These guys have been with me for 7 years through one of the scariest events of my life. This is a review for the free one hour consultation that Mark offers. I missed the first appointment due to personal obstacles. Mark was so flexible to schedule another one for Sunday morning. I started the meeting with a whole mess of thoughts and open questions and went out of the meeting with a clear picture of what my next steps should be in regards to forming a small business. It was very helpful and I'll contact Mark again for future legal topics.

Mr. Zanotelli met with me a couple months back prior to legal action needing to take place and agreed to represent me. When the time came for action, Mr. Zanotelli would not communicate with me and refused to respond to calls or emails. After 5 messages, his assistant finally called to tell me they hadn’t actually made time for my case and he was several months out. Now, I’m having to start from scratch when it’s time to begin the legal process, delaying progress. I was not impressed with the lack of commitment Mr. Zanotelli has, the fact that he wavered or his lack of communication.

Update: my paralegal told me about how this law firm ran and I posted it on here. Now Brad Miller is questioning my mental health because I posted what my paralegal Nicole told me about how this firm runs.
Because I posted an honest review Brad Miller is trying to retaliate in my current custody battle.
Brad Miller emailed me May 2 2023 in the evening and had an immediate danger hearing May 3 without serving me papers. He has griped that I emailed him when he has emailed me personally.
My mental health is fine Brad Miller. Had a psych evaluation done.

If you really want to stick it to your ex and you want that feeling that you beat them, this is the firm for you. This firm is effective! They will bend the truth for you in court and in numerous superfluous memos. They will bully your ex and drag out the process to ensure that your ex suffers. In fact, they copied me on an internal communication which showed that they will even lie to each other within their own firm. Now, when you come out of the divorce, they will have taken everything from you financially, but who cares when you succeeded in making your ex suffer and that their tactics make thing so toxic that you will hardly be able to co-parent with your ex in the future. To ensure this process drags out as long as possible, they will neglect to let you know that your ex has made offers to settle. For over two years, SKH will make no offers settle with your ex and they will encourage you to not accept any offers because why do that when they can make more money taking this to court. They have so many cases going to court that the judge rebuked SKH for delaying court for 4 months because they had so many court cases booked, but the judge can’t actually do anything to stop these grey area tactics, so it gives you more time to bully your ex! This firm will back you up and encourage you to take your ex for everything. And while this won’t let you move on with your life, who cares as long as you get to falsely believe that your ex is suffering more because of it. Thanks SKH! I don’t have anything left to pay you with anymore, but at least I can feel like my ex suffered.

The insurance adjuster was being very rude to me up until I hired Chris, then I never had to deal with that insurance a****** again. I have had a fairly positive legal experience with two legal disputes I have currently in the courts in the state of Oregon. Initially, I began both suits as a pro se litigant, but as my cases became more complex, I decided to bring in professional help. Mr. Baldwin was open to listening to my cause, my concerns and mostly guided me to where I developed complete trust and eventually, I hired him. I have no regrets. Navigating through the legal process is time consuming....and I have a great respect for the effort he has put forth in my cases. Mr. Baldwin has a practical approach yet is very wise when it comes to reading people, their intentions...an honesty quotient if you will. I found that I could present complicated facts and he would effortlessly compile my research or facts into a comprehensive pleading and yet would be proactive when it came to anticipating the opposing counsels responses. A brilliant mind, a professional demeanor and a great presence in the court room if he is litigating for you. Eric was chosen to represent us in a lawsuit that was filed regarding an injury on a former property that we sold. The plaintiffs Attorney's were known to be very successful at representing individuals for this type of case. From the day that we were introduced to Eric he made us feel comfortable and took much of our worry away, I should say, "as much as he could when your'e being sued." We were defendants and the new home owner was the other defendant and had their own councel. Once Jury selection and the cross examination began it was clear that the plaintiffs attorney didn't want my attorney in the courtroom. He was articulate and fearless, played very well with the co defendant Attorney and had a clear path in his mind to victory. The co defendants Attorney also did very well but Eric picked up the ball where he left off in cross examination and made the facts very transparent. After only 2 days in a 5 day trial, the plaintiffs attorney's dismiss the case against us. Im sure there were many reasons for that decision but I truly believe that their motivation was to get Eric Schilling out of there before he destroyed the credibility of their plaintiff and witnesses. Thank you Eric for your professionalism and a superb job representing us in this case. You are Top Notch!

Martitia or Marti as she prefers to be called is a very plain spoken, honest and very reasonably priced lawyer. Marti will not get into an area she is not familiar with and she won't waste your time on what ifs. Most of her specialties are estate planning, real estate and business law formations and agreements. She is very intelligent and compassionate to many of those in society that are not of priviledge or those who haven't exactly had a story book cookie cutter life style. Marti is patient nor is she jaded or arrogant like many in the law profession. She does however expect straight talk and will deliver it back in her small home town country upbringing delivery when pressed or pushed. I contacted Vivien Lyon regarding an odd domestic abuse/tenant situation and she was instantly on the case.
