Attorney Berger was instrumental in smoothing what could have been a nightmare process. I sold property that was included in a bankruptcy proceeding from another state, and he didn’t bat an eye. As emails flew back and forth while details were being ironed out, he intercepted and responded sometimes before I ever laid eyes on the email, and answered any questions I had throughout the entire process. While Pennsylvania doesn’t require you have an attorney for closing, the peace of mind I got in his representation was priceless.

I hired Matthew to represent me during the most stressful time of my life. The way he communicated and explained the situation to me was unparalleled. He made sure i understood exactly what the possible outcomes were and there was never any doubt,confusion or uncertainty heading into my arraignment. My siblings and I inherited family mineral rights to 120 acres in western PA in 2016. We really didn't know what to do with it or how to value them. We did get an unsolicited offer in late 2021 which wasn't bad, but we felt we needed to "shop" these rights but didn't know where to start. I found Mr. Saunders through an online search and am glad we did. Once he got our basic information, he was easy to work with, always followed through and used his network of contacts in the field to get us 35% more for our mineral rights than we would have been able to obtain on our own. The sale went through without a hitch. All in all, a good experience and we would highly recommend Stephen Saunders without hesitation

Attorney Saunders, revue my deed and told me I do not get sub surface rights, when grantor dies. It was the intent and understanding of the grantor and grantee, that the sub surface rights would pass to me at grantors passing. However that was not the way the deed was written. It took almost two years to get the correct language in the corrective deed. This was NOT Atty. Saunders fault. I am very glad Atty. Saunders, alerted me of the incorrect wording on my deed. I would recommend Atty. Saunders, with your oil, gas and deed issues.

Our case with a giant company was quite unique and most lawyers did not have confidence to take our case. The added problem was because we were Canadians and we need US lawyer who should represent us in our absence in the US. Michael was courageous and undaunted to extend his professional help. My frend’s father was the victim of a car accident caused by negligent driving. My friend contacted Dean, and despite the fact it was a Saturday, Dean spent an hour on the phone with my friend, discussing his situation and recourse in detail. Nicole did an excellent job in handling my assessment appeal. I found out they were raising my assessment late and only had a few days left to file. I hired David Schwager at a time when I required some expedient assistance. My 92 year old aunt’s husband had died, and she was not capable of handling her own care or finances. This was further complicated by the fact I lived three states away and required some “boots on the ground”. David jumped in with both feet when others wanted me to complete endless paperwork and schedule meetings. This man gave me confidence in having a lawyer. He took my case pro bono and helped me get 50/50 custody of my son when I thoughtthe best I could hope for was visitation. He never lied to me or gave me false promises. He explained the risks and what I needed to do to have the best chance of giving my son equal time with both parents. I have known James Doyle for over six years now, and the more I got to know him, the more I realized how smart he is. He has helped me with countless legal advice ranging from disputes with former landlords, to under ages, to criminal mischief charges. with the rental agreement, my friends and I rented a house, and after our lease was up, the landlord wanted us to pay thousands in retribution to furniture and other mis. objects that were already broken when we got there. He advised us to sign an agreement outside of the courtroom to prevent a lawsuit of over $2,700 plus courtroom fees. Our backs were against a wall, we could justify somethings and perhaps get off on them, but the rest we could not prove. They were not our fault but since we did not take any pictures before entering the place, there was no proof it was not us. The agreement stated after we paid, the landlord could not come back and sue us for more, which saved us potentially thousands. With the underage, a friend of mine climbed a 20 foot Temple University flag pole, stole their flag and was arrested two blocks later. He was charged with criminal mischief and an underage. This could potentially mean a suspension of driving license, hundreds in fines, and a plentiful amount of hours for community service. When they went to court, James met with the DA, created a profile for his client stating how the is an upstanding Villanova student, first offense and is willing to pay retribution for the flag. He also said a few other things, and eventually all the charges were dropped. James is a great lawyer with plenty of experience and knowledge for such a young good-looking lawyer. He is not a typical lawyer, he has a wide range of knowledge of the law and could help with almost any kind of law.

James Doyle recently helped us with the sale of our home. James was extremely professional, and thorough. He explained every step to my husband and I so we were completely informed and comfortable with the process. Since James was able to help us execute this contract and help us with the paperwork and setting up the settlement date and meeting, we were able to sell our home without the cost and hassle of a realtor. James was quick in expediting the sale and paperwork so we were able to complete the process in just about 30 days. Given that this was our first time selling a property without the use of a realtor, we had many questions which James was quick to answer and made us feel extremely comfortable. The sale went smoothly and all parties were happy (buyers did not have a realtor either so they relied on James' assistance as well). I will recommend James to any and all of my friends and family who are in need of an attorney in the future and we will be using James' services again in the future.
