I have known Peter for 30 years. He is by far the most honest and ethical attorney I have ever known. But beyond that, he is very knowledgeable in the area of personal injury, wills and trusts, business litigation and admiralty law. Peter takes great pride in the work he does. Just a warning that this firm will use their Engagement Letter to justify every billing an avoid crediting the client for any damages/expenses caused by their late/inaccurate billings. For examples, even when your clients are no longer around to reimburse you for their share of the firm's late billing, zero adjustment. They will not release/credit the retainer until you request it and all projects are finished (most attorneys who charge retainers apply it to the first few billings/months). But the kicker was when we were charged attorney ($750/hour rate) for the office task of scheduling a group call and they would not adjust it! All our other legal/accounting professionals adjust the billing to offset problems created by their firms mishandled actions, but not this one. Good luck!

I contacted the Vondran Law Firm over 10 days ago. The receptionist was short, seemingly in a hurry, and apparently disinterested in my call. I left my name and number asking for Steve or his assistant to call me back regarding a federal case in California. I never heard back from the firm.
One must ask, why does a law firm like this advertise and post videos on YouTube if when a new client contacts them they never even bother to call back?

Nguyen Law Group answered my questions and working with them was an easy choice. I recently was considering restructuring our company as well as hiring two senior executives for which I needed customized employment contracts. I was referred to Brian through a friend and was a little hesitant because I knew his specialty was real estate law. However, after meeting with him I was confident that I was in good hands. My desire to restructure was based on a previous consultation with another attorney. Brian was unconvinced, so he consulted with a colleague with experience in the type of corporate structuring. He then meticulously outlines the potential advantages and disadvantages as well as the cost implications. The end result is that we avoided a extremely costly restructuring and walked away with two strong employment contracts.

My mom set up a trust 20 years ago when she was a single mom with 3 kids and absolutely no time. When I sat down with her recently to review her estate plan, she was shocked to find the trust was not set up at all the way she thought she'd instructed the lawyers to do it. She wasn't even sure what law firm had originally set it up because there hadn't been any follow up from them in all that time. She also had only partially funded it and most of her assets were not in the trust's name.
I was very happy to find Meier Law to help her restate the trust and get her full estate plan in order. They walked us through every step and helped her feel confident in the plan and how things would be set up to achieve her goals. They also provided detailed instructions on funding the trust and have a plan to check in every few years to see if any updates are needed.
Meier Law is probably not the cheapest option out there, but an estate plan is worthless if it isn't actually set up and funded correctly. So personally I think their prices are a bargain for the level of support we're receiving and the peace of mind to have this all in capable hands.

During my initial consultation Mr. Fahrney took the time to get familiar with the facts of my case. What impressed me was when he told me he would need to get back to me after doing some research based on all the facts presented. How often will you find an attorney willing to walk away from a retainer? He got back to me promptly. As soon as he was retained Mr. Fahrney worked diligently on my case. He was responsive to my inquiries, kept me informed, and always took my desired-outcome into consideration. Less than one month later, the case settled. I highly recommended Mr. Fahrney. He is a very honest and compassionate attorney which explains why he very much respected by his peers.

Wow, anyone need divorce attorney? Checkout Richard Sullivan.
My spouse and attorney was doing everything possible to delay and obstruct the divorce process.
After 3 years and trying couple attorneys, I found Mr Sullivan. He was the only one who got my case moving forward and to the end
I noticed that some attorneys are just pushing papers, which is great for an easy-going divorce. However, reaching a settlement it’s always within your control. And I play that no one has to go through what I have.
But if you have, or just want to avoid it, give Sullivan Law and associates a call. They continued to negotiate up to the last day, to avoid a trial and settle out of court. But Richard Sullivan is a trial attorney and sometimes you need a trial attorney to avoid a trial.

If I could give negative stars, I would. While it may sound cliché, it is absolutely true in this case. If you are considering hiring Ilona, please take a step I regret not taking: ask around about her reputation at various firms. Doing so could save you hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Ilona took 5-6 months to draft a Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) based on mediation outcomes, a task that should have taken just a few days. This delay resulted in costs of $50,000 to $60,000 for a poorly executed MSA. This amount does not even cover the majority of her work, which was far from satisfactory.
It’s important to know that there are remedies if you find yourself in a situation with an attorney who appears to intentionally botch work for future financial gain.
