehensible.
Also she uses tactics to fool people with multiple google review pages to spam
Out the bad reviews with 5 star reviews with someone with 1-2 reviews and one happens to be for her. Such deceptive behavior

If I could give negative stars, I would. While it may sound cliché, it is absolutely true in this case. If you are considering hiring Ilona, please take a step I regret not taking: ask around about her reputation at various firms. Doing so could save you hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Ilona took 5-6 months to draft a Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) based on mediation outcomes, a task that should have taken just a few days. This delay resulted in costs of $50,000 to $60,000 for a poorly executed MSA. This amount does not even cover the majority of her work, which was far from satisfactory.
It’s important to know that there are remedies if you find yourself in a situation with an attorney who appears to intentionally botch work for future financial gain. This experience ranks among the top five worst mistakes I've made in 44 years. I cannot stress enough the importance of asking around before hiring.
Additionally, when I requested her to correct her mistakes, she demanded more money to do so. What other service demands additional payment to fix their own intentional errors? It’s incomprehensible.
Also she uses tactics to fool people with multiple google review pages to spam
Out the bad reviews with 5 star reviews with someone with 1-2 reviews and one happens to be for her. Such deceptive behavior
