At the time of her employment with Wells Fargo, Shaida Horner was assigned to work with me as co-executors of a family member's estate. There were many issues with this estate - real estate, excessive personal property, securities, annuities, life insurance, medical insurance issues, etc. Mrs. Horner was extremely helpful and knowledgable in all aspects of settling this estate. She went above and beyond to make sure I was well- informed of all developments and kept the process moving in a timely fashion. She was incredibly easy to work with and made this difficult situation much less stressful. I would highly recommend her.

I recently have the good fortune of being referred to Mr. Powell. My case was a civil matter that was of the most importance to me and the community I live in. Mr. Powell took my case, and we won. His knowledge of law, and preparation of the facts was far superior to my opponents attorney. More importantly I observed a man who not only is a very capable attorney, but one who is also very passionate. I arrived to my appointment w/Ms Bogacki, not knowing if I needed to be my sister's Power of Attorney or what needed to be done in making sure my sister was taken care of. Ralph does the proper research behind the scenes to ensure that there are no hidden outstanding liens on a property. He has all the paperwork ready and is able to explain the complexities of the loan as well as the responsibilties we were assuming. His fees are extremely reasonable. I have dealt with numerous Attorneys with my real estate investments, and only with Bill did I feel that I had a person who really cared about my rough situation. I knew without a doubt he had my back the entire time! Bill gave me well researched and outstanding legal advice by taking the extra time and effort to give me all my options. With all the emotional turmoil/harassment going on, I knew I was off my A game and felt extremely clouded, but Bill made me feel relaxed and gave me strength/courage through one of toughest time in my life! it was comforting to feel supported and be grounded again so I could make good decisions. I hired Randall to dispute a civil dispute between myself and my previous landlord. The landlord tried to price gouge on fees after move out, which I definitely was not paying. Randall was able to get everything resolved without having to go to court and I didn't pay a dime to the landlord. Great work, would definitely recommend.

Mr. Crowe represented me in a DWI case that I thought I would have no chance of getting off. He explored all options and took the time to explain our strategy prior to the court hearings. Julie helped us understand our situation and helped us navigate through bankruptcy. She treated us respectfully and with professionalism. The hospital would not accept our payment arrangement and filed a lawsuit against us. I remember when I showed Julie the papers; she said "I'll take care of that!" and that was the end of it.
Julie helped us through a very difficult time in our life. We did our best to work our way out of our financial problems, but everything fell apart anyway. Julie didn't judge us, she just did her job.

Mrs. Lassiter represented my autistic brother in a modification of guardianship hearing. Having experience with her own special needs child, she got to see the dire situation my brother was in with his current group home. Not only did she show a genuine love and urgency for his well being, she took it upon herself to follow through with a complaint to the state on the conditions and treatment at the home. All of this done on her own, not because we asked her too because we hit roadblocks at every turn, but she did it on her own time. In a world which seems to be so misguided and upside down, it was nice to have a breath of fresh air with an angel in disguise. Now my brother is in a skilled home with caring people and the old home has lost its licensure. Case involved harassment and bulling at my workplace..Organization failed to follow policy and intervene for me..When I responded to the aggressor's rude behavior I was basically given the choice to quit or be terminated...Reasons given included that I did not show remorse and could not guarantee them that it wouldn't happen again. 18+ yrs of loyal service as an RN didn't matter..No clear laws to protect me but Paul Capua did an exceptional job trying to find justice for me.
