My wife spoke with Jd. Strong today during a 30-minute consultation. He was excellent! He listened to her concerns and immediately provided her with resources to address them independently. Jd. I don’t write many reviews, but when I do, I have reason to. I’ll first start by saying I’ve never met a lawyer so honestly forthcoming with information. I first retained him to represent my boyfriend back in 2005. He did as he said he would. The 2nd time, was for a relative. He would not take my money or let me retain him. He was straight forward and told me an attorney was unnecessary. I was a bit nervous, but he was 100% accurate. The 3rd time, was for myself. He had the bogus charges dropped, as promised. The last time I hired him was for a friend just a few months ago. Once again, he did as promised. Randy is an amazing criminal attorney. Those of you that gave him 1 star, shame on you! I’m sure there’s more to the story. He is the only attorney I’ll ever hire, though I’m hoping I won’t need his remarkable services a 5th time. Randy, Amanda, and everyone else in his practice, thank you for all that you do! You are incredible and it does not go unnoticed!

I was falsely accused of Domestic violence on 3 counts while my wife was trying to steal my money and custody of our children. I hired Michael and he was amazing and went over and beyond the call of duty collecting evidence and filing extra motions and more. He does not evolve his personal or political beliefs with his clients or cases whatsoever even though we sit on opposite sides. He got my wife on the stand in front a of jury all day from 8am to 5pm and showed what a lying, cheating, thief that she was and had her impeached as a witness for lying and got her admitting to committing perjury and got the jury to deliberate a not guilty on all counts unanimously within 10 minutes.. He pretty much saved me and my children s lives. I did much research on the best criminal lawyer in Orlando and everyone said he was the best! I owe him big time! His fee was way under prices also! We hired Mr. Morrison for my son who we felt was wrongly arrested. Mr.Morrison filed a Motion to Suppress with a well put together argument . My sons charges got dropped as a result. If you have an amicable divorce go to a mediator or give a small retainer fee. This office has a NON-refundable refund for retainers. My case was during the holidays and after we signed everything the office went silent. I had to email to check status and then they would move the case. I wasn't even informed on when my divorce was finalized, I found it on public records. Although I am knowledgeable and know it was my mistake for not reading the terms, I hope this helps someone to ask about refundable retainer fees. My divorce billable hours were about 2,500. My retainer fee was 5,500 so the office made an easy $2,900.00. Hope this review helps someone in the future!

Mr. Robert Malove is an amazing attorney to have on your side. My wife was involved in a very minor vehicle accident, so minor in fact that she wasn't even aware something had happened. The other party claimed hit and run, and called the police. After hearing from the P.O., we realized we needed a REALLY GOOD lawyer, as things were spiraling out of control. He allayed our fears, and rapidly took control of the situation. Now several weeks later, we have the resolution we sought. I cannot express how grateful I am to Robert Malove for his exceptional work on my case. I was dealing with years of harassment from a woman who had been stalking and threatening me and my family. She even went as far as using my family's last name for financial and political gain, falsely claiming to be my late father's wife. Her delusions and dangerous behavior left me living in fear, avoiding going out alone or attending events.
In 2022, I attempted to file a restraining order on my own, but it was dismissed due to my inexperience with legal procedures. This year, the tables turned when she filed a restraining order against me filled with lies. Enter Robert Malove. He took on my case the Friday before the court hearing and delivered a flawless performance on Monday.
Robert came prepared, calm, and completely in control. Despite her hiring an expensive attorney, Robert wiped the floor with him! Every objection her attorney made was overruled, and all of Robert’s evidence was sustained. I hired Ben to represent me in the last lap of this case, with little time to prepare (1 month). Not only am I, ever so gratefully, writing this review from my patio v. a jail cell…I was sentenced to time served and a small fine that was immediately paid off by my bond.
Ben is a brilliant attorney with a calming, pleasant affect, and perfectly professional. He put contingency plans in place so that even if the Judge denied his plea for my release, I would’ve had the option to do community service v. jail time. Always keeping in mind that a jail sentence would be devastating to me. My life is already a dumpster fire but I’m making every effort possible to clean up the mess I made, prevent a recurrence, and am making positive traction. That (and much more) would be lost, had I been incarcerated as promised by the PD.
Ben and Darci, in my opinion, went above and beyond the call of duty by recognizing my high stress level, and treating me with such kindness and generosity, offering much needed reassurance and peace of mind that I certainly DID have other options besides incarceration. They REALLY care! That’s hard to find these days.
