Me and my husband are very happy with our decision hiring Jeffrey as our lawyer.
We had to deal with seller's non-disclosures and we didn't really know where to start. At first we had a consultation with different lawyer, who charged us 150$ for a 30 minutes talk, was very unprofessional and left us with more questions than we had before. After that we decided to get a free consultation with Jeffrey, and were so pleased that he spent over an hour with us and was able to explain everything in details, answered all of our questions and suggested the directions we should be taking to solve this case. So we had no doubts that he is the right person for our case.
He handled entire process of a real estate litigation very professionally , and we were very impressed with how knowledgeable he is in this field. Great settlement company that I can strongly recommend. Three Rivers did the closing on my house. As a first time buyer working without a realtor I had lots of naive questions, and needed some hand-holding through the process. They were extremely professional, patient in explaining the process and answering all my questions promptly. Adam helped me to find the correct standard contracts and addendums, was easily reachable and the closing costs were comparable to other closing companies. Closing was very smooth and Adam was happy to take time to explain the documents at closing, which I appreciated. Great service.

I hired Liz Lubker for my child custody case couple years ago. She was good with paperwork but not with hearings. I don’t know if it is a character or experience but she didn’t speak that much during the hearing and we lost. Even though we got the partial custody all the visitation expenses and distances are on me now. Opposing counsel was much more experienced and confident. Opposing counsel talked all the way during the hearing and Liz Lubker was quiet and that’s how we lost. In my opinion, you need to speak and bring as many facts as possible during 30 minute hearing to change judge’s mind.

My husband was caught with distributing drugs and was facing a mandatory of 24 months in jail. We have two little girls and I automatically assumed my life would turn upside down. I was hit from behind in an auto accident in October 2021, and although insurance paid the medical bills and gave us the "value" of the totaled car (which was far below the actual replacement costs), I was still far worse off afterwards. Wayne's group helped take care of additional loss of work and negotiated a reasonable settlement. Since we were just coming out of Covid restrictions, these things went slowly, perhaps in part because the other driver was out-of-state, but Wayne & his team remained dedicated to seeing it through, and we received a better settlement than I had expected.

This was the second time I hired him for a dui. The first time I hired him I was charged with my 3rd dui n driving while suspended. He got it dropped down to general impairment and 4 months time served Instead of 1-5. So when I got pulled over for an alleged dui which would of been my 3rd dui I reached out to him again. I went to see him and we went over the affidavit and he was confident with the case so hired him again and went to turn myself in. (I had a warrant for violation of probation for new arrest) long story short he got all charges dismissed at my preliminary which also meant I wasn't in violation of probation. Both times I used him I couldn't of I couldn't of asked for a better outcome. He's very good at what he does and I would definitely recommend him for anything driving related. Thanks again Michael!!

I’ve been using Mike as my lawyer for years now and every time I need him, he’s always there for me. This most recent time, I got pulled over for driving with an expired license. He arrived on time at the courthouse and got my charge pleaded down . He knows all of the local judges which definitely helps. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else Mike is the best bar none!!!! I received two citations on my CDL, I called MR. Zatko’s office and the receptionist was super nice and explained what I needed to do since the officer didn’t explain anything to me.

I came to Nancy with intimidation and confusion with the law and how to handle a situation; a competing business opened up and I didn't know how to deal with exclusivity and non-competition in my plaza. Nancy thoroughly explained exactly how exclusivity works and what I needed to look for in the signed lease. I applied H1B this year and my company lawyer filed the application. It is selected in the lottery, but I received an RFE in July. The RFE reason is special occupation and beneficial qualification. I worked with my company's lawyer for the first two months, but is not satisfied with their work. My friend recommends Calvin to me and he is great. I applied for H1b in 2017 and I didn't use Calvin in the beginning. However I got a RFE in August and my previous lawyer was not responsible and not caring for my case.
