My experience with this firm i worked closely with Mike on my case, he was always prompt to respond with facts, options, potential outcomes ect. highly recommended. I have been included in a number of class action lawsuits with Leeds. First thing- they have an lovely secretary who picks up the phone right away. In an age of tapping on numbers to get to different deptartments, this just makes life easier. Intimidating was the word that came to mind before conversing with Michael. Once I could discuss it with Michael, all of my fear disappeared. He is smart and explained to me most simply yet without being condescending. He went through each potential move and possible outcome depending on which activity I chose with his guidance. He broke down what my case could be worth through a process where he asked me some questions and then answered them on the spot. Michael emailed me often, more than an attorney at his level would typically do. He also listened. He was neither dismissive nor rude throughout my experience with him or his firm. I am happy I chose their firm and moved out of the way for them to handle something that seemed impossible, yet here we are. If clients want to be given the runaround and pushed to the back, you should not reach out to this firm. Once Michael worked his magic, it no longer mattered if we went to court and won, went to court and lost, or settled because the weight lifted off my body from my experience was priceless. However, if you want an honest and educated opinion from expert trial attorneys, well, in that case, you should contact Michael and his team. Finally, no amount of money could ever replace what Michael and his firm did for me emotionally. My case is in the process of settling, and I know that Michael and his team will be compensated for doing precisely what they said they would, but I will always be in their debt.

My experience with Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik, PLLC was breathtaking. I was run over by a car in Harlem while crossing a crosswalk with the right of way. The guy driving was 100% at fault. The state bar of NY enthusiastically recommend I set up a consultation with them. So I had a 5 minute call with his paralegal, Joanne O’Connell, it was nice. She wanted me to send my neurologist medical records to review and the detailed police report. Made it happen. Then, all communication ceased. No email was replied to thereafter. The only reason I can come up with is that Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik genuinely believe there is no merit in finding justice for pedestrians who wrongfully get run over by a car in the state of New York left with long-term injuries.
So I found an actual attorney who got to work, now everything is good.
This concludes my final thoughts on KD&R for now. I’m extremely honored to have been in Joanne’s presence. She and KD&R are extraordinary human beings - but has no follow through and all that talk lead to nothing.

If you’ve ever had any experience with getting arrested, spending time in jail till a judge hears your case and allows you to leave, following up with further court dates, as well as the implications of all these occurrences - it can be incredibly overwhelming and rather difficult to keep a straight head throughout.
That is ofcourse NOT the case if you’re able and/or fortunate enough to find yourself a lawyer who genuinely gives a damn about what might happen to you - and legitimately knows her way around the court room & the legal system.
And so, try as I may - but I simply struggle to adequately express how immensely grateful I am to Serena Townsend for how swift, professional, honest, and KIND she was with me throughout the entirety of my case.
I often would display very palpable stress in the face of this ordeal - but she kept me on the straight, and was very patient with me when she had plenty of reason not to necessarily be so patient…
