Wpuld not recommend. He dont fight for rights and facts. My employer worked me over a month, didnt pay me, then when i quit, harrassed me and this firm denied my claim so i guess they believe its right for people to get done any old way. Or wait...mabye not enough money for them. So again...dont recommend. So sad this firm dont fight for rights and now, here i am a single dad with nothing, Christmas ruined for my 7 year old and im a nobody still to this firm. They could care less.

Has to be the absolute worst law firm ever in the entire world.
They DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS, the secretary gives wrong info constantly. It takes forever and I mean over 2 years to settle a case. I was told oopps someone dropped the ball in your case and should have not been that way.
They definitely don’t know how to fight the other side they cave to them instead.
Over a $100,000 dollars in damages and they got $25000 dollars cause I said ok I’m done dragging this out I need to fix my home. It’s been 26 months already.
I’d definitely find another well known law firm to use if I ever had to go through this issue again. Highly don’t recommend MERLIN LAW FIRM Absolute disgrace to law.
