I had been renting a condo for a few years in San Francisco. When my landlord decided to sell, I was interested in buying the unit, and we reached out to Greg to help facilitate the for sale by owner sale.
Greg was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! He was very clear and responsive in his communication and was able to answer any questions from either I or the seller. He set up a timeline at the very beginning of the process that both the seller and I were able to follow and focus on the next items relevant for each of us. Everything moved along so smoothly we even closed a bit early.

Very pleased with Greg's service. Wife and I received an offer for a private sale of our home. We wanted the deal but didn't know how to get it done. We were stressed. Then we found Greg and our stress ended. From acceptance of offer through close of escrow, Greg took care of everything. He dealt with the buyer, he dealt with escrow, and he advised us on what we needed to do and sign. We required a fast closing, and Greg made it happen by keeping in constant contact with buyer and escrow, skillfully nudging them to keep on schedule. Greg was at all times responsive to my calls or emails, usually immediately. I'm a detail-oriented guy, and Greg was always accommodating of my "need to know." Greg's clear instructions and ability to reply quickly to our questions made this unusual (for-sale-by-owner, no real estate agents) sale process very simple for us. He served as a resource for both Buyer and Seller in our case because we both felt comfortable with sharing.
Greg asked all the right questions at the intake interview, and followed up with initial documentation even before his first downpayment invoice. This timing gave both Buyer and Seller a confidence that he had our interests at the forefront.
I also like how he provides a free consultation and is clear about his fees if the clients decide to hire him. There are no superlatives high enough to represent my recommending Greg to assist with your FSBO.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service that Kevin, Carolyn and Hannah gave us during the preparation of our living trust. They have an organized process for trust preparation, which was helpful to us in gathering the required information for the document. My wife and I met with Anne Rosenthal twice to prepare a new estate trust. Our first visit was to organize the new estate trust. She was efficient and very helpful with details on creating a special section for our grandchild. The documents were created and sent over for review. They included everything we had requested. The second meeting was to sign the documents and, again, Anne Rosenthal was efficient and in about 30 minutes and job was done. About a week later we had a binder with the estate trust. From beginning to end the whole process took about three weeks to complete.

Burris Law supported me with an emergent and very personal legal issue involving a leasing dispute. I believed I was being taken advantage of by a landlord and property manager. I have two daughters and was very concerned about setting up a trust that would take care of them should something unspeakable happen to my husband or me. After a considerable search for the right attorney, we found Sona Tatiyants. Sona is a smart, engaging person and a very capable attorney.

It was simple to arrange a free consultation with Sona, who took all the time necessary to listen to what we wanted to accomplish, and then explain a plan to accomplish our goals. It was an easy decision to engage her as our estate attorney.

This year I finally prioritized planning my estate and that of my parents. I sought out Pablo Palomino because he is bilingual and because of his volunteer work. I wanted to support someone who supports our community. I anticipated the process to be daunting but Pablo, and his highly skilled team, did a great job of painlessly walking me through a comprehensive plan, proactively researching and correcting some abnormalities on my property title, and delivering a full package including a revocable living trust, will, power of attorney, health directive and more. We brought in my parents the following week and Pablo and team made them feel very welcome and they left feeling a great sense of relief that their house was now in order.
I recommend Pablo and his Legacy team for their customer service, competency and final product. Their price was fair, their offices are right off the freeway with plenty of parking. Come as you are.

We were involved in a very contentious probate case as Legal Guardians. Our grandson is a child with significant special needs. His parents were unwilling to admit their son has disabilities, and insisted to court that we had made them up to try and limit parent visitations. The parents attempted to have our Guardianship revoked. Mr. Jeremiah Raxter did six things extraordinarily well for us: kept us on an even keel when we were reeling, gave rock solid legal advice that kept us on firm footing, did the research necessary for us to feel confident in front of the judge, was on top of it strategy-wise, helped us understand rationale for every step. Most importantly, Mr Raxter's strategy in the courtroom led to the parents agreeing to withdraw their petition to have the guardianship revoked. He then helped
negotiate a deal for us with the parents' attorney to gradually increase visitations based on parents' participation in our grandson's treatment and in his education.

I am a family law and criminal attorney. I know that my minor child would go to foster care if boyh parents die. I wanted to make sure that my son doesn't have such an awful experience. I had Keila draft my estate planning documents for me. What differentiates her from other estate planning attorneys is that she's also an asset protection attorney. For example, most estate planning attorneys would name their client's trust Smith Family Trust. She doesn't do this because it compromises anonymity. Other estate planning attorneys would have their clients open a trust account using their own social. Keila, on the other hand, would get a separate tax id for the trust to protect assets. Overall, I really enjoyed working with her!!

I hired Mr. Wade to expedite my divorce after being with an ill-prepared attorney for 1 1/2 years in which I didn't get past the discovery stage. I got quick results with Mr. Wade and my divorce was finalized after 4 months. His support staff quickly responded to all my emails and returned my calls. Mr. Wade is very experienced and knowledgeable and found an error in a filing by my ex-spouse's attorney and took immediate action on her behalf which saved me money and didn't prolong the divorce proceedings. He is involved in all the cases in his firm. Every Wednesday he conducts a meeting with his associate attorneys to consult and monitor their progress and provides them with his expert advice when necessary. Hopefully, I won't need Mr. Wade in the future but if I do, I would retain his services again because I was very pleased with his work and professionalism.

Jennifer is bright, articulate, organized, and professional. She spent a considerable amount of time with me in order to individualize the package (will, trust, power of attorney, etc.). Eight years ago, my family contracted with Teddy McNamara to amend my father's trust upon his death. Teddy's work back then assured that we returned to him eight years later when my Mom passed away. Teddy was attentive and very responsive in dealing with the administration of my Mom's trust/estate, which involved long-distance tasks/signing papers. In addition, Teddy was very available at all times (particularly on weekends and after hours), and was personable. We shared travel information, which was a welcome diversion from all of the tasks at hand! We greatly appreciated this aspect. Administration of my Mom's estate was timely and quick, which is how I wanted it to be.
The only recommendation I would make is that documents be reviewed a bit more thoroughly before going to the client, i.e. spelling and correct names. A quick re-check before sending documents out would probably suffice.
