Kendall Page is an incredibly knowledgeable attorney. I have used Kendall for my personal real estate transactions, and have recommended her to my family members as well as numerous clients over the last decade. I have always found Kendall to be incredibly responsive, patient, thoughtful, conscientious, and an all around solid, trusted source for all my real estate inquiries and needs. Estate case not quite suited for Tim's firm but did hire him for a conference consultation with another family member after he did some background research into the case and gained alot more knowledge and understanding after almost an hour and he referred us to another firm that he's worked with thats well suited for the case. I hired Mr Perrin to represent me on a driving on a revoked license and paraphernalia charge. This was not just an ordinary driving without a license charge I have had several. I highly recommend Perrin de Jong. I couldn't ask for a better attorney during my ordeal. He handled my case thoroughly and professionally. Mr. Gordon represented us against a fraudulent building contractor. He was tenacious against the individual. After winning in court, and gaining a sizable judgement for us, he was able to turn that judgement into a secured lein on the individual's property. As you may know, judgements don't mean you will recover your losses, but the secured lein has provided the opportunity to actually recover our initial losses. Briefly stated, "You want Harry Gordon to be your lawyer, not opposing council".

I highly recommend Harry Gordon for any business needs. He set up my corporation, fought my former employer that tried to sue me as I was starting up, and has given me great legal advise along the way. He has done a great job collecting debt and gone into mitigation twice with companies owing me money and we won. I want to start off by saying I trust him and feel very comfortable saying that Prosser is the top attorney in the area. I was involved in a situation where being a small company with limited funds I was being taken advantage of by a multi million firm with a large legal team. Once I finally made it to Prosser things fell into place and what I felt was a no win situation with the possibility of being dragged out for years was handled promptly and with positive results. His responsiveness is impressive, turning around docs, and returns calls almost immediately. I actually have him working on setting up documents for my company to ensure there is no room for anyone to take advantage of my services again. He has proven once again just because you don't practice nor reside in a large city and don't work for a huge firm doesn't mean you are inferior in the legal arena. He isn't animated and loud nor threating, he is to the point, clear and concise . When I was at wits end he helped manage my expectations and calmed me down. There are a lot of attorneys out there but there are a select few that stand out above the rest and Prosser (Sandy) is one of those attorneys. Sandy has strategically helped me through multiple matters involving a partner buy out in one company, a settlement pay out negotiation instead of going to litigation and a larger matter involving loss in an investment. Sandy has a gift and that gift is understanding and interpreting the law to protect individuals like myself and my family. One differentiator about Sandy that I personally have not found in any other attorney is that he genuinely cares about protecting me and my family. Alan listened very carefully to our needs and situation. He spent a good deal of time making sure our Special Needs Trust would be set up in a way to protect our children's needs. In the end, we decided to use only a revocable trust, but it was set up in a way to be able to set up a Special Needs Trust for our son in the end. It all was quite complicated (to us) but he was patient, responsive, and thorough. We are very pleased with our final products and would recommend Alan for estate planning.

Contacted Scott Eggleston to prepare documents necessary for estate planning for my wife and myself. These included will, health care power of attorney, durable power of attorney and living will. Mr. Eggleston conducted a thorough interview, explained the purpose and need for the various documents and what they accomplish. My wife and I never felt rushed or that our questions were foolish.
The time from our meeting to being provided with our documents was extremely short. Charges for services were very reasonable.
I was very pleased and would highly recommend Mr. Eggleston and his Firm.

Hired him to get out of a new construction residential contract after shoddy workmanship by the builder and was getting the run around from them Fred was quick to review the contract and contact and he noted that the contract was not properly ratified by the builder under state law - after a letter went out the builder, we received a full refund of our deposit within 30 days. We will definitely use him in the future! Fred was a true gentleman and very strategic in getting us the best result possible with a minimum amount of time or cost incurred.

