Michael Pfeifer was a great help to my family during a difficult time. Last year, my father fell and broke his hip. Mr. Pfeifer began working with us the day after the accident. My mother needed legal work done and my father's dementia created complications. After surgery, rehab, six weeks at home, and another month in the hospital, it was clear that my father needed institutional care. Thanks to Mr. Pfeifer's efforts, my father's admission to the nursing home went smoothly. Later he qualified for Medicaid.
In February of this year, my mother suffered a small stroke. She came home after seven weeks in hospital and rehab. The rehab facility recommended 24-hour aide coverage, but we could only afford it for eight weeks. Scheduled an appointment/consultation regarding Trust. On the day of the appointment no contact. Called the office to find out that they tried to call me last week to reschedule. Did not receive any calls nor voicemail from them. Asked if there is an available time for the week or following week. None. Thanks for wasting my time and being "reasonable" on reschedule

They don't have your best interest in hand, they communicate with us through text messages and emails through out the whole process in which messages was misconstrued and when you call them they never answer. I never meet them until closing, and we are still fighting for the rest of our money from the buyers.

Anthony supported me in a FSBO of a studio apartment in a cooperative building (Manhattan, upper East side). Anthony is a no non-sense attorney with years of experience in the NYC real estate market. He answers calls and emails promptly and effectively, whether it is a week day or the weekend. I chose not to have an agent representing me in the sale therefore it was essential for me to hire an attorney that would keep me informed and on board each step of the way. Linda personally shepherded us, over a period of several months through the process of setting up a trust that included in-state and out-of-state property. She helped us solve co-op issues as well. Throughout, she provided a firm guiding hand, kept moving us along--it is hard to think about "after I'm/we're gone"--to achieve goals we had set together in our initial meeting. She was thorough, made sure all the "i's" were dotted, "t's crossed. In meetings, she made excellent use of every minute, covered everything. She kept in touch regularly, was available to answer questions especially by email, and just did an all-round topnotch job. Her advice was timely, consistent, and accurate. And her fees are reasonable, especially given that she herself oversees all the work and keeps in contact with you personally.

I called the office of Attorney Anthony Ballato after searching for some who deals with knowledge of the Lemon law. Mr Ballato was extremely helpful, and personable. He spoke to me giving me his time and showing compassion.
He explained that due to the car being purchased out of state he would recommend an attorney in the state where the vehicle was purchased. He just happened to know an attorney in that state I mentioned then.. he sent a text message ahead while still on the phone with me sharing with this attorney my dilemma. I was amazed because many would and have said “sorry but I can’t help you” that’s out of my jurisdiction. Not Mr Ballato he wen the extra mile and I am so very grateful to him. I did speak with the recommended attorney. I highly recommend this law practice to anyone seeking an attorney in this area of need although his office also covers many other types of cases. I bought a Harley Davidson motorcycle that sadly turned out to be a lemon. Initially, I decided to handle the process of filing a lemon law claim on my own. However, once I received a response from Harley's attorneys, I quickly realized that I was in over my head. I found Anthony Ballato's firm through an online search. Despite my hearing being scheduled just a few weeks away, Anthony graciously agreed to review my case. I am a long time seller on Amazon, and needed an attorney to help me protect my brand from being infringed on by other companies, who are copying my product. He worked in big law, and has many years of experience working with business owners, trademarking, and patent law.

I got my dismissal for a ticket that i reveived while i was riding my motorcycle between lanes. A ticket received 5 years ago. Court outcome has been postponed for 5 years in a row and it finally got dismissed. Miss Ortiz and the whole firm are just specialist in TVB matters. A friend recommended Frank to my husband and me for an IRS tax audit that was not going well and was previously being handled by our accountant.
