Michael was so understanding of my emergency situation and was explaining everything through out the whole process of my mother’s guardianship. Started the eviction process with Patrick back in December 2023. It is now nine months into an eviction that’s was pretty routine in nature it seemed. The last email I received was in July asking me how the auction portion of the eviction went. I subsequently asked for help with the process of changing ownership in July. Still have not received a reply email or a reply from my certified letter. All the while I’m losing rent monthly. Do not hire this attorney if you value communication between your lawyers and yourself. I even consulted a colleague of his for help finishing this eviction who has now had to reach out to Patrick twice to follow up with me.

First and foremost I want to say Mr. Wardell went above and beyond for me. Dec 17th 2021 I was arrested for a charge which Carries a 15yr minimum mandatory along with a few other things. I contacted Mr.Wardell who unlike all the other attorneys I contacted asked me to come into his office and speak with him in person instead of over the phone! We met and spoke and found a number of discrepancies we formulated a game plan and he was hired. Fast forward to Oct 2022 we filed a motion to suppress the courts kept postponing we finally had a hearing Feb 2023 and had a chance to argue our arguments! When I say this man fought tooth and nail in that hearing he fought tooth and nail!! Now let’s fast forward to April 5th 2023 we finally got a ruling! MOTION GRANTED!! All evidence suppressed they violated my 4th amendment rights! Mr. Wardell answered the phone anytime I called always answered my questions and concerns! I highly recommend this man without a doubt 10/10!! Thanks again Mr Wardell!!

Was referred by another vet but for some reason I was refused as a client and never given a reason why then received a letter from the VA with this firm identified as my attorney and when I contacted them they were extremely avoiding and sent me out a nice nasty letter stating that they didn't represent me as they had told me previously but nothing about how the VA got them on my case as the attorney representative on file.

I lost my son to a tragic drowning. He was just three years old. I hired attorney name Kenneth Williams Kenneth Williams never did anything with the lawsuit never sent the opposing counsel any type of documentations that he was representing me in this claim against the department of children and families the limit ran out, I contacted this attorney Matthew Schwartz Schwartz told me to send over all the Dcf complaints against the mother leading up to his death. I did so after reading him he told me yeah it sounds like you had a case against Dcf and he doesn’t understand why the attorney didn’t do anything so I was trying to sue the attorney For allowing the statutory limit to run out after sharing my private documents from the department of children of families with this attorney he told me that somebody else in the firm was looking at the documents from DCF and then I get an email from them. We’re not gonna represent you very very blunt very brief no type of condolences. Nothing at all. I consider this attorney a very inconsiderate attorney, no emotion at all and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody

My wife and I hired Matthew Schwartz to attempt to recover our financial losses after we put our faith in an accredited financial advisor and after making some very bad financial decisions, he and his company had lost 95% of our IRA assets. Matthew was persistent and kept us updated almost daily. Although the advisor's lawyers consistently tried to blame us for these bad decisions, Matthew always had the legal answers on his side. Although he went back and forth with the other attorneys, Matthew always came out on top. After 16 months, we were able to reach an agreeable settlement and also exposed the financial advisor and his company for what they did. I will always recommend Matthew Schwartz for any legal issues others or myself will have in the future.

I had an aweful experience with these lawyers and they did what they wanted, didn’t listen to me at all and gave zero updates until I finally said that was enough stop working after I was given a price of 10,000. They will act like they are working and review records from a trust company that I never had a problem with but they have to steal money from you somehow!! And now I am having a problem with them holding on to the rest of the funds and they were unprofessional as well and I even had one of them screaming at me that was an office clerk. Worst experience!! And a bunch of con men!
