I had the opportunity one day to speak to Richard in passing. Not knowing that Richard was a divorce lawyer, I asked if he knew a divorce lawyer. Richard informed me that he was in fact a divorce lawyer. After a brief conversation, I hired Richard to handle my divorce. Richard was thorough in explaining the divorce procedure as well as mine and my soon to be ex wife's roll in these procedures. Richard was timely in returning my calls or emails. As well as taking the time to address each of my questions and making sure I fully understood the response.

Brooks is a wonderful attorney and I highly recommend giving him a call if you are in need of a attorney. His assistant Madi stays on top of things and always responds within 30 minutes or so. After my license was revoked due to unpaid fines, I got a few Driving While Licence Revoked charges. Brooks not only helped me get my license back but he was able to have all of the charges dismissed. And to top it all off I was a court-appointed client meaning that because I was unable to hire an attorney on my own at the time, I filled out the required forms about my financial situation and the judge granted my request for a court-appointed lawyer. I needed Jasons Help with a business licensing agreement and a merchandising agreement I was asked to sign. I am so glad I asked him to look at them because he found several things that needed to be changed in my favor and the best interest of both parties. If I didn't have Jasons help, I could have signed these agreements that would have been a big problem if I ever needed to dispute something court with the agreements. Jason was great at explaining to me, and the other parties involved what and why the changes are necessary.

Absolute Best Attorney around, I recently got myself into a whole mess of trouble and just to start before my court date we had issues with communication due to a phone breaking, and Mr. Litrenta never gave up and continued to try and contact me up until the night before my court date to inform me of my court date which saved my life because I forgot the date.
Second, I will never hire another attorney again, recently I had gotten myself into a whole mess of trouble and I was expecting the absolute worst possible outcomes, but with a phone call and a meeting or two we got everything figured out and instead of me walking out with a whole bunch of community service and probation on my head, I just walked out with some fees and it was all taken care of!!! Mr. Shanahan was always very professional and caring. He listened to all my concerns about my case and answered every question I had. He was very quick with all his responses either via phone call or email. If I ever wanted to meet with him he was usually avaible that same week to sit down and discuss my case. On May 15, 2015 I was served with a child custody suit concerning my adopted grandchild. I was to appear in a NC court on May 21, 2015. I live in Missouri. I found Brad Schulz on the NC Bar Assoc website. Acting on blind faith, I hired Brad and his staff. He went to work immediately requesting copies of information I forgot existed.
