If you have plenty of time for things to work out, Hazelbaker is a fantastic attorney!! Very smart, very knowledgeable, very interested in both your interests and doing things right. And frankly, for most legal cases, the best way to proceed is unrushed. He's not billing you for time passed. But the passage of time softens the stubbornness of your opponent, makes them more reasonable, and allows more relevant facts to come to the surface and sort themselves out. So he does not rush things through. If you are not in a huge hurry (like you have a year or more) you'll get great service, a much better outcome, and pay a very reasonable price!!
Plus, he's a super-nice guy, easy to talk to, knows your case, knows the law, explains everything to you, honors your wishes, and is willing to go to the matt for you.

I had a legal sitution that festered for over five years. Complicating the matter was that I received a judgement in another state and my opponent sought to evade payment in Wisconsin. This mattered little to Mr. Thill. He quickly registered our judgement in Wisconsin and began proceedings. What impressed me the most was that Mr. Thill kept at it no matter what my opponent attempted, tried, or said. Equally impressive was that Mr. Thill kept me informed every step of the way and often asked for my input. If you are in a needs collection situation I would highly reccomend Brian Thill. I had recently had an unfortunate matter involving property and family. Sadly the situation could not be resloved without the need for legal intervention. Attorney Brian Thill provided me with uncompromising professionalism, compassion, and impressive legal knowledge. He always kept me informed, and I never felt as though I was "out of the loop". When I received a speeding citation last summer, i was in danger of losing my drivers license which would have really made life very difficult. Mr. Weininger went above and beyond all expectations and was able to minimize the damage for me, getting my offense cut in half, saving me the hassle of losing my license. He also was able to have the fine amount significantly reduced! Andrew did a tremendous job of keeping me informed throughout the entire process and was with me every step of the way, making sure he did all he could to help me. I am very thankful that he took the time to work with me and develop a plan that was most beneficial for me and my family. I am very grateful for having the chance to work with Mr. Weininger. I had the opportunity to speak to Atty. Krumrie just recently with regards to a small claims action, and he was fantastic. At our first consult, he took the time to explain the process, gather information, and make some recommendations for me. When looking into establishing a Will, an Individual Trust, and an Irrevocable Trust I found attorney Charles Williams both knowledgeable and educational as to the implementation of each.
Over the years he has guided me thru the changes and updates regarding these in order to best service the original intent.
With the recent passing of my mother Chuck has overseen the closure of these Trusts and I intend to utilize his knowledge to prepare additional Trusts in the near future.

I previously submitted a review but I am not sure that it submitted correctly, so I will try this again.
A couple of weeks ago, I was faced with a personal situation which required me to seek expert legal advice. I was given a recommendation to contact Kevin Eismann at Epiphany Law. I called on a Tuesday and was given an appointment for the following day. Based on my very busy work schedule, I was extremely pleased with the time frame of the initial appointment.
After introductions were complete, I proceeded to explain my situation. Full attention was given to me, legalities were explained, questions answered, and legal advice given. I had issues with my newly purchased home, and with the previous home owners/realtor. Therefore I needed someone to help me. I hired Rory, and I highly recommend. He listened, questioned, and suggested a course of action to collect funds from a real estate seller that failed to disclose a problem that led to a significant expense for the buyer. Mr. Onchuck has done family estate work for several of my elderly relatives and is very good in this area. He seems kind and patient, which are traits sorely lacking in many lawyers. I can't speak to any other areas of his practice, other than financial planning for the elderly, since my only dealings with him are on behalf of elderly relatives who are in nursing homes, but I wouldn't hesitate to go to him with any other legal problems.

I first contacted Ralph at the advice of my attorney. I was trying to sell my half of a business so that I could retire. My partner in the business and the corporation that owned the property the business was in had twice caused the failure of the sale of the business. He had last minute changes to the agreements that would be beneficial to him and adversely affect the seller and buyer. Ralph was creative and gave my partner the ultimatum of either buy me out the way the sale was lined up, or we will take over the sale and will put the whole business up for sale with no limitations as to how his position would be handled. My portion of the partnership was sold as soon as the financing was arranged.
A few months later Ralph advised my partner that I no longer wanted to remain a partner with him in the property. A similar ultimatum was given, and my partner purchased my half of the property in a manner that was in our partnership agreement. I was officially retired.
About a year later, I was having an addition and some other work done on our house. When it came time for the signing of the contract, I had Ralph go through it and address any areas that he had concerns about. He was looking at it from the perspective that were potential legal problems. The builders agreed to the changes and were impressed at the detail to prevent a potential problem.
I was also impressed enough to recommend Ralph to a friend having a neighbor dispute.
During my various encounters with Ralph, he also showed concern for my personal feelings and managed my legal expense leaving me feeling that I was not overcharged, and I felt the outcomes were well worth the expense.

When corrupt Walworth Deputies wanted to beat me up and charge me criminally for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting an Officer, Attorney Flitcroft was ready for a fight! He dotted his i’s and crossed his t’s then went back to make sure it was done to his liking. In other words, when other attorneys wanted me to “plead out” like a coward, I would not, and Attorney Flitcroft made sure the truth would be heard in court. He subpoenaed all five deputies involved, a courthouse worker, a witness and even the Clerk of Court Sheila Reiff. He got all the video footage I acquired into evidence and even filed a motion to dismiss before the trial in an attempt to create a pre-trial deposition of witnesses (unfortunately the judge saw right through this strategy and stayed the motion until trial). But this shows you anecdotal evidence of this experienced attorney’s “outside the box” thinking when preparing a criminal defense. He ground away at District Attorney Matthew Leusink (the guy who looks like he’s afraid of his own shadow) and in a legal game of chicken the criminal charges were dismissed at the prosecutor’s motion. He opted to charge me with civil ordinance violations instead, but at least I am 100% guaranteed not to do any jail time. If it had not been for the experience and relentlessness of Attorney Flitcroft giving the prosecutor no respite, the outcome may have been different. If you are charged in Walworth, know that most attorneys are afraid of a trial in Walworth, they would rather plead out. So if you want aggressive defense, give Attorney Flitcroft a call, his initial consultation is free and after talking to him yourself you’d probably want to retain him.

I was in criminal trouble when the cops entered my house with no warrant and used lame excuses to justify it. Anthony told me not to worry and he got the case dismissed with some motion. We argued in front of the judge and he agreed with Anthony. He did an awesome job and I highly reccomend his services.