We have an ongoing issue. It's complex because there are several parties involve and we're going through a juggling act.
We're waiting on Licensing board investigations but they are delayed and we have no time table as to when they will be finished. Yet the company that caused the issue is trying to push it to court before the investigations are finished and you really don't know what or when you are going to need the attorney. You come up with important decisions where you just need 2 questions answered.
Around here, you call just to try and find an attorney. Most won't even have a conversation long enough to make sure you're comfortable with their experience. No matter what your issue is they tell you they can do it and some even talk about money you can go after but you'll find out it was irrelevant.
These same attorneys are more interested in getting your credit card to get money right away versing making sure they can help you.
I had found one other lawyer on here that dealt with larger issues but he took the time to speak with me and told me what to do and when I needed to bring a lawyer in.
Today is that day so I started my search again. I was so fortunate to find Will DeVore.
Again, he answered several important questions today, advised on what to do next and when to bring him in.
It's so comforting when you get somebody on the phone that's interesting in hearing your problem and concerned about helping you versus hustling you out of your money.
Do yourself a favor, if a lawyer asked you for your credit card to talk to you or schedule an appointment to come in, walk away. Give somebody like Mr. DeVore’s office a call.
The prove they care about doing what’s best for everyone instead of just what’s best for themselves regardless.

Kesai closed several transactions for me, including my personal home purchase. She never appeared rushed at any point in the transaction and took the time to explain all the documents we were signing. She was very knowledgeable and even caught some mistakes that the HOA had made and quickly had that issue resolved. She returned calls and emails quickly. Kesai was my real estate attorney on my new home for my daughter and myself. I closed briefly before my daughter arrived and the process could not have been smoother. The sellers were going through a divorce and made things a little difficult, but not for me. All the kinks were taken care of for me and I just had to show up, review the documents , and sign. Our daughter, who was traveling through the state of NC on her way back to college, was charged with a DUI. As any parent would feel, we were extremely concerned. Our biggest problem was that we live several hundred miles away, and had no idea who we should entrust our daughter's fate with. After careful research, we decided to move forward with Mark. I feel so fortunate to have done so. The process before the trial took several months. During this time our anxiety level was very high given the severity of the charges. What struck me about Mark in particular was his empathy and understanding of our circumstances. He made himself available numerous times to discuss the progression of the case. After careful examination of the evidence surrounding our case, he felt that there was in fact no real evidence to support the officers numerous claims. He explained this to us thoroughly, and how he would prepare to litigate her case. We understood that there were no guarantees, but felt better as the day approached. Thankfully the court agreed with Mark's argument, and dropped the most serious charges leaving her with only a speeding ticket.

In a million years I would not have imagined I would have ended up in such a difficult and emotionally draining divorce proceeding, but I did.

I had several speeding tickets in NC dating back to 2001. I contacted Ms Bostrom and she immediately got back with me and we planned out a strategy to pursue these tickets. Seeing that the tickets were in several counties, Ms Bostrom had to do a bit of leg worked to make contact with several small county DAs. That was not an obstacle for her!
When all was said and done, Ms Bostrom somehow was able to get me out of a ticket that carried a possible suspension of my license,etc. I was able to pay other tickets and fines through Ms Bostrom and that was really great, seeing that I now live in New Jersey.
We communicated on the phone and via email and she was always forthright in what the possible scenarios entailed.

I received a speeding/revoked license ticket about 2 years ago while employed with a transit company. In order not to lose my job and my remaining driving privileges I was ordered to attend a driving class. Mrs. Bostrom was a great helper in getting me the information I needed in a fast and timely matter. Mr. Lucas helped me win a temporary custody case involving my granddaughter in 2016. My daughter was in an abusive relationship which affected both her and my granddaughter. Mr. Lucas was smart, polite, compassionate and knowledgable. He helped me gain custody of my granddaughter and also gave me advice on how to help my daughter get back on her feet after an abusive relationship. I was desperate for help trying to obtain emergency custody of my granddaughter, I called every family law attorney in Johnston County and Mr Lucas was the only attorney to call me back. He called the same day. He had me come in and the next day I had my temporary order. After a year and being in and out of court, I know have custody and not just temporary. After searching through several attorneys in the area (I lived out of state but my children lived in NC with my x-husband), I came into contact with Mr Lucas. This man took my case, showed me respect, gave me my dignity back and worked dogmatically at getting my kids back from my x who had them for 8 years while I spent most of that time overseas.
My sons were in a very neglectful environment, they were not cared for properly and after 8 years of representing myself in court, obtaining 5 attorneys and firing 4 I was amazed and taken aback by how hard he had worked on my case.
