My experience was extremely positive. Giovanni and his team helped me to handle all of my mother’s affairs. He advised me when she was still alive from dealing with the LTC Facility to all the steps that needed to be done in preparation for our death, to now getting all the necessary paperwork in order. Giovanni and his team have gone above and beyond my expectations and helped me through a very difficult time. I know my mother would have been happy and pleased. Though my husband refused to believe he was very ill, we both heard the doctors tell us he had a cancer he had probably gotten while serving in VietNam. We had nothing in place...no will, no trust, nothing even on paper! I looked on line for a nearby lawyer/estate planner and the God's were on my side that day! I phoned and made an appointment for us to visit with Leo McGrath. I believe we were there for about 2 hours, and by the time we left his office, we were in total agreement that we were on the right track to securing and entrusting our estate, and the investment and distrubution of our funds, to this firm. It is now 5 years later, my husband has passed, our money is secure in trust accounts, and I have invested my funds, with much success, thanks to the Leo McGrath Law Firm and Wealthcare LLC.

I tried getting in touch with my attorney multiple times, they never call back. I've been switched between 4 lawyers in 7 months and when something important happens they need to learn my case. I called to speak to a manager and she was REALLY rude, acting like I should thank her for getting me information I should have had a month ago, as stated in a letter that she kept denying to be true. If an owner or one of the main partners can get in touch, give me a call, same email as the one I used for your firm, you should be able to find my number. Otherwise I'm putting in a formal complaint in a 2 page letter I recieved from the complaint department. I'll give it til friday before I fill it out. I hope someone finally does the right thing and can acknowledge that I shouldn't have been called 20 minutes before my case to be introduced to the lawyer who would be representing me that I never spoke to before. Nothing has been smooth, ESPECIALLY getting a call back in the same week, none the less, it usually takes 2 weeks to get in contact and it's because I called back. I either want a solid lawyer from your firm that I speak to and they represent me, or i want you removed without pay. I'm hoping it's a specific lawyer who will be in touch, and if so, I'll remove this review. If not, on Friday I'm filing the formal complaint against the office.
Edit: in response to your reply, because i cant find the reply button for whatever reason.
If I call because I have a question, and 9/10 times I dont even get a cal back, then you're just flat out disrespectful and ok with it? because I have called and get no response. Ive had 4 different paralegals saying they were the new paralegal, and on my november hearing, i got a call 20 minutes from the hearing by the lawyer representing me, was not who i was told was supposed to represent me, and asked me for a run down on thr case 20 minutes before we were on call with the judge. Really unprofesssional, and your response, talking about my case and specific things, will be added to the call from the bar association.
It's nobody's business what kind of case with you, thats part of attorney client privelage. I took a snapshot, so dont worry about deleting it

Really 4.5 stars. Through 4 years (all while I was overseas) of estate discovery, filings, depositions, delays and litigation, I am very appreciative that I had Regina (and her firm) as my advocates through a very stressful and frustrating process. I think Regina knows the law backwards and forwards, is very personable and I always appreciated her steadfast manner, experience & beliefs about how the system really works. In my early years I heard many disturbing stories of how people lost a major part of their inheritance to City, State and Federal tax, after their parents died without having lawful protection from the tax system, and the thought of seeking a protection crossed my mind many times. But I kept postponed it to next week, next month, or next year, and year after year until I became much older and one morning I woke up with a terrible thought of how foolish it would have been If anything happened to me and left my family without protection losing half of what really belongs to them.
I spoke to a few attorneys but no one could make clear to me this complicated tax process and the fine print, until I contacted the Vishnick-McGovern-Milizio law firm and spoke with Constantina Papageorgiou who is an elder law attorney. I'll admit that I felt a little reluctant to let Randy handle my case. He's very young and I was concerned that a lack of experience would hurt me. I needed a lawyer that could make sure the ethics issues related to my bar admission wouldn't stand in my way. And I thought Randy might not be the person to handle it.
All of my concerns were unfounded. Randy was the perfect lawyer for me. I have no complaints whatsoever and have nothing but good things to say. I gave a 5 star review, so obviously, he handled the legal aspects appropriately. But more than that, Randy recognized that being a lawyer requires something that doctors would call "bedside manner." Each case may just be a case to a lawyer, but to the client, it's their life. And he made it seem like my case was as important to him as it was to me.
I can look back now and admit that there were times I behaved unreasonably or irrationally. This case was a big deal to me, and it elicited big emotions. Randy did an incredible job of making me feel like my response wasn't absurd, while also directing me toward behavior that was more helpful to my situation.
I'm a lawyer now, in part, due to Randy Tesser's efforts. And I can tell you that it's rare that a lawyer is so capable of commiserating with his client, while also pushing them appropriately, while also excelling at the law. I highly recommend him.

I am one of thousands of out-of-state attorneys licensed in New York State who had their license unknowingly suspended en masse by a court order years ago after leaving the state and no longer filing bi-annual registrations. In my case, the NY license was not required in my new state of practice, where I also had obtained a license by passing that state’s bar exam., so my suspension persisted unbeknownst to me.
