Daron Satterfield loves his job. I wouldn’t have it for love or money, but here is a man who truly loves his work. Here is my story.
I sold some land in 2018 in Durham County. The real estate agents Alex Rivers and David Balon did, by way of deception, caused me to sign an agreement with them while under contract to another agency. They told me that their lawyer, Josh Whitaker, said that I did not receive “adequate compensation”. As a result of this advice, I told the first party that I had not received adequate compensation and signed with Alex Rivers and David Balon of ReMax. Within six days or less, a lis pendens or “suit pending” was filed against the land. That action froze my land and put me into a state of severe depression.
I hired Kenneth Haywood, a lawyer from the agency of Howard Stallings From Atkins Angell and Davis in Raleigh. I paid him $7500. We went to mediation, all to no avail as I told Haywood. Nothing else was done except for more billing, up to nearly $13000. I refused to pay any more and he quit!~
Daron took on the job at short notice, sat up all night and found case law and president that allowed my effort to continue. We went to court and he was astounding in his remarks to the jury, and his cross examination of this swine. It took about 90 minutes for the jury to find in my favor. Daron is a man you can trust, and one who believes in service to those in need, and I can tell you from the heart that that was me.

Absolute Scam and Unprofessional Behavior
Jeremy,
I hired you to help with a bogus speeding ticket, where I have clear dash cam footage showing my speed, location, and the officer’s actions before and after the stop. The officer claimed I was going 80 in a 45, wrote the wrong location of the stop, and the speed limit on that road was actually 55. My speedometer was at 61, clearly shown on the dash cam. Yet, you had the nerve to tell me you could “maybe” reduce the ticket to a 14-over, despite knowing the entire ticket was a joke.
After this ridiculous introduction, I called the very next day—over a month before the court date—and requested a refund. Your desk lady assured me I’d get a full refund. But today, I get a call telling me the case was continued (even though I fired you), and now you’re only offering half of my payment back because you “spent 20 minutes” on my case? That’s a load of crap.
Then, to top it off you have the audacity to threaten me with legal action if I dispute this scam through my bank. You’re not even competent enough to handle a simple case like this and now you’re acting like a crook. I honestly feel bad for your firm that you’re so desperate for this money, but I’ll be sure to keep on sharing my experience the community.
Keep the half—you clearly need it more than I do.

I needed Jasons Help with a business licensing agreement and a merchandising agreement I was asked to sign. I am so glad I asked him to look at them because he found several things that needed to be changed in my favor and the best interest of both parties. If I didn't have Jasons help, I could have signed these agreements that would have been a big problem if I ever needed to dispute something court with the agreements. Absolute Best Attorney around, I recently got myself into a whole mess of trouble and just to start before my court date we had issues with communication due to a phone breaking, and Mr. Litrenta never gave up and continued to try and contact me up until the night before my court date to inform me of my court date which saved my life because I forgot the date.
Second, I will never hire another attorney again, recently I had gotten myself into a whole mess of trouble and I was expecting the absolute worst possible outcomes, but with a phone call and a meeting or two we got everything figured out and instead of me walking out with a whole bunch of community service and probation on my head, I just walked out with some fees and it was all taken care of!!! These attorneys are the real deal and are really here to help you! If you're trying to pick and choose an attorney then this is the one you want, I promise.

I got a DUI charge and was kicked off Uber Eats as a result. Uber Eats pays for my college through a scholarship program they have with Arizona State Online, so I had a lot on the line. I paid Mr Moore, who is a family law attorney $ 150 for 30 minutes of his time. I’m a senior who is legally blind and now has hearing impaired begging for legal help . My last attorney took $ 7,000 and I never got my legal separation papers. Mr Moore just couldn’t help me and told me what ‘I’ needed to. I must be from another planet because I had told him I don’t drive anymore and have no one to HELP me. Otherwise if I had thousands of dollars then Moore would help .
