I hired this law firm over a year and a half ago. They take their time to get back with you. It has been 6 months of waiting for the Veterans Administration to answer a letter. Still not answered. The law firm has already been paid, they are waiting for an answer from the VA. I told them over a month ago to send me the paperwork, and I will take it to the VA. I'm still waiting on them to send it to me! I see how this game is played. It was a car accident, not my fault. So, I wait and wait. They only call back about one fifth the time. The suck very hard.

I recently reached out to Jackson and Jackson, almost not expecting a reply because of the insignificance of the claim involved -- only to have Mr. Gary Jackson himself call me within minutes. He not only advised me on how I could handle the claim myself, Mr. Jackson also took the time to educate me on the process involved in submitting my claim and even clarified several points on which I had been misinformed and misled in my conversations with Worker's Compensation. He informed me that, to my surprise, I was actually entitled to a fixed settlement amount in addition to the bare minimum I had been led to believe I could collect. I am certain I never would have learned of this on my own.
I am beyond grateful for Mr. Jackson's invaluable counsel, but I find the kindness and respect with which he treated me, knowing he would not be representing me, simply overwhelming. Mr. Gary Jackson is the absolute best in my book, and I highly recommend his firm.

If you have any Immigration issues, feel like your case isn't moving or going anywhere, or if you think it's too complicated, I highly recommend Atty Rosy Cho. I've acquired a service from a well-known Filipino Immigration Law Firm. I had great consultations with the Partner/Face/Front of the company, and my questions and queries were answered by what I wanted to hear. I decided to acquire their services. I paid the retention fee as agreed. Later found out that my case was assigned to an associate when I called for a follow-up question. I find that interesting since I paid a partner's retention fee. I shrugged it off since I was assured the partner is overseeing my case. That's not why I left their service. After a few months have passed since I acquired the services and filled up the forms, but I have not received any receipts or notifications from USCIS. I decided to pick up the phone request for an update. That's when the paralegal told me I was missing documents that's why it was not filed. That was the last straw. I went searching for another firm through Yelp/Google. That was when I saw Atty Cho's reviews. I was impressed I decided to contact her. Right off the bat, I connected with her and her paralegal. She reviewed my documents and situations and made me sign documents to withdraw my paperwork from the other firm. Not even months I started receiving notifications. I was very lost and had no idea where to go or find the necessary help. Mr Farzad was very responsive immediately, he offered me help and explained my possibilities when unfortunately I was full of fear and also did not know my rights in marriage and in the country, since I am also an immigrant and English is not my first language. From the beginning Peter was very professional, understanding and patient, there were times when I was falling apart emotionally and felt that I could not continue with the process anymore and Peter always had a huge patience and words of encouragement for me to keep going. Finding the right immigration attorney can be a daunting task, but having someone knowledgeable and dependable can make all the difference in navigating the complexities of immigration law. Below is my detailed review of FN immigration.
Pros:
1+ The attorney took the time to thoroughly read and understand my case, which was incredibly reassuring.
2+ She helped expedite my case, ensuring that it progressed efficiently.
3+ I was well-prepared for my hearing, thanks to her diligent coaching and guidance.
4+ Her expertise in immigration law was evident throughout the process.
5+ She has a solid understanding of what USCIS and immigration judges expect from immigrants, which added a lot of value to my case.
Cons:
1- The billing structure was a bit of a challenge. She charged for every communication made with USCIS ang Immigration court, which added up quickly. A flat rate would have been preferable for predictability.
2- Unfortunately, she had to reschedule my individual hearing at the last minute due to a personal trip. It was really frustrating as I had been waiting for it for so long.
Overall:
Despite a couple of drawbacks, she is highly skilled and effective at her job. I strongly recommend her for anyone navigating immigration matters.

I was blessed enough to have this firm covering my back for the past few years, and hopefully into the future. All praise be to God.
These were the hardest years of my life. I was being harmed by my employer, their leadership, their insurance and by medical staff. It was a very stressful time for me and my family. When I eventually decided it was time to get a legal professional, I entered a whole new world of stress. We had many questions. Who deals with these issues? Who do I spend my health and time talking with? Who has experience? Who can I trust? Attorneys request a lot of money, sure, but you have to make these decisions: Will I be able to get results on my own? Do I have the health or intelligence to do it on my own? Where do I learn procedure, rights and more? Do I have the capacity to understand all of these rules? The time to do so?
Even after speaking with a few attorneys I had hope for, I got the feeling they weren't the best for me for various reasons. And that is when I was eventually referred to this firm and attorney Ibrahim by a family member.
It was still a risk at that point, but I decided to go with him. I learned many things after a few years with Ibrahim. First, and most important, (without going into too much detail) I got the resolution I needed from my case. Ibrahim has good communication and you can expect answers when things are urgent. He will fight for you and make sure your needs are taken care of. He will listen to complaints and handle them. He will take time to explain things to you. He will be honest.
The legal system is a mess, and it won't be pretty and it's not designed to completely compensate victims. It will take a long time. You will be abused. You will sacrifice. You will cry. But succeeding and getting compensated for your rights, without losing too much in the process, is all that matters. And I pray for both my family members who referred me to Ibrahim and for Ibrahim himself almost everyday. What more can you ask for?

I'll try to make this very long story short: my husband got hurt on the job, not once, but twice! After the first injury, we went through his company's clinic for treatment and physical therapy, then came the paperwork riddled with all sorts of legal terminology that was beyond our understanding.
