I must say that Jacob has reconciled me with trusting justice, especially in Florida. I wish I had known Jacob when my husband and I were looking for a lawyer in 2013. I had lost trust in the law and justice in 2017 after witnessing a masquerade in Miami. Both my husband and myself have been really deeply affected. “Exceeds expectations” does not even begin to capture the stellar work that Mr. Aiken has done for my family! With utmost compassion, expertise, and professionalism, Mr. Aiken provided exceptional legal advice and courtroom representation, managing to simultaneously prepare us for multiple possible outcomes while keeping us cautiously optimistic–he then delivered the best realistic outcome possible under the circumstances.
Mr. Aiken was the second attorney whom we saw for consultation before choosing an attorney. The first attorney dismissed most of the background and context information as “irrelevant” and went right to the top two worst-case scenarios. That other attorney was also hard to get a hold of and always seemed rushed and mildly annoyed to be granting us any of his time. What a complete contrast with Mr. Aiken! I had alot going on April 5th, 2018. I just got news that my disabled aunt was diagnosed with cancer. I went out to vent a bit ,and had some drinks. I lost track of my speed and was pulled over for my 2nd DUI. My license was immediately taken away, and a condition of my bond was a restriction that I could not leave the county. This was a problem because I was the caretaker for my aunt and was responsible for taking her to her doctor appointments and Cancer Specialist.. My DMV hearing was on May 24th 2018 and I was FACING 18 MONTHS SUSPENSION of my driving privileges. Attorney Rebecca Sonalia represented me on the DMV portion of the case. On the day of the hearing, Rebecca called me with John Musca on the line to inform me they had won my DMV case! I dropped to the floor crying! Words cannot express how much they care, and all the hard work they have put into my case. They truly went out of their way for me. The Rossen Law Firm has been one of a kind miracles. From being illegally pulled over by Fort Lauderdale Police Department, to a case that was build and manufactured on pure lies, Manny and Adam were able to get to the truth, uncover the lies, and confront the officer in court with a video footage off the car's camera that contradicted his story in a million ways. Officer's testimony was scary with lie in every sentence. Should there not have been a dash cam, I don't think they would take my word for it. How many other people did he do wrong this year? That officer needs to go. Manny was able to get motion to suppress granted and all charges ended up being dropped after the judge heard the testimony and the actual video proof of his testimony being bs.

I had gotten into trouble with the law in 2000 and was sentenced to prison for eight years in 2001. My wife at the time divorced me and kept my two children from me my entire sentence and then used the fact that I was an ex-felon to continue to keep them from me. Right after my son turned 18 my ex wife tried to come after me for a lot of money. A friend of mine from church was an attorney and told me I need to speak with Mr. Ken Foote. I did and hired him right away. One of the best decisions I have made! Mr. Foote’s knowledge and experience was a huge blessing for me and even though I had to pay some money to my ex wife it was NOTHING compared to what she was trying to do to me and get from me. I was referred to Lori by another lawyer. Since my case was very
complicated it had many legal implications. The major concern was how best to navigate through the issues I had that would result in a favorable outcome.
Starting with my first conversation with Lori she immediately set my mind at ease. From the very beginning she treated me with respect and empathy. Lori personally kept me well informed with the current situation of my case, what options were available and what the best course of action was. I was referred to H. Manual Hernandez (Manny) by another attorney as I was being investigated based on allegations made that I had committed Elder Financial Exploitation.

I was falsely accused of Domestic violence on 3 counts while my wife was trying to steal my money and custody of our children.
