Eric W. Ferguson took two personal injury cases I couldn’t get other attorneys to touch, and won them both, for quite fair settlements. I was referred to him by a friend of a friend, who had a similarly successful experience.
I found Eric to be personable, a straight shooter, honest, with a sense of humor. He’s a younger attorney than some, and in that early career stage where he’s still accessible, and not just chasing the huge dollar, big cases.
The two cases:
#1: Behind an espresso establishment, my left foot rolled off the edge of a small paver, which had been set unevenly, in a path across a bark area. My fifth metatarsal snapped. I’m in my sixties. It took four months for the thing to heal. That was in 2010. A downtown attorney told me there wasn’t a case. Eric took it and negotiated a respectable settlement from the property management company’s insurance agency.
#2: My truck was tail-ended on the Alaskan Way Viaduct, in 2011. The driver pulled a hit-and-run, but I had his license number. Damage to my truck was minimal, but the impact caused my post-surgery lower back problems to make my left foot numb. Again, other attorneys I talked to weren’t optimistic about me having a case. Evidence and medical bills were small, but Eric negotiated a settlement from the other driver’s insurance company.

I believe someone working or has worked for this company has/was doing illegal activities. For an example, Shehana Buksh sent a Will and Testament to someone via email without thoroughly verifying if that individual was the correct person.

I called John Burleigh with an issue I was having with my HOA. John returned my call and went through a consultation with me and was very receptive to my situation and the information I presented. This company was retained to assist someone trying to steal my land. They clearly have a losing case. This firm has delayed every email and settlement offer presented to them. They takes weeks or months to respond to calls and emails if at all. It is clear they are doing this to delay the process to rack fees for their clients. Read all the horrible reviews about this firm online and how they treat their own clients and opposing counsel offering them more than generous settlements. We have 7 attorneys and have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism. Even our property insirance company and the firm retained said this is the most unprofessional communication ever. All they have to do is agree to a settlement but they delay the process to rack of trial fees and do not communicate with clients or opposing counsel. Read all the horrible reviews before hiring these people.

I retained their services for help with business contracts, and business partner discussions. They were extremely prompt, thorough, and helped me succeed with positive outcomes. I first worked with Imants, then mostly with Phil Neale. Phil was very easy to get a hold of, and constantly updated me on progress. Every time I called in, he either answered the call right away, or called back very shortly afterwards. Highly recommend, and we will retain their services when needed again in the future!

I originally hired Sean because a plumbing company had caused structural damages to floor joists during a renovation and they would not accept responsibility. What happened instead was Sean transferred me to Joe and the lawsuit lasted 2 1/2 years. We ended up going to arbitration and I won all damages but zero lawyers fees.
Incredibly frustrating experience.
I wouldn’t hire nor recommend them.
I regret hiring Sean and Joe.

I worked with Will Reingold, Jr for my divorce, who was recommended to me by a friend. He was friendly and knowledgeable for a process that is painful for most. The guy always works and never seems to miss a beat. He is always on top of it and prioritizes to get things done/executed like you're his only client. He made efforts to resolve more complicated challenges like parental rights of embryos even though it's not his wheelhouse.

Mr. Mayo was amazing. I was having a horrible time trying to deal with the manufacturer of my vehicle and it’s issues. My issues started a month after the car was purchased and continued all the way through the settlement. The settlement would not of occurred with out Mr Mayo as the manufacturer refused to respond or assist with my issues. Mr Mayo is very professional and knowledgeable and explained the whole process and what to expect through out the whole process. I will recommend him to all of my friends and peers.

Finally, this process has been completed. What a long and drawn out process especially when my tenants did everything possible to avoid being served. Attorney Mayo made the eviction process easy for me. I knew what he was up against and he put my mind at ease. What was very convenient was that I never stepped a foot into his office. All correspondence was done by e-mail or phone. I know I could NOT have done this on my own. More importantly they have help us collect on Tens of Thousands of dollars of Loss of Use revenue and damage claims.

This gal is the most knowlegeable overall of any lawyer i have ever used. Anything I ask her she knows and is quick to answer. No pontificating and dodging the answer. I asked three or 4 lawyers an estate question (they did not know), and Gwyn knew it right away. She doesn't even charge you if you do not engage her and will give you a free half hour (or more). She is awesome and I rely on her for all sorts of legal questions from contracts and real estate, to litigation and procedure matters. I cannot recommend anyone more highly.
