This is our first personal injury protection case so I was a little unsure, but we are so glad we got Sonny and his team. We were hit by another car and the at fault party's insurance low balled me. We needed several months of medical care. Sonny's team, Malissa, Vy and everyone helped us feel assured we would be taken care of and they did just that. They nearly doubled the amount of settlement offered by the other agency. We got all the care we needed, recouped the losses from time off work and assured our confidence in the legal process. We come from immigrant/refugee background so we are sometimes untrusting of these things, based on our general life expereinces, but wow, we are so happy and thankful for Sonny, his expertise, wisdom and knowledge. Ms. Eslinger helped me with my estate planning documents a few years ago, including a will and power of attorney documents. During our first meeting, she explained about the probate process, we discussed about the appointment of guardians, executors, and trustees for testamentary trusts. She explained that it was not necessary for me to have a living trust even though she could have collected higher fees for a living trust. She was thorough and professional. She recently also updated my documents for me. I highly recommend her service.

First time filing and I must say, if you are in need of a competent bankruptcy attorney and team of professionals to help navigate you through the complexities of paperwork involved.
Brittany and her assistant Jayne have you covered! They were just amazing to say the least.
Being self employed with very unstable income would have been to confusing to fill out all the paperwork correctly and screw up on my part without their help, causing possible dismissal. It was worth every penny spent on making sure it didn't.
I filed at the end of Sept and had my debt discharged at the end of December. Now it's time for me to move on, rebuilt my credit and not make the same mistakes that I had done before.

September 12th, 2022 police arrived at my door to tell me they were investigating sexual claims made against me, outlandish as they were I immediately panicked because as everyone knows, once these rise against you, you’re pretty much screwed. I immediately reached out to any attorney and was recommended Vindicate law, I spoke to the receptionist and explained the case and was assigned Carrie Fulton Brown. She accepted my case. The path to freedom was long and arduous. After the arraignment they told me I was facing 60 years in prison. Many continuations later, my anxiety and stress were at an all time high. Me and Carrie never really talked to each other about the case itself except a few times as my case was entirely hearsay, but because of the fact that it was from a minor the case was stacked against me 10 fold. Communication with Carrie was very rough, as most people sitting in the hot seat just want a shred or a glimmer of positivity but Carrie did NOT deliver on that front in the slightest. But that was okay, because she was dedicated to working against the state in a screwed up system. Most of the beginning of my case I knew most people and even Carrie didn’t believe me when I say I didn’t do it. Later on I passed 3 polygraph tests trying to prove I didn’t do it, and only after the 3rd one when I passed it with the actual prosecutor / State did Carrie tell me she strongly believes I didn’t do it. She gave me the best options to follow forward and going to trial with a minors words against mine was bleak, Carrie fought for the best outcome, I served 0 days in jail, no fees or Fines, Didn’t have to sign a sexual registry, all 4 counts were dropped to a Class C Abuse of a child. And 1 year of DOC Probation in which I spent 3 weeks on before the DOC discharged me from probation saying my crime didn’t fit criteria of having probation as I was a zero risk person and this was the only thing I’ve ever gotten on my record.
All said and done, I’m glad Carrie pulled through for me and allowed me to stay out of prison and remain with my family and to continue working she’s a tough person to understand and rough around the edges when talking to her but she’s nothing but business which is what you want in an attorney. Thanks Carrie for giving me my life back! 60 years was a long time to be away.

I am absolutely appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for my situation shown by Carrie Fulton Brown from this Law Group. I entrusted her with my case, believing her promises of dedicated representation, and instead, I received nothing but empty words and an empty bank account. She happily accepted my retainer, and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing. During the 6 months period she was my attorney, before her withdrawal, phone calls went unanswered, meetings/appointments were canceled for no apparent reasons. No investigations were done on my case, she did not interview no witnesses, and the so called ”victim“. Furthermore, Carrie had the audacity to tell me I was borderline harassing her by calling her and her incompetent paralegal Lisa too much. She literally took my money and vanished into thin air. Carrie Fulton Brown is a trash of attorney. I suffered significantly due to her inaction, and I was left feeling completely abandoned and betrayed. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring her to look elsewhere. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the immense frustration and disappointment. She is a disgrace to the legal profession.

