I had an aweful experience with these lawyers and they did what they wanted, didn’t listen to me at all and gave zero updates until I finally said that was enough stop working after I was given a price of 10,000. They will act like they are working and review records from a trust company that I never had a problem with but they have to steal money from you somehow!! And now I am having a problem with them holding on to the rest of the funds and they were unprofessional as well and I even had one of them screaming at me that was an office clerk. I previously had another law firm handle my roof claim after the insurance company refused to pay and then folded. The company couldn’t resolve the issue which went to FIGA. So a friend referred Merlin group to handle the issue. They were very professional and kept me updated even though, at times, there was no progress to discuss. Through their persistence and constant contact with FIGA, the issue finally got resolved AFTER almost 2 years!! Hopefully this won’t happen again, but if it does, I’ll reach back out to them.

For the past four years, I have been trying to build a relationship with my five-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, the mother and her family have fought me on every end. It has been painful and exhausting. Last year, I decided to file for a Parenting/Time Sharing plan. I represented myself while the other party hired a lawyer. I couldn't afford one. Unfortunately, the case took a turn and I was left with a bag of questions. When I called Ms. Shere's office, her assistant was so kind and patient as I explained my situation. There was empathy and thoughtfulness on the other end of the line. She was very honest and could not guarantee that Ms. Sherer would be able to get back to me in the time I needed but promised she would try.
No more than two hours later I received a call from Ms. Sherer herself. Not an attorney looking to take a case for money, but someone who was genuine and wanted to understand so that she could provide me with the best advice. I must have called ten lawyers today and she was the first one to give me actionable steps to take (like filing a motion for clarification so I could understand exactly what was said during my hearing) to help my case. I nearly cried when I got off the call. She gave me answers and guidance. She even informed me that I would likely need an appellate attorney should the case move forward and I should prepare for that.
I am grateful for Ms. Sherer and her team. The care, attention, and empathy they exhibited was heartfelt. We need more of it in the world.

I was recommended to Brooks & Brooks Law by a friend after having a serious car accident ( that I was not at fault) when I called I was emmidiately helped in a professional manner. When I contacted my case manager by phone or email I was always answered within same day. Any question I asked was always explained. I hired Eulo&Smith in April 2024 to cover my 2023 & 2024 Polk Case as well as my 2024 VOP in Hillsbough. I met Marie taylor who charged me $3000 for my VOP and 2024 Cass. I also Paid her $10,000 plus 1.5x totaling to $15,000 for my 2023 Polk case. She came to meet me and told me things that she was not able to do. She promised alot that did not come. She ignored me and my family for weeks. She missed both of my court dates as well as missed promises to come see me. I was told in July 2024 that she quit the law firm. I was then appointed Ms. Shannon Bailey which works for Eulo&Smith who constantly ignored my family again as well as her client, me, in jail. She made promsies to come see me and never came. In the past 6 months, I've only seen attoneys who were fill ins from the law firm on my last 4 manditory doctetings. The judge was livid as it does not take 6 months to articulate a deal that was supposed to be settled. Eulo&Smith took on too many cases according to Ms. Bailey and they're not able to keep up. I'm being foreced into taking a deal or going to trial in 3 weeks becasue this law firm has not reached out to me but only once about my case details and to make matters worse, the lawyer to heard them quit, Ms. Taylor. I have had chance court date after court date for someone to come out here and see me as i write this from a Kiosk. I have no way to contact my attorney except for my family as they're being ignored. I told a fill in from my court date that i paid 1.5x for better and priorty service and the employee, which I'm assuming is from the Orlando office, that there is no such thing as 1.5x or priorty service. I was told from Bailey that taylor took on too many clients and quit which I'm assuming she did to get paid and left.

First and foremost I want to say Mr. Wardell went above and beyond for me. Dec 17th 2021 I was arrested for a charge which Carries a 15yr minimum mandatory along with a few other things. I contacted Mr.Wardell who unlike all the other attorneys I contacted asked me to come into his office and speak with him in person instead of over the phone! We met and spoke and found a number of discrepancies we formulated a game plan and he was hired. Fast forward to Oct 2022 we filed a motion to suppress the courts kept postponing we finally had a hearing Feb 2023 and had a chance to argue our arguments! When I say this man fought tooth and nail in that hearing he fought tooth and nail!! Now let’s fast forward to April 5th 2023 we finally got a ruling! MOTION GRANTED!! All evidence suppressed they violated my 4th amendment rights! Mr. Wardell answered the phone anytime I called always answered my questions and concerns! Was referred by another vet but for some reason I was refused as a client and never given a reason why then received a letter from the VA with this firm identified as my attorney and when I contacted them they were extremely avoiding and sent me out a nice nasty letter stating that they didn't represent me as they had told me previously but nothing about how the VA got them on my case as the attorney representative on file.
