Mr. Kennedys team worked hard on my case like I was a family member. He even showed up at one of my Doctors appointment for support. I was involved in a car accident. Rear ended on the frwy while all other cars had stopped except the two cars behind me. I was hit by someone going at 60 miles and I was at a dead stop. I experienced a slip and fall at a local store and visited my doctor. He told me to have various bones x-rayed and other parts checked out. I realized then that my medical insurance would pay for certain things but not for many of the other issues involved. I knew I'd need to have help paying for what was not covered so I met with a personal injury lawyer friend and asked him if or what could be done. I was referred to Jaimi Groothuis, who is a lawyer in his firm and our journey began immediately.
As it turned out, my original injury refused to heal despite all doctors' best efforts. That injury never did heal, and after a year went by I needed surgery to repair the break. The extremely agonizing pain caused a massive amount of stress. The pain and stress from this injury too its toll on my body. Ulcers formed and my stomach disintegrated to the point where it had to be removed. My simple fall had become a major medical disaster with my surgeon even questioning whether I would survive through two of my surgeries.
The entire ordeal unfolded over almost 3 years and during the entire time Jaimi called and helped us in any way she could. Her concern even led her to call my husband while I was in one of my surgeries just to find out how I was doing.
During the 3 years of this predicament she collected data and spoke to everyone necessary involved in this case. Jaimi was able to get medical records and doctors' billing records and lists of every medication that was given to me. She was stalwart and thorough in her dealings and that served us well when negotiations finally began.
When we first discussed this case I was immediately impressed with Jaimi's integrity as she spoke about legalities and procedures. I have even more respect for her work, her actions and her knowledge after spending 3 years in her care. While she is as nice a human being as I've ever met, she is a knowledgable, capable and a consummate professional that anyone would be proud to have in court.

When Jaimi was brought onto our case it started to finally makes sense to me "the client" as she really helped clarify and walk us through many of the situations. We retained Sacks and Zolonz as we were being fraudulently sued by a disgruntled, former worker. Sacks and Zolonz is primarily an Employers WC attorneys. I met with Mr. Sacks; he spent ample time, answered questions, explained possible solutions to my issues, offered very good advice. They have good attorneys (one being Igor) who are well versed in defending WC claims with the State of California. We were referred to Sacks and Zolonz by my personal lawyer and my doctor. We consider Sacks and Zolonz one of the best recommendations we’ve received. I highly recommend this firm if your company is dealing with fraudulent WC claims; ex-workers trying to sue for fake damages. They are professional, competent and fair.

This attorney handled my case perfectly. She filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy for me which included all my debts. She also explained the process to me and attended the court hearing with me at her side. I received my bankruptcy discharge very quickly. Pauline Chernick also charges most reasonable attorney fees and accepted a payment plan. She also spoke to me on the phone on multiple occasions and is just quite nice and professional.

I hired Ms.Nguyen on December 16, 2009 to represent my W.C case. As soon as she was on board, she got in touch with the defense attorney and W.C insurance to have my TTD payment resumed at the correct rate. She did it within weeks, which the previous attorney failed to do. Under six years of Ms.Nguyen representation of my W.C case, she helped me get all the treatments I needed for my industrial injuries and processed all legal procedures properly. I feel very lucky to have found Brandi Kurlander. She was a total LIFE SAVER.
I was in a car accident and after it I was suffering from terrible migraines and a lot of other pain. The insurance for the person who hit me kept calling day after day to talk to me after the accident. I was barely sleeping and they kept calling me when I was finally resting. I decided I needed someone else to deal with all of this, as I could not, and that is when I hired Brandi. Again, I feel very lucky to have found Brandi Kurlander. The calls stopped and she was on the case. Brandi and her staff kept me apprised at every step and I was allowed to do some healing.
I haven't been through something like this before, so having an expert like Brandi handling this for me was an excellent call on my part. I recently retained Sherif Fathy to handle my misdemeanor case. Although it looked bad, Mr. Fathy felt that under the circumstances there were still several options open to me. At first, although a longshot, he attempted to get the case dismissed. When that didn’t work, Mr. Fathy told me he would work at getting the misdemeanor reduced to an infraction. I agreed to his plan and because I live out of state, he appeared on my behalf in all court proceedings. In the end, I was very pleased with the outcome. The charge was reduced to an infraction and I paid a small fine.
All Mr. Fathy's communications with me were timely, clear, concise and thorough through each step of the process. In addition, he was most candid in explaining all fees associated with representing me and I found them to be justified and reasonable.
I would recommend Sherif Fathy to anyone who is in need of excellent and thorough representation and counsel.

In 2010, I experienced unbearable (and unlawful) workplace harassment and filed a Workers Comp claim which my employer promptly denied. I sought help from attorney Kenneth Sheppard to who I will be grateful for as long as I live. He was a terrific advocate and an absolute pleasure to work with.
From my very first contact in 2010 through my most recent one today, Kenneth was and consistently remained kind, patient, effective, and efficient.
