I spoke to two RE lawyers before speaking with mark regarding a lease I was trying to get out of due to the affects of covid. Mark was the only lawyer that didn’t try to sign me up for a retainer, he was straight up on my situation and found one clause in my contract that could possibly help me with my situation. He didn’t push me for a large upfront $400 consultation or a retainer. I took his advice based on the clause he found in my contract and it worked. My landlord agreed to a reasonable termination fee. I highly recommend mark, extremely ethnical!

After meeting with two attorneys to represent me, it was clear almost immediately Phil was the right representation. The retention process was easy, his schedule and staff was very flexible and I really felt like Phil truly cared for me as his client. He was very thorough in his analysis and provided me with winning counsel and also just generally explaining state laws which can be very confusing. Marital agreements are not the easiest of conversations to have, and Phil provided me with guidance and ethics in that area as well. I would absolutely recommend Phil for any family law needs.

I have been using the services of John J Mahoney at Siana, Bellwoar & McAndrew, LLP. John is a true professional, he is fair, honest, loyal and not at all what you would imagine a lawyer to be. Anthony was instrumental in resolving my incredibly high Allegheny County Property Reassessment. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Allegheny County property assessment appeals process, which made my life so much easier. My property had almost doubled in value and thanks to Anthony’s diligence and attention to detail, my property was revalued at a very reasonable number. Shocked!
How often does a "cold-call" letter offering to appeal your property taxes work out and in your favor. Put me down as a convert. Attorney Lavanga sent a detailed letter to Berks County residents and other counties. By nature a skeptic, I read it several times and could find nothing amiss, rather nothing to lose. Attorney Lavanga would file the appeal, attend county hearing, and even pay for a home appraisal, if needed, in support of the appeal.
The process could not have been simpler with the lion's share of the work being done by the attorney. The catch? None! The agreed fee was fair: a one-time fee of 50%. of any possible tax savings. No savings, no fee. It was that simple.and resulted in a reduction of property taxes in the thousands.

Brian was the consummate professional, extremely communicative and accessible. Brian found the very best options and walked us through our choices and help us to arrive at the best choice for our situation. Brian was well versed in all letters of the law and has positive professional relationships with everyone throughout the legal process to also help streamline getting to our goal. Brian was very personable and had a good energy that showed a great deal of compassion. Those personal touches are often missed in these type of exchanges but Brian was extremely thorough and dotted every "i" and crossed every "t"! We felt confident in Brian and when dealing with the stress and confusion of any legal matter, having a legal soldier on your team is definitely a relief and a benefit. I fully recommend Brian as an attorney you can trust with your life or the life of your loved one. Prices were fair and customary based on what other attorneys charge for the same predicament.
Legal fees/attorneys are expensive, freedom isn't really free but I felt like it was money well spent, that's important too, especially in these inflated and difficult economic times. Brian ticked all the right boxes! We are extremely GRATEFUL for all of his service and support
I think he should run for Governor or something political and he'd have our vote!
Additionally, but maybe less important, he was the best dressed lawyer in court, great style and a great added representation for us and our case. It was a comfort that his self representation was a measurement of how he'd represent us.
It was important for us to leave an honest and forthright review because if you have an issue, you're going to need Brian. He's one of the good guys!

My husband was caught with distributing drugs and was facing a mandatory of 24 months in jail. We have two little girls and I automatically assumed my life would turn upside down. Working with this lawyer was a refreshing experience. I recently found out that years ago I had been frivolously sued in small claims court by someone who made a meritless claim. This person used it to try to enter a civil judgment against me. Frankly I had no idea how to handle the situation. I was scared and confused. I called a bunch of law firms trying to figure out what I needed to do, and most of them just left me feeling even more scared and more confused. Then I called the law offices of Thomas D. Kenny, and I had the complete opposite experience. Every single person I spoke to treated me with kindness and respect. This was the second time I hired him for a dui. The first time I hired him I was charged with my 3rd dui n driving while suspended. He got it dropped down to general impairment and 4 months time served Instead of 1-5. So when I got pulled over for an alleged dui which would of been my 3rd dui I reached out to him again. I went to see him and we went over the affidavit and he was confident with the case so hired him again and went to turn myself in. (I had a warrant for violation of probation for new arrest) long story short he got all charges dismissed at my preliminary which also meant I wasn't in violation of probation. Both times I used him I couldn't of I couldn't of asked for a better outcome. He's very good at what he does and I would definitely recommend him for anything driving related. Thanks again Michael!!

I’ve been using Mike as my lawyer for years now and every time I need him, he’s always there for me. This most recent time, I got pulled over for driving with an expired license. He arrived on time at the courthouse and got my charge pleaded down . He knows all of the local judges which definitely helps. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else Mike is the best bar none!!!! I received two citations on my CDL, I called MR. Zatko’s office and the receptionist was super nice and explained what I needed to do since the officer didn’t explain anything to me.
My court date was 11/10 and MR. Zatko called me personally and fully explained everything to me and got my speeding reduce. I will definitely use Mr. Zatko again hopefully I won’t have to.
