Anthony supported me in a FSBO of a studio apartment in a cooperative building (Manhattan, upper East side). Anthony is a no non-sense attorney with years of experience in the NYC real estate market. He answers calls and emails promptly and effectively, whether it is a week day or the weekend. I chose not to have an agent representing me in the sale therefore it was essential for me to hire an attorney that would keep me informed and on board each step of the way. I called the office of Attorney Anthony Ballato after searching for some who deals with knowledge of the Lemon law. Mr Ballato was extremely helpful, and personable. He spoke to me giving me his time and showing compassion.
He explained that due to the car being purchased out of state he would recommend an attorney in the state where the vehicle was purchased. He just happened to know an attorney in that state I mentioned then.. he sent a text message ahead while still on the phone with me sharing with this attorney my dilemma. I was amazed because many would and have said “sorry but I can’t help you” that’s out of my jurisdiction. Not Mr Ballato he wen the extra mile and I am so very grateful to him. I did speak with the recommended attorney. I highly recommend this law practice to anyone seeking an attorney in this area of need although his office also covers many other types of cases. I bought a Harley Davidson motorcycle that sadly turned out to be a lemon. Initially, I decided to handle the process of filing a lemon law claim on my own. However, once I received a response from Harley's attorneys, I quickly realized that I was in over my head. I found Anthony Ballato's firm through an online search. Despite my hearing being scheduled just a few weeks away, Anthony graciously agreed to review my case. After our discussion, it became evident that I would greatly benefit from his experience and expertise. I hired Anthony and it didn't take long for Harley to become more cooperative. Though my husband refused to believe he was very ill, we both heard the doctors tell us he had a cancer he had probably gotten while serving in VietNam. I am a long time seller on Amazon, and needed an attorney to help me protect my brand from being infringed on by other companies, who are copying my product. I came across Leo Mikityanskiy, who has an impressive resume and a long list of accomplishments. He is Electrical Engineer (which to me means that he understand my line of business and product), and a USPTO attorney. He worked in big law, and has many years of experience working with business owners, trademarking, and patent law.
I scheduled an appointment for a consultation with him, and I have to say that he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Linda personally shepherded us, over a period of several months through the process of setting up a trust that included in-state and out-of-state property. She helped us solve co-op issues as well. Throughout, she provided a firm guiding hand, kept moving us along--it is hard to think about "after I'm/we're gone"--to achieve goals we had set together in our initial meeting. She was thorough, made sure all the "i's" were dotted, "t's crossed. In meetings, she made excellent use of every minute, covered everything. A friend recommended Frank to my husband and me for an IRS tax audit that was not going well and was previously being handled by our accountant. I've been a client with the Katz Law Firm for almost 6 years, on 3 unrelated matters, and all of the fees have been reasonable, with my consent and all services were timely, high quality and with no extra or hidden fees.
