Attorney Coble proved to be exactly the attorney we needed. Initial consultation certainly is worth the cost. He does have an exceptional ability to grasp a very complex situation in an hour, and make a recommendation regarding a course of action.
He does not pretend to be an expert in all aspects of the law, but he is relentless in acquiring input and assistance from associates , then presenting and following a clear course of action. We were more than pleased with the outcome of our association with him.

I was very satisfied with Mr. Coble. His representation is tough in the court room, yet friendly and approachable at the office when you really need to tell your side of the story. At the time of her employment with Wells Fargo, Shaida Horner was assigned to work with me as co-executors of a family member's estate. There were many issues with this estate - real estate, excessive personal property, securities, annuities, life insurance, medical insurance issues, etc. Mrs. Horner was extremely helpful and knowledgable in all aspects of settling this estate. She went above and beyond to make sure I was well- informed of all developments and kept the process moving in a timely fashion. She was incredibly easy to work with and made this difficult situation much less stressful. I would highly recommend her.

I recently utilize Mr. Kutteh to represent me in a personal injury case. I was able to schedule and get in to see him soon after the incident and what I immediately picked up on was his kindness. He explained in detail the process by which personal injury cases traditionally flow including time limitations, the services he offered, and answered all my questions. Ed Powell is one of the best and well informed when it comes to law. I have been in court on several occasions in Ashe County and Yadkin County with Ed Powell out performing thr other Attorney. I recently have the good fortune of being referred to Mr. Powell. My case was a civil matter that was of the most importance to me and the community I live in. Mr. Powell took my case, and we won. His knowledge of law, and preparation of the facts was far superior to my opponents attorney. More importantly I observed a man who not only is a very capable attorney, but one who is also very passionate. Amanda is amazing at what she does. I came to Amanda, frantic. My husband and I had separated more than a year ago and had always had a civil arrangement regarding our children’s custody agreement. When I got offered a job out of town, he agreed to let the children come with me and to follow shortly there afterwards.
However, once things actually started to move into action. My ex shut down and decided he wanted full custody of the children. He kept them from me, only allowing “supervised visits” at his mother’s house. I found myself stuck in a new town with no legal rights to my children because we did not have an Attorney drafted Separation Agreement in place. The police could not even help me.
Amanda was there for me through every step of the way. She was professional, kind and firm when needed. She drafted an Agreement based on what I wanted, listening to what was most important to me. We prepared to go to Court if needed. Luckily, it did not get that far but only because of Amanda’s tact, patience, and kindness in handling this tense situation between two angry individuals.
If you are looking for a family lawyer, look no further than Amanda. This was one of the hardest things I have ever gone through in my life. Amanda was there for me, going above and beyond at every opportunity. She always gave me sound advice, a shoulder to cry on and her persistence and positive attitude allowed me to know things would fall into place… and they did.

I hired Jennifer Bogacki after a death in my family. I arrived to my appointment w/Ms Bogacki, not knowing if I needed to be my sister's Power of Attorney or what needed to be done in making sure my sister was taken care of. Ralph Bunch has done two loan closings for us. Both loans were closed in a professional manner. Ralph does the proper research behind the scenes to ensure that there are no hidden outstanding liens on a property. He has all the paperwork ready and is able to explain the complexities of the loan as well as the responsibilties we were assuming. His fees are extremely reasonable. I have dealt with numerous Attorneys with my real estate investments, and only with Bill did I feel that I had a person who really cared about my rough situation. I knew without a doubt he had my back the entire time! Bill gave me well researched and outstanding legal advice by taking the extra time and effort to give me all my options. With all the emotional turmoil/harassment going on, I knew I was off my A game and felt extremely clouded, but Bill made me feel relaxed and gave me strength/courage through one of toughest time in my life! it was comforting to feel supported and be grounded again so I could make good decisions. I hired Randall to dispute a civil dispute between myself and my previous landlord. The landlord tried to price gouge on fees after move out, which I definitely was not paying. Randall was able to get everything resolved without having to go to court and I didn't pay a dime to the landlord. Great work, would definitely recommend.

Matt Lee was our "go to" guy for a lengthy and constantly changing
litigation that required a vigilant attorney to keep an eye on the elusive defendent. Mr. Crowe represented me in a DWI case that I thought I would have no chance of getting off. He explored all options and took the time to explain our strategy prior to the court hearings. Julie helped us understand our situation and helped us navigate through bankruptcy. She treated us respectfully and with professionalism. The hospital would not accept our payment arrangement and filed a lawsuit against us. I remember when I showed Julie the papers; she said "I'll take care of that!" and that was the end of it.
Julie helped us through a very difficult time in our life. We did our best to work our way out of our financial problems, but everything fell apart anyway. Julie didn't judge us, she just did her job.

I just completed a home purchase with Peter Paul as my attorney. For a number of reasons, it was a long, drawn out process, but I was happy with Peter, his paralegal Kim, and the entire office. Mrs. Lassiter represented my autistic brother in a modification of guardianship hearing. Having experience with her own special needs child, she got to see the dire situation my brother was in with his current group home. Not only did she show a genuine love and urgency for his well being, she took it upon herself to follow through with a complaint to the state on the conditions and treatment at the home. All of this done on her own, not because we asked her too because we hit roadblocks at every turn, but she did it on her own time. In a world which seems to be so misguided and upside down, it was nice to have a breath of fresh air with an angel in disguise. Now my brother is in a skilled home with caring people and the old home has lost its licensure. My hats off to her and she has earned my business for life for anything that falls in her realm of expertise.

In 2006 there was a really bad dispute between my partner and I over the final financial compensations for a large construction job we did together. Samuel Richardson was my partner's attorney. I was being accused of cooking the books for my benefit.
Samuel facilitated a conversation across the table at a neutral location to allow my partner and I to air our positions in hopes that we would not have to use the court system to settle our grievances. He asked pertinent and insightful questions representing my partner. I, representing myself, showed all my financial records [invoices and payouts] for the job in question. His final question was what our profit was. Upon my answer to him and my partner, he turned to my partner and said, "That sounds like a good profit, I do not think you have a case."
Samuel was able to convince my partner that I was not gouging him and that what I had done was on the "up and up", fair, and equitable. Not only that but what I value most about Samuel was that he preserved a friendship that has lasted the years since then. For this I am very much in debt to him even though he was the adversarial attorney.
