Minerva Vazquez was invaluable in helping us get through a very difficult time. After my father passed away it was stressful and emotionally taxing. We had to grieve his loss, arrange funeral services, sort through all legal and financial matters related to his retirement, insurance and estate.
Although my father was a dedicated, hard-working man he did not have a will or trust prepared. This created a level of anxiety and uneasiness for my mother and other members of the family. We were able to sort through all other financial matters except for the will and trust. It was important to my mom that a will and trust be created in case anything should happen to her.

We requested Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Living Will and Health Care Surrogate legal documentation to be drafted based on our rather uncertain desires for eventual satisfaction of our personal final decisions.
Attorney Jacobs stipulated a fee, arranged a personal interview with us in quiet, comfortable office, and comperhensibly briefed us on the broad ramifications of end of life legal documentation and the decisions to be made by each of us. He followed the interview some days later in another informal meeting when our ideas were finalized and personalized in documents he later developed.
In the third and final session, again in a quiet, comfortable office, Attorney Jacobs explained in detail the documents put before us, introduced us to competent witnesses he had arranged to be present and guided us through each document, our approval of each document, the formal signing and witnessing of each document while responding objectively to any questions we offered.
As we would say in the Navy; Well Done, Attorney Jacobs!

Megan Greene assisted me with my mother's estate after she passed away unexpectedly.
And amidst an already very somber situation, nothing was in order, nothing was prepared with regards to a will, and in order order to gather all of the necessary information, I found myself playing detective.
However, in all of the chaos, step by step, as more information was recovered, Megan managed to wrap up my mother's probate estate as quickly as she could (staying within the boundaries of the law) and rather neatly to add.
Communication was very important to me as well as I currently live abroad and Megan proved to be very quick, thorough, and patient with every response (as was her staff).
So, with no more loose ends, thanks to Megan, I can finally begin putting this dark chapter of my life to rest.
With all of that being said, I absolutely recommend Megan and the entire Greene & Greene firm/staff.

My husband and I have found ourselves in a desperate situation dealing with debilitating chronic disease. My husband's health had been declining too fast too soon. One of the most settling things I did with my parents was to sit with Mr. Walser and have him explain to all of us how to prepare my parent's estate. It put both my mother and father at complete ease knowing they had someone they could trust to call should they have any questions. My dad has since passed and everything went exactly as Mr. Walser told us it would with his estate. It isn't an easy task preparing for your parent's to leave you but it doesn't have to be filled with worry if you get good advice in advance. John reviewed all my landlord tenant dispute document (lease, county inspection, email and text correspondence, my narrative of the sequence of event) and gave me honest opinion that I'm at fault, advised me to settle with the tenants. It was a very emotional, frightening experience that really clouded my judgement. His honest opinion forced me to face the reality and make the right concession. I was decided to hire him for the settlement offer letter, but the tenants couldn't wait. I had to hurry up and draft the agreement myself and sign with the tenants. Ms. Benjamin helped me get a DUI case dismissed. I had no idea of my rights and basically give up so much by thinking the arresting officer was my “friend”. I know in cases of wrongful stopping and even arresting without probable cause is a violation and may have been avoided had I known Ms. Benjamin before.
After reviewing my discovery, my below the limit blood alcohol levels and incorrect arresting procedures, my case was dismissed. I’m happy to have that part of my life behind me with.

My sisters and I hired Mr. Bunin to get a squatter out my father's residence so we could finish the probate and sell the home. Mr. Bunin did an amazing job for us. He always kept us informed, and was always honest with us even if it hurt. He promptly returned phone calls and responded to e-mails. His style was to get to the point quickly, and not waste time. Within just a few short months, we were able to get the matter resolved and got the squatter out of the house. We had to pay the squatter a little money in order to get him out, but we were okay with that because it would have cost us a lot more if we had to go to trial. I would definitely recommend Mr. Bunin for any legal matter.

Me and a few coworkers went fishing on our time off and being completely unaware and mistaking one species for another we got a list of charges from FWC. After speaking with another attorney we were in a bit of a panic, hearing misdemeanor, fines possible jail. I called Attorney Sando & explained the situation. He instantly explained how he’s not a lawyer that’s gonna scare us into hiring him and knowledgeably explained all of our options and his plan of attack he explained his fee & all of us agreed to hire him. None of us are residents of Florida & we were concerned about our jobs over a mistake. I have to say, Attorney Sando is the greatest. This past spring, my lease manager invited me to film him and his son turkey hunting for the opening day of youth season. Unbeknownst to me, he had placed his blind within the parameters of his "feed area" the night before. I met up with them before sunrise on the morning of the hunt and we entered his blind. As the sun came up, I realized where we were but did not feel comfortable stopping the hunt because he was my lease manager and I didn't want to get kicked off. FWC raided the hunting lease and arrested several hunters and one videographer (me) for being within 100 yards of bait while turkey hunting.
Drew took the time to understand my position and did an awesome job helping me get these charges dropped. This was the first time I had ever been in trouble with the law and I am thankful that Drew was there to help me navigate through it.

Grady put together for my wife and I a complete package of documents including a will. living will. durable power of attorney, and health care surrogate designation. Also done was a preneed guardian and release of medical information. I thought the pre-prep interview was very thorough. The explanation of each document prepared was handled the same way and answered all of our questions.
I really like that there is followup communication by newsletter, open house events and presentations to keep us aware of changes or needs that he sees that may need to be addressed.
I would highly recommend him to anyone needing these services.

My wife and I utilized Mr. Williams for some estate planning. Mr. Williams assisted us with a Will, Living Will, Power of Attorney, and a Warranty Deed placing the real estate in both our names. I hired Mr. Luber to do my mother's Estate Planning papers. e.g will, Durable Power of Attorney, etc. He spent much time with her to establish a relationship and express her wishes in writing. He was available to my family to answer their questions help with any issues they had. I have also used him to answer not only my estate planning concerns but many other not estate planning questions. He is a very wise man and stays on topic, being careful not to give advice when not wanted. He is clear about his areas of expertise and is willing to refer when neessary.

We recently had a will & living will done by Attorney Brian McNamara . Something we have been putting off for years as we assumed it would be complicated & just didn’t want to take the time , even though it’s something you only do once , unless you have it revised later . I gave Brian all the information over the phone & a few days later we went & signed everything. It was much easier & less confusing than we anticipated. I didn’t have to make a list of our assets or anything complicated at all .
The meeting in his office was very professional & social distancing was practiced very carefully & everyone including the witnesses at signing wore masks . Brian is very relaxed & doesn’t have the egotistical halo that most attorneys have. Also his fees were very fair . I checked around before & he was the least expensive . That wasn’t the factor why we chose him . When I initially called his office I got to talked to him & he took the time over the phone to explain all the details of a will and/or trust. I hired Mike to represent myself and my siblings when our fathers second wife looted a trust fund after our father's death. While I very much wanted to recover the trust money, I did not want to spend a lot of time and money to get a judgment against her only to be unable to collect, or to spend more time and money on collection. I explained this to Mike the first time we talked on the phone, and throughout our almost 2 year journey together he never forgot it. All of his actions were geared toward recovery, not a useless moral victory. In the end we did prevail and recovered all our money and had our legal expenses reimbursed. The second wife's attorney had an excellent reputation, so victory was not easy or a foregone conclusion, yet Mike was able to counter them at every turn.
I can't say enough good about Mike, and I recommend him without reservation. I should add that I live in Colorado, so I never met Mike in person. We conducted all of our business via phone and email, and he was always very responsive when I would reach out to him.
