We called Justin Coquat of Traffic Ticket SA regarding a speeding ticket for our teenage daughter she received in Bulverde, TX. We do not have much experience with traffic ticket lawyers, but we felt comfortable with his firm the first time we called them for help. The front office is friendly and professional. Our calls and/or emails were answered every time. Justin is a true professional, kind and respectful. He definitely cares for his clients and their situations. Mr. Martinez first assisted me after my grandfather passed away helping my mother through the process of probate court. He also assisted with my mothers Will and other legal documents for her. Mr. Singh is a highly professional, very thorough and compassionate attorney. He helped me throughout my Green Card Journey, from filing my initial I-130, I-485 and I-765 to my I-751. Sean is a great attorney. We had an issue with a contract we had to purchase a piece of real estate. About a week after we executed the contract and deposited our earnest money, the Seller attempted to ignore our contract and sell to another party. The Seller was an attorney and thought he could bulldoze his way out of the deal. Sean and his team showed that guy right away that that was not going to happen. We ended up buying the house.

Judge Negron acted as my attorney for a child custody case regarding my son. I strongly desired an attorney that would understand what was happening with my son and myself. My experience with other attorneys had been initially pleasant. But they usually wanted just enough of what they thought was important and then moved on; as if I was not needed anymore. Since this could not be anymore personal, having to do with my son, it was extremely important that my attorney understood me as well as any legalities. I wanted someone who could speak to me as a father and family man, not just a legal client. Judge Negron was a perfect fit. Things would only get better from there.
Judge Negron asked questions that were pertinent, but was open to listening as well. He covered all aspects that might be helpful in bringing my son back into our lives. Judge Negron was very helpful in explaining what we would be facing. He made it clear what he could do and what I could do to help. Victor was forthright in what to expect throughout the proceedings. I was especially pleased to find out that he did not have to be "tracked" down. He was easy to contact and made himself available accordingly. All the while, Judge Negron was genuine in his concern for my son and myself.
Once the time came to be at court, Victor was completely dependable and astute. He was extremely thorough and covered all aspects of concern. He aimed for the best outcome at all times. Though the circumstances were trying and stressful, Judge Negron brought calm and confidence. The outcome was a success. My son and I have now been together ever since.
My son and I will forever be indebted to Victor for the time, effort, and concern he gave us. We thank God for placing in him in our path; providence at work. Judge Victor Negron will always be in our prayers. There are more details that point to the providential nature of this case. Suffice it to say, nothing would have happened without Victor saying "yes" and giving his gift as an attorney to make all the good happen.

My Story started back in 2013. After a long, anxiety filled time, David, Frank and Michael finally put it to rest with an outcome that was definitely worth it. I am extremely happy and grateful for the work and time they put into my case. These guys aren't the run of the mill lawyers out there, they work their asses off to get the best result that is possible. I interviewed a few lawyers before volk and mcelroy and I am extremely glad that I went with my gut and hired them rather than any of the others I had interviewed.

When choosing the right lawyers to represent me only one group stood out as the correct choice and that was David Volk, Frank McElroy and Michael Volk. This was my 1st time needing lawyers and I didn't know exactly what to look for but they won me over from the start because I was really listened to and I never had the feeling of a client being sold on a product. Instead I felt like I was sharing my story with professionals who cared and believed me. I was in a tough situation since I was accused of a felony assault on a peace officer and the possible outcomes really scared me. David, Frank and Michael were realistic about the possibilities but were very confident about being able to help me based on my story. As a military veteran, a nurse and a father I had alot on the line and they never forgot about that and fought for my reputation and my career. I was always included in the process and advised whenever I had questions or doubts along the way. David, Frank and Michael knew that I wouldnt accept anything other than getting the case dropped or a not guilty verdict and they were right there with me and felt the same way. The case was not dropped and the case ended up going to trial. Although the whole process was new to me I was allowed to feel relaxed and confident because they talked me through every step and was reassured by their confident and professional demeanor as well as by their knowledge and experience. At the end of the trial I walked out of the courtroom more than satisfied after a not guilty verdict. Deliberation took about 30 minutes. It was very quick. They were that good. I hated being in the situation that I was in and I don't ever want to go through it again but Im glad I chose Volk and McElroy to represent me throught it all. They got me the outcome that I wanted and the one they said they would get me. I made the right choice and I would absolutely recommend others make the same choice.
