Working with this lawyer was a refreshing experience. I recently found out that years ago I had been frivolously sued in small claims court by someone who made a meritless claim. This person used it to try to enter a civil judgment against me. Frankly I had no idea how to handle the situation. I was scared and confused. I called a bunch of law firms trying to figure out what I needed to do, and most of them just left me feeling even more scared and more confused. Then I called the law offices of Thomas D. Kenny, and I had the complete opposite experience. Every single person I spoke to treated me with kindness and respect. They helped me understand exactly what was going on and what I needed to do to resolve it. They worked quickly, communicated clearly, and got me the exact outcome I was looking for. Mr. Kenny was nothing short of AMAZING! I was worried I would do jailtime because the victim had strong evidence against me but he ensured me that I'd be ok. He's truly a magician and great at what he do and he don't cost an arm and a leg!!! I would recommend him to anyone faced with serious charges and want to maintain their freedom or at the very least shorten their sentence. Mr. Kenny is easily one of the best in Philly and I stand on that!!

Michael is an expert litigator and did an outstanding job with my divorce and child custody case, to the point that even my ex emailed him stating she wished she had hired him instead. My ex and I are both considered high income earners under the Family Law system. He’s very knowledgeable about Family Law (including handling stocks, 401k, real estate investment, etc.) and has a professional rapport with everyone in the Bucks County family court system and other professionals in Family Law. We had a dispute with a seller of a real esate whom did not want to sell the property after signing the agreement of sale. We contacted Sam, He listened to all partners, He asked for documentation and recommended a course of action. Having recently gone through a divorce and the death of a parent, I've had to get my financial house in order. Part of this is estate planning for myself and children. I could not be more satisfied with engaging in this process with Whitney. Attorney Christopher Papa did an outstanding job on our case. We were trying to stop a sand and gravel mining project, and unfortunately did not contact Attorney Papa until after the third hearing on the matter. Had he been present from the start, he could have questioned their witnesses, and brought even more facts into play. Regardless, he jumped in with both feet and submitted a 20 plus page report supporting our position with past case law and reasons why that particular business model was not a good fit for our area, in addition to coming and representing us in person at the next hearing. He is very friendly and outgoing, and very easy to talk to. He also appeared to be well-known and well liked by other individuals that worked in our local legal system. The mining operation pulled all of their applications, deciding not to proceed in our area after that hearing, and I believe his presence and his report had a great deal to do with it. I had been turned down disability and not sure what to do next, I called around my town and the SSA office looking for a lawyer to
take my case. I was surprised with all the lawyers here that no one did, or knew a lawyer that did disability cases. Finally some one recommended Attorney Wilson. I called and made a appointment. When I first met him, I knew I liked him, he was very nice to me, explained a lot about my case in a way I could understand. He was very honest and told me my changes of winning. Later he communicated with me by phone calls and emails to keep me informed before and after my hearing. The day of my hearing he was very prepared, he had a written brief for the Judge. and explained what would take place in the hearing, making me feel relaxed before we saw the Judge. After being turned down initially by social security for SSI for our autistic daughter we approached attorney Wilson for assistance. Mr Wilson carefully lead us through a very difficult situation and was successful in winning our case. a year ago i was walking my senior dog on my street. a neighbor whose dogs are all aggressive towards other dogs slipped its collar and tried to attack my dog. she was also walking her dogs. during this i ended up getting bit on both legs.
