Rafael Castellanos is well spoken, honest, and very intelligent. He is reliable, resourceful and a pleasure to serve on a Board with. I trust Rafael. He genuinely cares about his colleagues and is passionate about his work. He is dedicated to doing service for the community, strives for a better society and lives to always improve who he is through continued education, physical fitness and ensuring his family and friends are safe and well. There are few people like him; it would be a shame to not invest in a call or a visit to his office. He is a good man to know.

Noel Meza was fantastic. He helped us to recover a large amount of money from our insurance carrier who was refusing in bad faith to pay anything. Noel stayed on top of it for us and aggressively negotiated with the insurer to recover our money. I highly recommend.

I do not have a ton of contacts and wanted to sell my business which
I built over 10 years time. My business was quite successful and grossing 3 million but I was super burnt out and wanted to move out of Southern California.
I needed someone who would represent me and look out for my best interests. I called a bunch of attorneys but mostly found arrogance, over inflated fees, and slow response times. I knew one excellent trademark attorney who was honest and easy to deal with but I figured I needed someone with expertise in business sales. It's been over 2 years since I worked with Tim but I still remember how lucky I was to have found him. He is super organized and help me gather the necessary documents to present to the buyers of my business to make the due diligence process a snap. The buyers were quite impressed with the package we presented to them. This was the due diligence phase - the prospectus was already written before I met Tim.
He is a tough negotiator but fair in dealing with the other side so both parties to the agreement feel good. He seems to enjoy what he does for a living. He takes time in "crafting the purchase agreement" - that's the words he used with me. These are not just words. I have worked with plenty of attorneys and know what he means.
Tim was a pleasure to work with - I only wish I could retain his services in my new state. It would also help if I could build another successful business first! Not easy.

Rarely do you state a lawyer is a great person, but Erik is exactly that. I have know him since the beginning of his legal career and he has always impressed me with his knowledge and thoroughness. Yet he is also practical and can bring the law into the real world of business. He understands that the legal solution is not always the best business solution. I had a conversation with Mr. Rios. He spent time talking with me. I found that he is honest and knowledgeable. He did not pressure me to hire him. He did not ask me retain him, thus, to get my retainer fee. One did, took my retainer fee and disappeared. There are so many crooked attorneys, Mr. Rios is NOT that kind.

Michele is a great lawyer that will protect her client fiercely in court, she love to share her knowledge of the law with her clients but more importantly she is a caring lawyer. Michele is the type of lawyer that does not shy away from a challenge. I know this first hand because of what we went through with one of our eviction case. 2 days before a trial our lawyer bailed out on us due to fee disputes and common direction of the case, this lawyer was from the top law firm in San Diego. We had two days to find a replacement lawyer and was in panic mode facing a well known opposition. We talked to Michele and she took on the challenge, went to trial defending us with very limited information because the previous lawyer did not send back the complete case work on time.
Michele argued and defended us zealously throughout the trial and when it was finally over, she was still in protection mode and making sure our interest is looked after. I can't speak highly enough about Michele as a lawyer and after many unfortunate lawyer experiences we will retain her service indefinitely as long as she continue to practice law.

I have know Ben for over a decade and have come to him many times over the years with a variety of issues and he has always given me great advice.
