My father was scammed by a crooked contractor who took his money and ran. Never set foot inside the house once. My sisters and I were very wary in who to trust to take this case and I scoured hundreds of reviews for different lawyers. I called up several to get a feel for them before finally deciding on another lawyer at Adam's firm. I'll admit, since Adam hadn't been on my radar, I was initially confident that he would treat my family and our case with the respect and care we needed. That changed quickly. He was so personable and thorough. We mostly communicated through e-mail because that was the most convenient, but the e-mails never read curt or dismissive. I was the point person for the whole case, but it was really on behalf of my father. He kept us both informed and gave us sound advice without pressuring us. I hired Mr Farwell about 8 years ago to try and help me recoup the great loss I incurred as a result of a home builder who did not complete my home as contracted ... Mr Farwell easily won my case against the builder, and a large judgment was awarded .... but capturing the funds awarded by the judgment would be the hard part ... Mr Farwell provided great advice and took the steps necessary to help make sure we did as much as prudently possible to secure the funds at some point in the future ... Since 1997, my brothers and I have owned a series of companies ranging from a Texas licensed Retail Electric Provider (current), Texas licensed Wireless Telecom Provider (current), and Texas real estate investment company (current) among many other business through the years. We have had a relationship with Elliott and the folks at his firm since 2000. Elliott is a very trustworthy attorney and his team of associates always give us very sound advice. Through the years, we have had to file suits against others for wrong doings, which is never a task I recommend taking on unless one must with not other choice left. With that said, the team led by Elliott have never let us down. We as a business act ethically, but nevertheless have had some run ins with unethical people. Through the help of Elliott and his firm, we have been able to prevail through all of these situations with acceptable outcomes. More importantly, the team of lawyers have been able to give us sound advice along the way that allowed us to shape our businesses and not repeat past mistakes in business. We truly feel that our business outcome to this point would not have been possible without the help of Elliott and his esteemed colleagues. I recently moved into an apartment unit that had a lot of maintenance issues such as mold, pest control (roaches and ants coming out with the water when turning on the tub facet), and missing/broken/dirty equipment (no bedroom window blinds, dryer plug, running toilet, yellow stained toilet seat, etc). The main issue tho was the mold that wasn’t handled properly by the apartment complex. What turned out to first be black spots on the bathroom a/c vent cover and window, became areas of mold throughout the a/c ducts and system. I had to schedule a mold inspection to find out the apartment management tried to cover it up with a simple spray treatment. Even with all this, the property manager wouldn’t let me leave the unit without paying the early termination fee. I felt hopeless trying to find any information or call someone about tenant rights. That is until I reached out to Ms. Palomin. She was such a relief to talk to about my dilemma and having her there on my side with her knowledge was a HUGE comfort. Thankfully, I was able to break my lease with that apartment complex.

I cannot say enough good things about Clepper Harrison & Duffy PLLC. From start to finish, I experienced the upmost professionalism and compassion. I ended every interaction with confidence and certainty. At the end of every call, Chanda and I both had clear expectations on what to do next--I had my tasks, she had hers, and every time we followed up, we were on the same page. She and her team are highly prepared, proficient, prompt, and consistent. I appreciated that the billing information was explained so well that I never felt like I had to wonder how much things were going to cost. I was billed on the 1st and the 15th of every month, and I personally loved that consistency. Although I have never worked with attorneys before, my personal opinion was that their fees were extremely fair and honest. Each bill had a running record of every item they completed, with times, dates, and explanations. I loved their practicality of providing phone calls and zoom calls, rather than meeting in person. My whole divorce was handled over phone calls/zooms and I never had to step foot into a court room. Although everyone's experience is different, I was able to complete an amicable, uncontested divorce that was finalized in just over 60 days. Without the help of Chanda and her team, there is no way I would have been able to do this on my own. I was very pleased with my outcome, which is astounding that I am even writing this sentence, because I am a person who never thought divorce was an option.
