I went to see Mr. Davis for an estate plan. I was very pleased with his explanations and the time he took to make sure I understood the process. This sort of thing can be very time consuming and difficult to get through, he completed the paperwork promptly and had all the people in in place to finish the process in the next visit. Elizabeth and her team were able to drive my mother-in-law through Green Card approval process to completion. The process hit some unfortunate turns when she received incorrect documentation from other countries (Hungary) that was not accepted by US processing center without explanation. We have spend months and months in attempts to find out the reason and move the case from the dead point, including involving senator request to US visa processing center officials. During this time, Elizabeth and her team (Sofia Solonari) were constantly in support. They were tried their best researching similar cases and providing their best advises based on their inner knowledge of the processing system and procedures. Without their guidance we would be lost in the confusing world of hundreds document, forms, and procedures.

I am a business owner who uses attorneys from time to time. Jim Lang is the best. He helped me fix a big problem I had at the VMRC on a matter of great importance to me. This was not a simple case so it turned into a 4 year journey. Over that entire time Jim was always smart, tenacious, experienced, a great listener, and (most importantly) caring. A lot of road blocks popped up over the life of my case. Jim figured out a way over, around or through each one. Jim's deep contacts at the agency, and the credibility he has built up over his many years representing clients before the VMRC, turned out to be a resource that was very helpful in getting my case resolved in highly favorable terms. Kenneth Farino was my lawyer on a case that lasted 2 years and 3 months. And while that is a chunk of time, I can only imagine how long it would have dragged on if not for him. No question was ever too small (or too anxiety riddled). This is by far one of the best professional experiences I have ever had, and I am saying that coming from an unexpected awful situation. I am a cup half empty gal but he always had me seeing the cup half full. He is thoughtful, caring, passionate, accessible, considerate, transparent, knowledgeable, tenacious, the list goes on and on. I knew every step of the way I was prioritized. When it came to settling the case, I was in awe watching him work on email. He was relentless to the opposing counsel. I cannot recommend him enough. Frank Wright was an angel in disguise. I was in a head on collision with no fault of my own and it turned my world upside down. I started off with another attorney who thought I should just pay what the other party was ordering me to pay. Then I got a referral from a good friend of mine, so I called Jeff Howell. Jeff rolled his sleeves and jumped right in. Less than a week later he had negotiated a settlement agreement for less than half of what the other party wanted. As soon as that was settled I signed him up as my registered agent and look forward to using him for all of my legal needs. If you’re looking for a young and aggressive legal team to represent your business, I highly recommend these guys.

As a first time for sale by owner house seller I reached out to Rob based off of other reviews I had seen. I was not disappointed! He reviewed our contract before he even received the payment, always got back to us in a timely manner, answered all of our questions, and made us feel really comfortable. He joined us at closing and did the job of the title processor better than the actual title processor did! Rob is wonderful...if you need a real estate lawyer you need to choose him!

We have recently been working with Lehrman (“BevLaw” as I call them!) on our spirit formulations and then COLA label approvals They have been IMMENSELY helpful and saved us tons of money in the long run and shaved off months on what it would have taken us personally to navigate the TTB system. Martha helped my family leave terrible living conditions in an apartment complex. Robert Dain is the best lawyer in this area. He is a seasoned legal professional, experienced and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the law. Well respected in the courts, and held in high regard, Mr. Dain is fair and honest, humble -- all while committing himself to his clients' best interest in their case. I swiftly moved my divorce case to Mr. Dain after realizing my "family law" junior attorney was not making any traction, unfriendly and one who pandered to the OC. Mr. Dain is savvy and simply genuine. He had my best interest and that of my children at the forefront, in advocating for me. He had to work quickly to undo the former attorney's lack of detail for an upcoming deposition. It was amazing how quickly Mr. Dain got up to speed; asking all of the right questions, to my now ex-husband. We settled and did not go to court yet Mr. Dain was prepared in the event the opposing team would not cooperate. Most importantly in the interest of my children, we did not wish to subject them to that hostile environment. I look forward to working with Mr. Dain in the future regarding estate issues and perhaps, follow-up with my divorce case. Robert (Bob) Dain and his partners at his firm handled my case (foreclosure resulting in subrogation claim filing Breach of Contract) in a professional manner and I didn't feel like he was 'riding the clock' so to speak on my case. EXPERIENCE MATTERS.... The plaintiff in my case was hoping for easy picking but Bob and his firm was able to blow it out of the water causing the Plaintiff Attorney to request a non-suit (Dismissal without Prejudice). If you have a $90K problem you need a GOOD attorney and I would not hesitate to counsel Bob and his firm again for cases in Virginia.