I called David Hatch's Office with a recommendation, he took 45 minutes to review the details of my case and struck me as incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Maybe it's because he's been or is a judge as well as a attorney for 20+ years. My case was unique in many ways and he found ways to work with those circumstances. I was facing a felony in a County that was known for throwing the book at you, but with a little time and patience my case was dismissed. I retained David Hatch as my attorney when I was charged with Hit and Run Unattended and a DUI. During the legal process David was on top of everything. All discovery was done and each document and the overall plan was explained to me in detail. Communication was great and Susan his paralegal was extremely helpful and supportive. When the final court date arrived David was prepared with a settlement offer he had negotiated with the District Attorney. Without going to trial David was able to have the Hit and run Unattended dismissed, and the DUI reduced to Reckless Driving with no jail time. I highly recommend David Hatch. He is honest, trustworthy, caring, respected by his peers and works totally for his client.

We received a letter from an attorney threatening legal action if we didn’t respond to alleged property line encroachments. We were able to see Piper within a few days. She evaluated our situation and advised us of alternative approaches to minimize costs and take advantage of our long time property ownership. Piper worked closely with us to prepare our case and negotiate a boundary line agreement with the neighboring property owners. I had to step outside of our normal legal council because of a PUD dimension that my case was involved with. So Larry was a referral as he has this expertise with Public Utilities.
I have to say I was not happy to begin with another attorney especially since we have to re-convey the entire litany of the case/situation from the beginning again :-(
Larry was upfront, respectful and yet to the point; and most pleasant while doing so. He also has a can of "old school wit" that he seems to know just when to open to be most effective and share with the other side.

I was involved in a collision with an uninsured motorist in Fall 2023. At the advise of a friend, I contacted Andrew Cherin to assist me with the claim mediation with both my auto insurance and my health insurance. He was able to claim me the maximum payout from my auto insurance, and got my health insurance to waive any reimbursement out of the auto claim! I am positive things would not have gone as well as they did without his help. I pray that I never need his services again, but for sure know that he's the one I would call if I do!

Drew is a very down to earth, non "lawyer-y" lawyer. I only met with him in person one time and he was very relaxed yet instilled confidence in me when he spoke about what he does. While it took much longer than I had hoped, he ultimately won a great settlement for us from our own insurance company, using our coverage for uninsured motorists. I had a personal injury as a result of being hit by a drunk driver and not only did Drew make sure all of my medical care (6 months!) was covered in full but left us with $10,000 in our pockets when all was said and done. I highly recommend him and his firm.

I recently consulted with Matthew Cunanan and Drew Davis regarding both an inheritance and an elderly parent with debt problems. As part of a free consultation, they gave me helpful advice about a number of potential scenarios and also did some preliminary research to answer one of my questions. In addition, they were very up-front about their rates, unlike other attorneys I’d spoken with who wouldn’t even give me an estimate without paying for a consultation. The only reason I didn’t end up putting them on retainer was because I needed an attorney who is local to California. I greatly appreciate their efforts on my behalf, and highly recommend them.

I had a house with an ex-wife that was not getting settled and it looked as though a short sale was our only option. I did not know much about this process and so I asked a friend to recommend someone as I had no idea what to look for. My friend gave two numbers to call and David was the one that called me back; it was literally one of the best calls I'd ever made.
David is a realistic professional with real world expectations, in that, he gave me all the tools to handle my massive situation while not treating me like I was ignorant of the processes (even though I was). Our experience with this firm from day one has been excellent. My opinion extends to the entire office staff who are all extremely courteous and helpful people. As soon as my wife and I hired Robert Zierman we began to sleep better! Although Robert's law office is several hours away from us, we chose Robert (Justice Smiles, Plllc) for help in a festering Boundary Dispute with an aggressive new neighbor. Why Robert? A boundary dispute some 20 years ago taught us that such real estate matters are a specialized area of the law. We searched and failed to find a local lawyer who had more than a minor part of their practice based on Real Estate. So we looked further afield for a ''specialist". And while doing our Internet research on the subject of boundary disputes, we found our expert, Robert Zierman, and we also found many helpful articles that Robert himself had authored.
Enlisting Robert for our legal representation was a VERY GOOD choice! Robert thoroughly reviewed our situation and then carefully identified several alternative courses of action for us....plus he identified the likely costs, benefits and risks of each course of action. Robert's expertise and his calming demeanor also seemed to keep the other parties from unnecessarily escalating the situation.
Bottom Line: Very glad we found and used Robert Zierman for our boundary problem. It WAS money well spent. We found Robert to be very time efficient because he was already so knowledgeable about the subject area. We felt we were in "good hands" with Robert from Day 1. We found Robert trustworthy and hard working. He tries to deescalate and resolve confrontations.
