I knew Scott from his work at his former firm. When I was looking for a new attorney in South Texas I found he had left and started a new firm with his wife. Mr. Rosenblatt respects the clients time, position and resources. He guides his clients through the process with a clear focus on the desired remedy. He knows when to hold'em and when to fold'em. He does't over play his hand or give his client un-realistic confidence or expectations. He is an "old-school" attorney who respects the process, people and the system. In 2010 I ran into a mess with my landlord who I attempted to take to small claims. I never recieved a letter notifying me of the setting and ended up with a judgement against me. I called Allen and he saw me within minutes. Although I was prepared, I was not familiar with court procedures and rules. He took my case even though the chances of winning were slim to none. Landlord/tenant cases are difficult. Never the less, we settled and I got everything I lost and then some. Now Allen represents me in family court. I would never hire another attorney ever again. He has repeatedly proven his knowlege and skills. I have never been dissapointed with his performance, feedback, or communications. Even though you may not get everything you want (at no fault of your defense) you can rest assured he will make darn sure your not pushed around, mistreated, and left confused. I know attorneys can not gaurantee an outcome but as a client I can assure you Mr. Allen Cazier is not in business to make a buck or two, he's dedicated to his clients and making sure justice is served. Do yourself a favor, stop stressing, quit wasting money and call Allen. You will only be dissapointed if you don't. Take it from me, I am not a person who writes reviews... ever!
